A great looking and trendy hotel in a perfect area. Near the beach and the biggest shoppingmalls. A vibrant nightlife is just a short walking distance away. Beautiful rooms and really fantastic beds! There is also ok fitness facilities at site if you want to work out. But cleaning aren't good. I stayed for almost one month and the bathroom mirror was never cleaned. But the biggest problem with the hotel is that you can't throw toiletpaper in the toilet, it must be stored in a basket next to the toilet. That was a BIG issue for me. This is the first hotel i have stayed at in Pattaya area that had this solution. I don't understand why because this hotel seems to be newly built.

Had a fantastic stay at Page 10. Monica on the front counter fantastic, Min on the bar service fantastic. Door men couldn’t do enough. The cleanliness is top notch with the hospital smell. Friend of mine had a medical concern and everyone from the hotel all gathered to assist which was reassuring as a foreigner. Cocktails by the pool as the sun sets will be a lasting memory. Dave

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. No complaints. Room was very quiet and ac worked very well. Very comfy bed. Work out room had no ac so I could not use it.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is worn out and dated. Unsafe as anyone can enter lifts without key card with dodgy room door. Chips off the furnitures and walls was one thing, then there was mould on ceilings of the bathroom and dusts everywhere. Stains was found on countertops, furnitures and bedsheets. The longer we stayed the more we noticed that this was probably a love hotel. Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Unfortunately, not a 4 star hotel.

Location and Cleanliness are perfect. The staff are nice and willing to accomodate wishes. The room that I initially booked had its closet (wardrobe) in the bathroom/toilet!!!! This is unacceptable and I wasn't happy about it (who would be anyway??!!). But before that, this is cheating and day-light robbery as the pictures and the room information were totally different on the booking web-site. They offered me a free upgrade, which I reluctantly accepted it as the upgrade room itself had its own issues. The lighting in the bathroom was suboptimal and wasn't sufficient for close shaving! There was a mirror in the bathroom and a smaller one "above" the toilet unit!!! BUT there was NO mirrors in the bedroom or even in the lifts!! It seems this hotel has a problem with mirrors. Instead of mirrors, there were "pictures of books" in the lifts!!! (OMG!!!). The curtains and the nets were full of accumulated dust. The WiFi and TV were awful. The TV had no TV channels, or cable, but rather apps only (like YouTube) to watch some programs! The buffet breakfast : that woman who runs this part of the business is simply full of greed trying to save petty money through petty services. Example : ONLY brown sugar available but no white sugar!! A single tea bag used multiple times for different customers!!!

Only stayed one night, staff were pleasant and friendly but the property is a little tired. The room had a strong damp smell and I’d say a feeling of not being overly clean(. Water marks on counter, shower glass not too clean but again might just the age. Good location for the central area

TWを予約しましたが、ソイ10側の部屋で二重窓になってましたが夜はうるさかった。室外機もうるさかった。イヤホンをしたが外の騒音が聞こえた。朝食は毎日少しずつ変わって良かった。セカンドロードが近いので便利だった。部屋は広くて良かったが、洗面の水が方向が面白い方向にいった。我が家はまたリピすると思う

The hotel was located in a quiet street, but at the same time is also near many bars, restaurant, and is a short walk to Central Festival Mall. My room was very large, and had a balcony. The mattress was very large, but not the most comfortable.

We are so disappointed at thr quality of this hotel. Since Expedia's rating and evaluation were so high with their fancy photographs of the rooms and facilities, we completely trusted their quality worth while their prices. But the reality is that all employees of this hotel are lack of professionalism and it's room looks so strange. -The closet is located in a bath room. -The partition between the bath room and the room is sliding wall. The moisture of the bath room is easily entering the room as there is no glass wall to prevent the humidity from the bath room. We paid $100/ night. This quality of hotel should be at most $30/night.

Excellent location, central to all things Pattaya. This is my second time to stay at Page 10 and have no doubt I will stay there again. The staff is great and I saw the same faces from last year. This hotel is very guest friendly and overall very affordable.

フレンドリーなスタッフで心地良く滞在出来ました。セカンドロード側にマッサージ店、道を渡ればセブンがありナイトバザールやツリータウンも近く便利な立地です。７泊したのですが、朝食もシンプルながら飽きなかったです。北側の部屋だったので、バルコニーから海が見えて快適でした。

The hotel sits on a small side street and literally minutes to the beach. Room was decent but boy the bed was firm. The breakfast was interesting but they did cook you fresh eggs and the coffee was good.
