In a very vibrant area with lots of street food, bars and clubs. The hotel has double windows which keeps the noise from the local music venues to a minimum, without which it would be impossible to sleep there. Nice rooftop pool with towels provided and a bar if you are wanting a drink.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and the rooms clean/comfortable. The rooftop pool is a very nice bonus touch. Just be warned that the noise will be a bit much if you are a light sleeper in any way. You are right on Khao San Road, the noise will start up in the evening and continue until around 3AM which is also when the hotel is only accessible by foot.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine schlechten Kritiken. Aber dieses Mal muss ich es sagen. Die Zimmer sind gut, wenn man überhaupt keine Ansprüche hat. Die Internet Präsentation ist anders, als es vor Ort ist. Ich habe das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und fand es abartig schmutzig. Das Bett Ist eine reine Frechheit! We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and the rooms clean/comfortable. The rooftop pool is a very nice bonus touch. Just be warned that the noise will be a bit much if you are a light sleeper in any way. You are right on Khao San Road, the noise will start up in the evening and continue until around 3AM which is also when the hotel is only accessible by foot.

The Mulberry is at the heart of Khao San Road. An easy walk to a lot of touristic attractions including the Temple of the Emerald Buda, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. There's plenty of food and drinking places nearby, the hotel has a swimming pool in the 7th floor and a pool bar, rooms are renovated and beds are very comfortable, to place is also very new. Although rooms are comfortable for a couple, they are in the smaller side - if you don't mind about the space, the hotel is a perfect place to stay.

The Mulberry hotel is located in prime khao San road. Great location but the staff of the hotel are not friendly, more so they are biased towards guests from different nationalities. Rude and blunt. They don’t even consider a request made in advance while booking. The rooms didn’t have a wardrobe, we had a difficult time to adjust but somehow had to. We had an issue with our room key card and we asked to change the same, they did so but did not inform that a new key card will be chargeable at 300 Baht. First time ever be in my all travelling years saw something like this that a key card is charged. Never gonna stay here again. Bad experience

Rooms small but good , paid top price for a top floor room to avoid noise even though it stated sound proof room , but unfortunately was not sound proof even on the 6th floor . Hotel is nice but staff miserable unfortunately tried chatting but they weren’t interested probably used to to many rowdy youngsters

This hotel is really good value for money on Khoasan road. Rooms are slightly small but has a large bed, we had the king room which would have benefitted from a bit more room for luggage. We was at the back of the hotel and l could barely hear music from Khoasan road because we were out most of the evening anyway. Would recommend for a budget-friendly hotel in a good location!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Reception were really rude on check in and check out. ‘Soundproof rooms + 24H security’ isn’t true. You can hear everything and anyone can walk up to the rooms without a keycard. On the first night, we went to reception at 1:00 am complaining about everything and she couldn’t understand us but did say she will pass to early reception. We slept in late the next day due to the noise but we went straight to reception about leaving. They refused to give us a 3 day refund (only 2 days) even though we explained that we spoke to the night staff… They gave us 15 mins to shower, pack up our suitcases and leave ( constantly kept calling the room). They never even asked us what our issue was nor apologised. I work in hospitality, this was a disgrace.

Upon checkout we were told her to wait as they wanted to check our room within a few minutes. They came down and served that we had made a stain on a bedsheet which they had tried to wash and it wasn’t coming out and they wanted to charge us 1000 THB - just be aware of this there is a Price list of all the possible things you could damage in your room in the actual room crazy never had this before I have travelled extensively

I think the property offered good value; It was clean, comfortable, space tight but all very workable. I just found that some of the front desk people were borderline rude and not helpful - would not even call a cab? maybe they just don't do that it Bangkok?

Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Es liegt direkt auf der Khao San Road. Abends wird es dort laut, die Musik ist bis ca. 2-3 Uhr auf die Zimmer zuhören. Wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Wer wirklich Nachts ruhe braucht, ist hier allerdings fehl am Platz.

Looking for a place to have good food, a drink, a place to party until sunrise maybe? Look no further! This clean hotel with friendly staff is right in the heart of Khao San road and you just need to walk out the lobby for it. Tuk tuks right outside if you need to go elsewhere and honestly the noise was barely noticeable once inside so you’re still able to sleep well. Maybe bring ear plugs if you’re noise sensitive but this place is really worth it in my opinion.

Mulberry Khaosan is an ultimate experience area. The area is rocking with night life and great food. We tried alligator street food. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Room attendants were so helpful in whatever is needed and did a great job of keeping room clean. Young adults would love this experience. Gets loud at night, but I had no problem sleeping through it.

Gostamos bastante do hotel. Não tem café mas isso não foi empecilho pois tem vários locais no entorno para tomar café. Ele fica no meio da rua mais movimentada e barulhenta da cidade, e mesmo com as janelas duplas, passava um pouquinho de som. Mas não tivemos problema pois já sabíamos desse detalhe. Cama muito confortável e ótimo chuveiro.
