Uns hat das Frühstücks Buffet gefallen. Die Speisen waren abwechslungsreich und immer frisch zubereitet. Die Stellplätze für das Auto sind nur begrenzt verfügbar. Am besten stehen bis man wieder abreist. EIn Pool war ebenfalls mehrere Tage auser Betrieb. Die Anlage selbst ist noch in einem guten Zustand. Obwohl man hier und da einiges erneuern könnte für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Nice hotel at a good location, but some things can be improved, such as the housekeeping and the communication at the reception. The housekeeping was late and forgot some things, but I heard the housekeeping had a lack of employees. The hotel should also make the swimming pools less slippery.

I got charged for a glass that was on the edge of the table when I walked by . You have too many tables at breakfast making it difficult to walk through without accidents happening . The food was always cold , the pool chairs and cushions need replacing the older rooms need updating and the pool needs cleaning . I left on Dec 3 heard there as an accident with a man falling in pool due to not cleaning pool . There were 5 people in pool one day spitting yelling splashing I complained nothing was done .

Property is located within a short walking distance to the beach. There's local dining options for those that want local thia food.For shopping and anything else, you're a grab service or baht bus ride away. I enjoyed my stay with the firm hard bed that a lot of other tourists have complained about. The room was spacious to my liking and being it was the low season the rate was low as well to my liking. Two pools and a small relatively equiped gym on the roof was an added bonus.

こじんまりしたプールがのんびり出来て良かった！大通りから少し入っているので夜も静かで良い。部屋は古くもなく新しくもなくと言った感じすが清潔感あり、キチンと掃除されている点も良い。朝食は品数豊富とは言えないが必要十分、一つ一つも美味しくレベルは高い、エッグスタンドも上手に硬さもコントロールしてくれて美味しかった。ジョムティエンでは、また泊まりたいホテルです。

By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in during our 17-day trip in Thailand. It has it all: not clean, terrible and not fresh breakfast, unfriendly staff overall except for housekeeping, loud, worn out and much more. The hotel is rated 5 stars but that is absolutely overrated. We came from a 3 star hotel on Koh Samet and this was MUCH cleaner and better overall. Even the central Pattaya hotels we’ve visited were much better. The hotel is visited by mostly lower grade Russians and Chinese and they behave as expected. Will never visit again and suggest everybody to skip this hotel.

Das Hotel war sauber und relativ ruhig. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit viel Platz seine Sachen zu verstauen. Wasser , Tee und Kaffee waren täglich frisch auf dem Zimmer verfügbar. Ein schöner Pool stand zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war landestypisch . Aber auch der europäische Geschmack kam auf seine Kosten. Der Strand war nur 200m entfernt. Die Wasserqualität war nicht immer gut.

The staff was moody. Nice and clean room, but you can hear the neighbours in the room next door clearly. No electrical outlet option in the bathroom, very bad water pressure and no adjustments for lights in the bathroom either. Toalett flushes like on boats. Breakfast was ok, but poor marking on food. You don’t know if you pick sour cream or yoghurt. Will not stay there again.

The hotel staff is excellent. Any requests or issues were swiftly handled. The breakfast included in my stay was most excellent. There were a fast array of thai foods and dishes, as well as fresh fruits and pastries in the breakfast buffet. Security was great and nighttime was most peaceful.

Everything was pretty good in the hotel rooms are very new in one Tower and not new in the other Tower. Front desk staff are hot and cold definitely not over friendly but the property has a nice pool, great breakfast and very clean. Make sure you don't lose your key card, lose a towel or break a glass because they'll charge you for everything. Other than that I would stay here again

Solo visit. Room was old and on the other building not convenient at all. Breakfast only until 10 and I was sleeping late, the didn’t want to give me coffee, lady in front desk not Well-coming. The demand my reservation ID although that had the fully prepaid reservation . Not recommended

We were very impressed with the room. It was clean and big with cooking facilities microwave plus fridge. There is a good sized pool plus a smaller children’s pool But for me the buffet breakfast was the standout it catered for many ethnic tastes and delicious Previously i have stayed in Pattaya but this hotel is now by far my preferred place Thankyou to all your excellent staff for a happy stay

チェックインの時間より早目にチェックインしていただけました。フロントロビーにキウイジュースと水があり、美味しくいただきました。宿泊者がシャワーを利用する夜の時間帯は、お湯どころか水もチョロチョロしか出ません。お風呂に入るタイミングが難しいでした。朝食は、8:30頃に行くとホットミールがほとんど冷めています。パンが3種類くらいで少ないです。建物は素敵でした。
