If you are not chasing loyalty-points and looking for a simple, clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay, this might fit the bill for you. It worked perfectly for me for my one-night stay and I'll stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok. I was worried by one piece of messaging that I received about contacting the property 48 hours in advance...and about late night arrivals...but the lobby was fully staffed when I arrived at 3:00 a.m. (after a delayed flight). I ended up with an upgraded room (corner suite) and the room was clean and bed comfortable enough. Breakfast was solid (not extravagant) with local and international options. I used the gym (basic) and kicked around in the pool to cool off. The pool deck is small and was crowded with about a dozen people. It is a rooftop pool, and not enough seating for the sun bathers. But I was there for a post-workout dip and it met my needs. All-in-all a good stay.

The hotel's proximity is not that close to transit and eventhough the hotel offered a shuttle, that shuttle only ran every 30 mins and only until 5 pm in the evening. a bit early, so we didn't get the chance to use it very often.

I didn’t like that they charged me 400 baht for misplacing my luggage tag. It signaled more nickel and diming me on superfluities. The dining room looked from hunger. It was a 25 minute walk from anything interesting. The pool area was tiny and barely ticked the box for a pool.

First - what a wonderful and helpful host in the lobby! Great if you have business at the US embassy with the free shuttle, but it's close enough to walk if you want to brave the busy narrow street. Room was fabulous, tasteful and spacious, outlets and light switches by each side of the bed. The bed is good for 4 small people!. Only minor gripe is my call was not answered after 3 attempts to ask for earlier check in.

The hotel was really nice. I thought I got a really good deal. It was under $100.00 with breakfast included . Till the morning came and realized breakfast was served a few buildings down at there sister hotel. I had no time since I was in a rush. That is when I asked if I could book another night. I needed to do other stuff. The rate came out a little over 1/4 of what I paid. I thought maybe it was the breakfast thing. That afternoon I came back and wanted to go swimming. The pictures showed a beautiful pool. Again , I had to go to the sister hotel to use the pool. I’m not upset at the hotel. They were wonderful. Now I understand the price. I’m upset with Hotels.com for not letting me know and charging me for it.

Water in the rooms smells like sewer water, and I mean that to the fullest extent. Disgusting smell the entire stay. We had to use bottles of water to brush our teeth. The hallways smell like sewer water as well. The location isn’t great, really not much around it at all, though there are a few 7-elevens close by. I would overall recommend staying elsewhere.

Excellent breakfast buffet AND very friendly and helpful staff- from the front desk receptionist to the bellman and to the parking attendant! With a comfortable bed and clean room for our overnight stay, we really couldn’t have asked for a better hotel at a better location & service. Thank you🙏

The Quart Hotel Bangkok The room could have been cleaned better the walls and sofa were noticeably dirty. It was also quite noisy, and I couldn’t fall asleep until after 1 a.m. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked very well, and I liked the size and layout of the room. The location was perfect close to restaurants, the mall, and the Embassy, which made our stay convenient. Overall, it’s in a great area, but the cleanliness and noise level could definitely be improved.

We have requested for early check-in but the hotel cannot provide. We requested for late check-out but the hotel cannot provide. Hence, we told the hotel that we will give extra and they have charge THB 1200 for 4 hours. We paid for it. We took the suite room (the best it has to office) but the room is very standard and the heat from outside is so high that even the curtain doesn’t hold it. Cannot sleep in the room in the afternoon, so we had to go ahead outside shopping center to avoid the heat. The hotel needs to do some fixing with the window heat.

We have requested for early check-in but the hotel cannot provide. We requested for late check-out but the hotel cannot provide. Hence, we told the hotel that we will give extra and they have charge THB 1200 for 4 hours. We paid for it.
