Our stay at the Chatrium Sathon Bangkok was exceptional. The amenities are in a league of their own, the fitness center is a state-of-the-art facility, miles ahead of any hotel gym, and the sauna and steam rooms were perfect. The massive, resort-style pool feels like a private oasis. The room itself was incredibly spacious, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel. Despite its quiet and peaceful location, it’s just steps away from some of the best local street food. Tying it all together was the warm and professional staff, who made the stay truly memorable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Fantastic hotel for families with young children. We stayed with our 2&4 year olds. The pool was perfect - fenced off toddler pool we could sit on the loungers watching them without out having to be in. The rest of the pool only went to 1m so was also good for 4 year old to learn to swim. Area around was beautiful with loungers and tables for eating at. The indoor and outdoor play area was also enjoyed by them, the climbing wall especially. We had the deluxe 2 bedroom which was very spacious, more than enough room. Everything was spotlessly clean, all types of staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extensive and the pool bar menu also served a variety of foods for a reasonable price for a hotel. On the street of the hotel was a good selection of basic restaurants of many cuisines at a very cheap price. There were also street vendors of cooked foods and fruits everyday except Monday. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic hotel, come early to breakfast or there will be black with hotel guests. Breakfast is however very good with a big variety of food. Service at front desk is pleasant and friendly. Bubble jet, was however not working in the pool. But over all, comfortable rooms, with great city view.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, both at the beginning of the month and on our way back. During our first stay the air-conditioner didn't work and we had it on 18 degrees the whole time. The suite was also dirty. I wrote and asked them to please check so that we wouldn't have the same issues. Instead, only when we got there (after check-in) did they send a team to check the cleanliness. In one room the air-conditioner couldn't be adjusted again and we couldn't use it. The rooms also are outdated and run-down. It's a pity, because the central area is lovely.

Amazing stay for Our family of 6. Loved everything! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service at the restaurants was great! Pim and Ked were so friendly for staff. Night time fun at pool bar with speciality drinks, food and music. Our servers, Guitar, Aor, Pond, and AR were excellent! We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it so clean and spacious. We would stay again next time in Bangkok.

호텔 시설과 직원들은 친절했습니다. 다만, 냉장고엔 전 사람인지 언제인지 모르겠지만 얼음과 빙과듀들이(먹고남긴) 음식들이 그대로 있더라구요. 위생을 위해 치워주셨으면 좋겠어요. 그점 말고는 너무 훌륭했고! 즐거웠던 숙박이었습니다. 다음에도 또 올께요^^

We stayed in the double twin King room. It was a lot of space and we enjoyed it. Everything seemed spotless until you see mold growing between the lines in the kitchen overhead and mold in the grout in the bathroom. The washer and dryer, took over an hour to wash and over 4 hours to dry, not very convenient. Note: on our last day, we did see a laundromat that down the block in walking distance. Locationwise: it just felt very far away from everything. totally our fault for not checking prior, but it took us at least 40 mins by car to get anywhere - Iconsiam, malls,Night market, the grand palace, BKK. Staff were not as welcoming and inviting as I had thought. Short of check in, we did not interact with any other staff and the times we did, the interation was mediocre. On the day we left, we ran into issue with the ride that we called and one of the staff came out to "help" facilitate the conversation/issue and then he just left and went back inside and didn\'t come back out. Maybe our standards were higher as we came from the Hyatt in Phuket and had an amazing time there with service and staff, but the whole stay here, location and the interactions just felt very underwhelming.

I stayed this hotel many times and I feel very comfortable always, staff’s smile and hospitality is nice every time. But unfortunately this time my room’s air conditioner didn’t work well (only living room side, bedroom side was work well). Fortunately this timing BKK was not so hot so I didn’t feel bad.

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for 26 years, since the previous ownership. While I understand some wear and tear is inevitable, my recent stay in room 4144 was disappointing. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, and the closet light in the bedroom remained on the entire night. Due to a late check-in, I chose not to call the staff, which left me unable to rest properly.

I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the service was great. The room was beautiful ans immaculate. The location was perfect. I cant wait to come back to stay again. Literally only complaint was the windows. They open up without screens and there is nothing stopping you or a child from jumping out. There is no protection from that at all. We were on the 17th floor so we had to leave the shades closed the whole time as we were traveling with our 3 and 5 year old. If they make the windows unable to open or put screens in, the hotel would be an 11 out of 10.

