I have stayed at this hotel before. It is in an excellent location. The hotel is immaculate. nice facilities, such as a pool, executive lounge, several bars and restaurant options.The staff is extremely helpful and housekeeping is thorough and prompt. There was quite a bit of noise in my room even though I was on the 30th floor. My suite had a balcony facing the beach and in a position to hear the street noise and the bands at nearby restaurants and clubs.

A little conflicted because while the staff are -in general- very good, there remains a problem with the AC -it does cool the room but does not dehumidify the room. Towels take an eternity to dry; my golf glove was not dry even after 24 hours; there is a ‘dampness’ to the bedding. Same problem when I stayed at this hotel last year. I complained then, it wasn’t fixed. I have to assume if the problem persists, AFTER A FULL YEAR, the staff, or management, are indifferent to the issue. So…good staff, but not excellent. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Executive Lounge staff are very attentive and professional -great views from Executive Lounge.

Had a great stay at the hilton. Room was clean and bed was soft. My only complaint is the tv. This is a super morden hotel and they that these old flat screens come on hilton. No netflix or you tube app. We all know thailand have no channel options for American. Now to be fair the tv had some type of stream from your phone option. But it barely wored, if it wasnt error out it gave you some weird viewing aspect smh. At pount i juat gave up. I know must people dont sit around inntge hotel. But there are rest times where you wannna just chill and watch some you tube.

Hotellet er utrolig lækkert , rigtig god service, flot udsigt , god beliggenhed. Det eneste der trækker ned er larmen til kl 03-04 om natten umulig at falde i søvn før der er et sted der spiller live musik til 03-04. Hvis man selv er ude og feste så er det top nice , med beliggenhed og man opdager ikke støjen så kan det klart anbefales. Men vil man slappe af og nyde luksus så vil jeg fremover tag et hotel længere væk.

The most comfortable hotel bed ever. Room was spacious, clean and a super view. Shower etc 10/10 However having to pay extra fir premium wi fi was not fair, also prices around the pool and breakfast were very high. I had one breakfast, and then the remainder in local restaurants. Location very good.

Night security and night Manager on duty during a situation in which we were attacked by locals, the hotel staff failed to protect us and instead forced us to pay a large sum of money to the locals, threatening to call the police if we refused. It is truly unfortunate that I leave Thailand with such a bitter memory. That said, the daytime staff were indeed helpful and attentive.

I was treated like Royalty from the moment I arrived. The hotel stands as one of the best I have ever lived in even better than Vegas, London, Barbados and Dubai. Staff wasn’t so helpful at all….. wife was having stomach cramps and I asked the staff to translate it to Thai but they said no and use the translation app instead. I wanted to make sure the pharmacist understood what I was saying and not leave it to google translate (always messes up)

Pattaya Hilton staff are always excellent. From baggage, front desk, executive lounge, pool bar, and the Horizon. Jessica in the executive lounge is a gem. Very attentive and professional. After 2300 local time, getting to the hotel from 2nd road is difficult. No sidewalks. You have to walk one of two streets. Take a taxi and drive around front. Much easier. Yes, will stay here again.

Was good as usual but next time I will ask if there is a festival happening before booking . beach front rooms very loud music from 8 pm to midnight For the 8 nights I stayed which is fine if you are out and about but if you relaxing or trying to sleep in your room it is troublesome.I was on 22nd floor , some nights music was louder then other nights vibrations from bass and what not , had I known I would have chosen another hotel .
