Free shuttle to and from airport was so convenient especially 24 hrs a day, a plus plus in my book. Less than 2 miles from anirpot. Included breakfast with many options also a plus plus. Hotel room for 3 people with 3 single beds also very convenient. Rooms are a little outdated but has everything you need for a good nights rest, right down to slippers, toiletries, tea, and coffee. I will definitely be back again.

This hotel offers exceptional shuttle service from the airport, but it’s important to stick to their hourly schedule if you want a free ride back to the airport; otherwise, you'll need to pay for transportation. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and features an excellent on-site restaurant with delicious food. However, the room itself leaves much to be desired. It's quite small, and the television is outdated and very small, with grainy channels and frequent freezing issues. The bathroom is equipped with just a shower curtain, leading to water pooling throughout the space. Additionally, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable—excessively firm and worn out. The air conditioning blows directly on your face, which can be quite bothersome. This hotel is suitable for a quick overnight stay before your departure, but it’s not ideal for longer visits.

Nice variety for breakfast. Pool clean, and usually empty of other travelers. Bed a bit firm for me. Close restaurants, snack shops. In-house restaurant good. Very quiet in room. Only 10-15 minutes from airport depending on traffic. Pleasant staff service. Free WiFi gave a steady, strong signal.

Very pleasant stay. My room was upgraded, a nice surprise. Free pick-up and drop-off for the airport. The swimming pool is not that big, but enough for a reasonable swim if you want. The staff were very helpful. Robinson Lifestyle is a bit of a walk, but there is a 7-11 really near.

Food portion was small. My husband ordered their linguine with shrimp and they served the pasta in a small bowl for a child. He had three bites and it was finished. For 300 baht it’s alot to ask for the portion they gave. The picture of the hotel is very deceiving. The pool looked huge in the photo but it’s extremely small and there were only 5 lounge chairs. We had no place to lay our stuff because 4 other people were using the pool. Breakfast was great tho. Great choices and lots of variety.

Very convenient location within 10 minutes of the airport and a 24 hour free shuttle service. Breakfast was also very good - nice food served in a modern dining room.

Airport shuttle and hotel was excellent service, product and delivery.

Slidt hotel, hård seng, elevator holder mellem etager så tasker skal bæres på trapper, god morgenmad, fin lufthavnstransport, poolen er meget beskidt med alger og gav udslet. Hvis poolen havde været ren, så ville min anmeldelse være bedre.

The hotel has a convenient location close to the airport and offers a free airport transfer, which is a plus. The rooms are large and the breakfast is acceptable, though nothing special. Unfortunately, the overall experience was severely impacted by a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The odor was overwhelming and persistent, making the stay very uncomfortable. This was by far the worst bathroom smell I have ever experienced in a hotel.

Room was very clean and A/C worked very well. Only small issue was no light or lamp by the bed.

All 3 rooms they offered had strong smell of mold and visible mold, especially on bathroom walls. 2. Dirt on walls in rooms, hallways, smelly, dirty peeling carpet on the way to room 2313. Musty hallyways. 3.Room 2313 was the last one offered as the said

The air conditioner did not blow really cold air. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. The hot water in the shower was not really hot. The staff charged me for towels because I had mango juice on a towel. They told me I stained it. Mango juice can come out of towels. 10 minutes from the airport. Many stores in walking distance. I will not stay here again when I come to Bangkok.

When you enter the hotel the reception area and bar looks bright and modern and clean. Once you go through the automatic door to the hotel part itself it's like walking into another world. The walls are all so very dirty just a lick of white paint could fix that. The rooms are very dated, the beds are extremely uncomfortable Old Spring beds, the walls in the rooms also need painting they are just very dated and not pleasant.

Perfect for those with an early morning International flight. The shuttle service made travel from/to the airport very easy. The staff will ensure you don't oversleep and miss your scheduled shuttle back to the airport.. The food in the hotel's restaurant was very good although a bit expensive. The only downside was not having any electrical outlets near the beds. The only available electrical outlets were located behind the television and in the bathroom..

The hotels was ideal for a stop over before flying home the next day. There’s a few things within walking distance, subway and some smaller restaurants to eat. The hotel was ok and the staff were friendly, the room we stayed in looked tired but appeared clean there was a kettle and fridge and a selection of items you could purchase should you want anything ie chocolate bars,noodles, water etc. I found the shower not so great it was over the bath but no curtains to contain the water splashing everywhere. But as a stop off it served it’s purpose for us. The shuttle bus was convenient we just went to reception and they got a driver and took us straight there.

It is an airport hotel. The bed was the worst bed l have ever slept on in my life. I had to take the duvet and put it under me somI could sleep.How did this place get a 7.6 rating it is barely 6.5 if that..

