Great location between PromPong and Asok BTS train station. Shopping and restaurants and good massage centres are within 15 minutes to hotel. Good crews work in S31 hotel. I enjoyed separate shower and bath tub. Rooms were clean. Good gym, but some faulty machines need to be upgraded

Fantastisk flott rom, og veldig bra rengjøring. Hotell betjeningen var helt fantastisk, fra de som jobbet ved inngangen, til de i resepsjonen og restaurantene på hotellet. The concierge Jack made our stay! Also the staff in the breakfast restaurant were incredible. The hotel does need some updating. The lobby felt like something from 1997… also had a weird piano playing itself. Our room could have used a serious cleaning - carpet could have used a trim cause edge was all frayed. There were Lots of things that were really helpful - ie a bathroom as soon as you come in from outside on the ground level , a small seating area where you can charge your phone, (this was amazing for our last day as we had a late flight and had already checked out).the room was strangely set up - and had to keep our suitcases in the living room area downstairs with the main bathroom and bed upstairs. No space there to keep anything. Location was great and transportation was easy either by grab, metro or train. Having never been to Bangkok I had booked hotel based on “features”’they offered ie restaurants, rooftop bar and spa. Well - spa was closed, bar was not on the rooftop and restaurants did not have the vibe. BUT all this being said anything you could Want or imagine is close by. The concierge service and amazing breakfast certainly made up for the downsides. Once we got used to the room configuration it was indeed nice to have the living room space.

Things are changing for the better here. Lovely reception staff. Lovely bar staff including the manager. Concierge people are so friendly. And the security outside are super nice. Rooms are a little tired now but nice and comfy bed. Great Veiws over the mountains. Good gym and nice clean pool. Nice hotel. Keith

The place has good staff- but the rooms were very dirty and the carpets are old the couches had stains on them - shower heads old- tv in the room doesn’t work- my safe in the closet died after the first day of staying and they tried to replace battery but still had issues- the spa isn’t working or closed- the wifi is weak in the room- towels are very old and robes the same. I wouldn’t recommend.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Design-Hotel an guter Lage. Haben Panorama View Suit gebucht, wie schon vor ein paar Jahren. Diese Jahre merkt man dem Hotel an. Das ist durchaus verkraftbar. Aber: Fenster-/Fassadenreinigung ist dringend notwendig! Unser Panorama war stark getrübt…und so auch unser Eindruck von diesem Hotel Schade!

The layout of the room was awkward. The bathroom sink was located separate from the shower and toilet under a "shelf" with no vanity. The end of the bed was very close to the wall. We hit our foot against the bed several time while passing by.

S31 is a hotel where design was mandatory, but functionality was not. You get a Japanese style toilet, but no room for the sink in the bathroom so that one must be placed in the bedroom. No place for towels in the bedroom and very limited space for your stuff. Good luck trying to shave. You got the light right over your head so you can remove the foam with your razor and hope you hit the beard at the same time. 25% of my room was wasted with some design/art thing so it became so narrow that I could not get past the bed without bumping into the TV. Breakfast is another issue. Good luck finding the bacon. You must ask for it. Then they will give you two slices of bacon. Is this a hostel or a five-star hotel?

Junior suite, lovely and spacious suite with plenty of light and good view! Bathroom very spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is good quality and a lot of variety for all. Only thing was noisy air conditioning to sleep with but other than this a great stay!

Gave me the wrong room even though I told them. They would not listen or look at my mail booking. Terrible service, is this how you treat customers. And took 1,000thb as deposit. Not seen it back in the bank at all yet

What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to help accommodate your needs. Jack was working the doors in morning while we exited and always greeted us and conversed with us. He would also ask what are plans were for the day and if they had anything the hotel offers to make the day easier or if they could provide transportation. The hotel is just a 5 min walk if that to the BTS and it is very easy to get around the city with it. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s truly a five star experience.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and I it’s definitely gone downhill. The positives - the location is great , close to great restaurants shopping , grocery store and transportation… Downside The room smelled like smoke even though a non smoking room. The floors weren’t very clean . The bathroom was ok. Took forever to get an iron from housekeeping. I had to call three times. The staff downstairs at check in and check out were rude to guests. We checked out a day early, didn’t care even though I mentioned I wasn’t pleased and the staff didn’t adjust the price. Never staying here again.

3泊しました。早朝便で到着、空港で色々仕事をして11時ごろ到着。エクスペディアのゴールド会員なのでお部屋のアップグレードは元々していただいていたのですが、なんとアーリーチェックインにも対応してくれました！アーリーチェックインに10分ほどかかるので、その間はウエルカムドリンクまで用意してくれました。大変助かりました。また、スタッフは全員笑顔で気が行き届く感じで最高でした。アメニティも充分で、毎日無料のお水の補充をしてくれこちらもありがたかったです。帰りはGrabを予約してたのですが、いきなりキャンセルされ、それを見たスタッフがすかさずタクシーを定額で予約！無事に空港へ行けました！このホテルはバンコク中心地で滞在する時は必ず使いたいと思います！

Dette er vårt faste bosted i Bangkok. Har pruvd mye forskjellig, men ender alltid opp tilbake på S31 . Perfekt beliggenhet, store rom , god frokost og hyggelig betjening, spesielt concierge-guttene i første etasje. Velgig god valuta for pengene og godt egnet for lengre opphold.

This was my fifth stay at S31 and I keep coming back for several reasons. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from both MRT and BTS stations. It`s based in the Em District with several large shopping malls around with tens of choices for both dining and shopping. I usually stay at Duplex Room which is very spacious and I would say a very good value for the price. The staff has always been very courteous and made the stay experience that much better. And I last but not least, I have not mention breakfast. One of my favourite things about my stay with large variety of choices.
