Stayed 10 years ago and the premises have taken a beating. A spruce up would be in order.

The LUXX is a really nice apartment hotel in an easy to access neighborhood. I was surprised at the size of the room, the kitchenette, and lounge space. The pool was refreshing. The hotel needs a little love, but I think it is quite suitable for a short-medium stay.

Dejlig roligt hotel, smuk have og pool. Pris og kvalitet hænger sammen. Vandet i poolen var dog noget snusket, sengen var god og meget venligt personale.

Hotellet har otrolig potential men är mycket dåligt underhållet, servicen är undermålig & det stod att man kunde få frukost, men det fanns ingen frukost alls. Det fanns tvättpåsar på rummet men ingen tvättservice alls dom hänvisade till ett tvätteri på gatan som hade mycket begränsade öppettider. AC’n kändes 50 år gammal, det var fantastiska skjutdörrs fönsterparti på rummet som nästan var omöjliga att öppna & stänga. Skärp et!

Situado en un barrio muy agradable cerca del parque lumpini. 15 min a pie del metro. Recepción muy bonita. Habitacion tambien. Los exteriores merecen mas limpieza. Piscina pequeña agradable. Hamacas y servietas a renovar.

Over all it was a good stay. They seemed to be having construction so there were strong smells. There were small things that needs some attention. But for the cost and location. I would stay here again. Rooms are big and the corner room had wraparound windows.

It was OK. Comfortable. Some things to be aware of: 1. There is no restaurant at the hotel. 2. It has one tiny elevator. 3. There are no shower curtains around the shower and bathtub. So when you shower or bathe, you will wet the floor.

근처에 최신 호텔이 많아서 컨디션으로 비교하면 힘들겠지만, 그래도 괜찮은 호텔이라고 생각됩니다. 편의점은 멀지만, 근처에 이용할만한 레스토랑과 식당은 많고, 호텔 수영장은 작지만 나름 느낌 좋습니다.

部屋は綺麗に保たれていたし、クリーニングやタオル、アメニティ、水の補充対応も良く、スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 近くにあるルンピニ公園は気分転換にとても良い場所の一つ。 このエリアには落ち着いたカフェなどが沢山あるので日替わりで楽しめる。 残念だったのは… WiFiがすぐに止まりTVが観れなくなる シャワーのお湯が安定しない カードキーで解除するドアロックが1度のタッチで開かず2〜3回繰り返さないと開かない 駅からは距離があり、徒歩の場合人によっては辛い思いをする。 ホテル前の一方通行の道は3車線あるが、横断する際には車やモーターバイクが飛ばしてくるので要注意⚠️

Överlag väldigt bra, läget & rummet var toppen Det som skulle kunna förbättras är städningen, var lite dammigt både på rummet & gemensamma utrymmet

I honestly wish I had more good things to say about my stay with Luxx Hotel, but it was a miserable experience. While the staff was so kind and friendly, the accommodations were atrocious. There was mold all over in my hotel room and it had an accompanying smell that made it difficult to breathe normally. Additionally, the shower did not work and sprayed in three different directions. There was no noise buffer between rooms and you can easily hear people open and close their balcony door (which can be closed with a VERY loud bang that woke me up at several points each night throughout my stay). There was no AC in my room, and while it wasn’t overbearingly hot, it was not cool enough to sleep in. The WiFi was spotty and did not work so I was unable to attend work calls and as a remote worker, this was a huge problem. The hotel is down an alleyway which did not make me feel safe as a solo female traveler and the whole hotel looked just rather run down. After the first night of my stay I couldn't stand the smell and the front desk so kindly let me upgrade rooms with no charge, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the toilet had trouble flushing, there was no hot water, and the balcony didn't seal so there were mosquitos everywhere and I woke up with countless bites. I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this was truly a horrendous stay, and I would HIGHLY recommend you look for accommodations elsewhere — this is NOT a luxury hotel, and I would not stay here again.

For a short quick stay i think this place is reasonably to be at for a few nights. Unfortunately though I don't agree that this place is a 4star hotel but a 3star. Staff are quite friendly. Rooms have a smelly odor such as urine. The showers arent covered, water splashes everywhere especially since the water pressure is super high even the sink as well. It is a nice convenient area and if you dont mind at least a 15min walk to central world.

This property is in very bad shape and should be taken down until they fix the black mold problem. Is is all over the property, inside and out.

Le personnel était tres accueillant, excellent service emplacement sécuritaire seul point négatif la chambre pourrait etre rafraîchi

スタッフの方やフロント周りのデザイン等もよかった。ドアも高くなっており広々とした空間ではありましたが、エアコンから古い匂いや、水回りでお湯がぬるいなど部屋でくつろぐ時間に若干不満がありました。 ただタイではあるあるなので我慢できますが、施設の画像に期待すると若干残念です。

Have a quite serious leakage at sink which makes the carpet became wet before I take a shower. Except this I spend a nice time for 2 nights. Staff is very nice.

Over all it was a good stay. They seemed to be having construction so there were strong smells. There were small things that needs some attention. But for the cost and location. I would stay here again. Rooms are big and the corner room had wraparound windows.

It was OK. Comfortable. Some things to be aware of: 1. There is no restaurant at the hotel. 2. It has one tiny elevator. 3. There are no shower curtains around the shower and bathtub. So when you shower or bathe, you will wet the floor.

This is a nice hotel with gorgeous rooms. However, the devil is in the details and while the rooms looked beautiful, the finishes were not so good. Think a loose cable behind the head board of the bed, and I thought the half-open shoer cubicle to not be practical as the bathroom floor ot rather wet. However, the friendly staff kindly helped to bring the suitcases to the room and and was all around very helpful. The bed was comfy and had a good sleep.

This place was amazing. I was a mess trying to book tickets from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and the stewardess helped me not once but two times with making reservations

Mon séjour s'est agréablement bien passé. Les prestations de l'hôtel ont été parfaites. Personnels serviables et à l'écoute. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés.

Everything is great, but because the hotel is in a relatively small alley. With unclear signs So I drove past the hotel and waste time to drive to the hotel agian.