Electricity outlet was too far from bed. They couldn't provide me a cable long enough to keep my devices next to me when charging. Some type of cables or power board can be kept during check in to help international travelers cope with situation.

The AC was e excellent the room was spacious the staff was great

The room was extremely hot when I entered and the beds were very hard.

深夜到着、入国審査で行列だったので送迎サービスの指定場所に着くまでに時間を要したが、事前に連絡のあった場所はすぐわかった。深夜だと送迎サービスは本当にありがたい。スタッフもみな親切。部屋自体は問題ないのだが、集中空調で空調の温度調整が難しいうえに音が大きい。加えて泊まった部屋のベランダに大きな音を出す電圧機？室外機？があり耳栓をしても気になった。

Check in and check out staff were so friendly and Helpful with our questions. They even packed 6 to go breakfast without me asking since we had to catch an early flight and we could not eat breakfast. 711 and few other places near by. Room is good for staying a night if you need to catch a flight. FYI Americans there no washcloths in Thailand as we think of them so bring your own. Room was ok no frills. Beds was kinda on hard side but we still slept good so no issue. The refillable water bottles are good. Overall I would stay here again for a night. Family of 6 we had 3 beds each in 2 rooms. More than a night we would need a bigger room. However the 3 beds and bathroom were spacious.Overall a good stay.

Wonderful staff

When we came down for breakfast, we had to go to the front desk for a voucher which would have been more convenient to get during check in. At first, we thought the breakfast was just the one section because it wasn't clear that the other room was also included in breakfast. There was also a gentleman who was VERY loud on the phone, practically yelling and on speaker phone being very disruptive but the staff did nothing. The shuttle was fine, but could be more clear on how to find the shuttle at the airport. I recieved a message from the hotel saying to call them when I arrive and go between gate 3 and 4, which I did. It should have been clear by saying, between gate 3 and 4 will be signs for hotels and to find our hotel name which then they would call the shuttle. The hotel area was poor, it takes forever to get into the city but fine if you're just having a short layover. The ally way smells so badly. The room was fine, we had a triple room with three single beds. AC worked nicely. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom came with a small roll of toilet paper and when we called down to reception to get more, they couldn't understand what we were asking. For one night this hotel is fine, cheap and is close to the airport. Very strange that they would only take a 1000 baht for a room deposit, this made me feel uneasy, as I'd rather do it with my credit card. Thankfully my friend had a 1000 cash to use.

I had stayed the week before. There was no security deposit. My stay on the way out of Thailand they had started a 1,000 baht security deposit. I did not have 1,000 so they let my pay 500. However, that drained my baht so I went in search of a currency exchange on a Sunday. I finally found one in Robinsons.

The staff was rude to us during the checkin. They didn’t give us proper instructions regarding breakfast, refused to take the credit card for deposit, and made us feel unwelcome since the beginning. During breakfast they tried to rush us out even though we had finished eating and was just finishing our coffee - 10 minutes before the end of breakfast. The air conditioner was set to 30 Celsius when we got into the room. We will never come back.

The hotel was great with excellent service. We had a 10 hour layover at the airport and thought we’d get a hotel room, but waited about 45 minutes for the shuttle. We lost time in the heavy traffic as well. Signage for the airport shuttle to the hotel was poor, but there were people helping. After waiting such a long time we were then quickly escorted out to a large van. I almost missed the way because if the other shuttles and passengers. I would stay at the hotel again but there’s got to be a better system. Returned to the airport at 5:30 am, with the next shuttle departing at 6:30.

Dated location but clean. Excellent value to stay and wait for your flight the next day. The only thing that was a bit annoying is how long it took to get picked up by the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We flew in late and were tired, and not in the mood for waiting for over 30mn, but it wasn’t a deal breaker, we know sometime things happen.

The property is well maintained and clean. The shuttle buses run frequently and staff was helpful. Lots of food options nearby. No late check outs though especially when transiting through BKK.

This property was filthy and the beds were in terrible condition no mattress they were straight wood with a cushion mattress on top not a real mattress it’s was hell to try to get some rest all night.

浴室がどぶ臭い。 空港からは近いが市内までは約1時間ほどかかるので観光には不向き。 周辺の道路は交通量が少ないので騒音等は気にならない。

The hotel serves its purpose. It is very conveniently located, only a 10-15 minute drive away from the airport, and the included shuttle both ways is very handy for an overnight stopover in BKK. That being said, the property is very basic (with some of the hardest beds I've ever felt in my life). Staff were great, and the room was clean and safe.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. I thought the hotel was good value for money and the food was good.

The restaurant at the property was very good and the buffet breakfast was exactly what we wanted. We had an early morning flight and they gave us breakfast boxes. The shuttle was excellent.