Lovely spacious rooms. Proper residences where you could stay for a long time if you wanted to. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Facilities were good. And the breakfast was expansive, with Thai, Chinese, Korean, Indian, and Western foods. My only complaint was the queue for the coffee machine, as it made very nice coffee, but it took 5 minutes to get one every time. This is a family oriented hotel, with plenty of kids running around and enjoying themselves. If you don't like the sound of children laughing and screaming in the pool,, then this might not be the place for you. Location is good. Plenty of restaurants and shops on its quiet street. It's an easy 15 minute walk to quite a large shopping mall if you want a wider variety of shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Very clean. They have a large pool that kids really enjoy and great for swimming laps early in the morning. Large room options are available. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of our kids had her bday when staying and they brought a cake and left balloons and card. We had a great time here. Lots of food options nearby and the street is not busy for Bangkok. Also, a free shuttle service to drop you at local points of interest.

The attention from staff especially the bellhop Thanakorn. He is always welcoming and thoughtful and very professional. All staff are well trained and welcoming from housekeeping to restaurant to poolside to reception. The swimming pool suits us to sit beside and also swim. The poolside bar adds a good place to have a meal or drink too.

We stay at Chatrium Sathorn almost every time we visit Bangkok, and it truly feels like home. The staff are always so friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s very easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The huge breakfast selection makes every morning enjoyable — we’re already back in the States and missing it so much! Highly recommended!

I have stayed at the Chatrium Riverside before so I thought I’d give this hotel a try as it was half the price. First class hotel, but not such a great location. You will need a taxi to go anywhere.

施設の設備やスタッフの方は凄く満足出来るレベルのホテルでした。周辺エリアで★3の点としては、 ①バンコク市内までの所要時間がタクシーでも30分〜45分程掛かる点かと思います。（凄く渋滞するので） ②ホテル周辺が下町感が有るので、海外慣れしてない方は最初は抵抗有るかもです。上記点も立地だけの問題ですので、最初から理解して予約すればとても良いホテルだと思います。

All the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s also near some small businesses and restaurants. So you can just walk to those businesses. I also like it that it’s not near busy area where it’s too noisy.

Hotel was amazing good value for money. Service was top notch, pool area was big and green and really well taken care of. Great service at poolbar, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast buffe was really good and breakfast area was nice, both inside airconditioned and outside by the pool. Location was in a calm and quite area, aprox 15-20 minutes by taxi to more all activities. Can strongly recomend you to download the hotel app where you can book different tours. We did the Tuk Tuk food tour which we strongly can recomend.

Great place, very spacious rooms and A1 pool/facilities. My only issue is breakfast. The area for serving and sitting is way too small for the number of guests. So while the selection is great it's actually quite stressful navigating so many people in a confined area.

Horrific food/ food poisoning with their “lobster sale.” 7-11 was literally better than Room service food. Dishes outside door 1x 36hours. Lots and lots of visual earthquake damage & ongoing “super loud” repairs for us trying to sleep off a hangover. Choice of liquor horrendous at pool bar, however pool staff very nice. Stayed for (2) weeks & would have stayed 3 days max if they would have let us. Comped $2k Baht. Lots & Lots of Indian tourists/ local part time residence. Difficult to go anywhere without Grab & takes a long time .

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great with wide selections from Thai, Indian, Chinese and western. I like how they switch some of the breakfast items up every day. The staff were very friendly and professional. They also understood English. I love how there is a cafe by the lobby. Starbucks and 7/11 are next to the hotel as well. There’s also a mall that is walking distance. The host KANYAPAK Panghom is such a sweet person. She is very helpful all the time and just has this really great personality. She definitely deserves a raised.

Food and drinks are to expensive, not only with local rates but with equivalent hotel in Bangkok. Service is very slow and ridiculous. For example, a diner of 4 persons. First main course will be served while the 3 others will have to wait. At the end, the first one will have finish to eat before the 4th being served. Also incredible, people splitting either in the swimming pool, the ashtrays or even in the middle of the hotel

The breakfast buffet was amazing with different options daily, the grounds were beautiful although we didn't have time to go in the pool it was really nice and large. If you have time, I highly recommend going to the spa, they are amazing! Everything about my stay was great, if you plan to request airport pickup, do so as soon as you can! I tried to request it too soon and I was confused with the time difference so unfortunately I was unable to get that but taxis were easy to find.
