Hotel fica numa região bem agitada da cidade. Na rua do hotel há diversos bares que funcionam 24 horas, ponto de turismo sexual mas nada que importune a estadia. Estávamos em viagem de familia, inclusive com filha de 6 anos e em nada interferiu, você circula sem problema algum na região. Do quarto não se escuta nada do barulho da rua. Hotel fica a menos de 10 minutos de caminhada da estação do trem que conecta para qualquer ponto de Bangkok. Dispõe de transfer gratuito do hotel até a estação de trem (Nana station) de tempo em tempo. Ficaram com nossas malas sem custo algum por dois dias quando fomos ao norte do país. O pessoal do hotel muito solícito e nos deram varias dicas de como ir aos lugares que queríamos.

Good location 5 minutes walk to BST nana or plonchit and lots of good restaurants and bars near by . Staff very friendly and well trained in hospitality. Nice breakfast lots to choose from . But I must make a special mention to the lady organizing the tours . She was brilliant 👍. Arrange a night trip on a boat with dinner. And a day trip to the bridge over the river Kwai. Long day (12)but worth every baht and a good lunch included

The room is small, but nice and cozy. You get all you need there. During the day time there is a shuttle cruising between hotel and BTS station Nana. Friendly and helpful staff.

房型是一大床（睡一大兩小也可以的尺寸）。此行剛好有睡 Pattaya ibis，房間竟還比 Pattaya的房間略大。房內的採光及照明都比 Pattay更加明亮。浴室和 Pattay的完全是一樣的配置和空間，淋浴間仍然是一樣很狹小。吹風機對長髮人士非常不便。清潔也算是及格。酒店的 Porter很熱情友善，會跟孩子互動。前檯人員比較沒有親和力，但仍有問必答。酒店沒有游泳池，附近也沒有自助洗衣（只有洗衣店）。每天限定時間內有接駁車可載房客到 BTS Nana Station，但其實用走的也不會太遠。鄰近7-11。酒店停車場旁的泰式熱炒路邊攤的菜非常好吃。

I would say this is somewhat a budget hotel . Rooms are clean and basic . They do have a breakfast buffet and small bar. I thought the staff was nice and friendly Location was convenient . Felt like the night markets were walkable

Es war sauber dass Frühstück war gut das Personal ist freundlich, gestört hat mich das in der Raucher Lounge nicht Raucher geschimpft haben das man dort Raucht weil sie ihr kind dabei hatten, es sollte den nicht Rauchern klar kommuniziert werden, das dies eine Raucher Lounge ist und sie dies ertragen müssen wenn sie sich dorthin setzen. Die 500 baht Kaution finde ich für jeden Tag übertrieben und wann dies unbedingt notwendig ist, sollte es möglich sein eine Kreditkarte für die Summe zu bloggen, nicht den Hinweis das wird aber lange brauchen bis das Geld zurück gebucht wird. Ich würde nicht mehr in dieses hotel gehen wegen fehlenden Pool und Balkon.

Short walk to Nana BTS Hotel has shuttle service every 30min to Nana BTS. Room 511 needs to have smell trap redone in the shower recess. It stinks. Other rooms I rented were all OK. Not the biggest room but that was not the aim. Positioning was key here. Friendly staff and breakfast is good value for the price. A shame the place has no pool.

Super clean hotel, looks new despite being about 8 years old. Rooms are very small but you’re probably not here to hang out in your room. Hotel is just a short walk to dozens of bars and restaurants on famous Soi 4. Despite its central location, room was super quiet. Shower strong. AC in my room blew strong but air was not cold. And bed had quite a big sag in the middle. Breakfast buffet was decent with mix of Western, Asian and Indian dishes. Staff were very friendly.

Employees are really nice, for the most part. I did not like that the room only has one electric outlet and far from the bed. The air-conditioning thermostat is not working, the room is always freezing. No option to watch Netflix or other premium TV. Breakfast is good but always the same menu.

The air conditioner is very noisy and extremely cold for me (temperature couldn't be adjusted). I am having neurosensitivity to noise so this really bother me during stay. I had to wear noise canceling headphone all the time so that I wouldn't get panicked.

Hotel itself is totally OK except for the water pressure is quite weak and feel a little frustration when we are taking a shower. Hotel breakfast is quite nice the menu is changed everyday. I stayed here more than one week but I did not get bored with the hotel breakfast. The biggest problem is safety. If you walk from BTS Nana station, you might feel danger because of the Nana Plaza near the intersection. From the intersection, there are many dirty places along the street.

Room was clean and tidy. Had aircon and a safety deposit box. Staff were excellent especially Wat and Jojo who were excellent with local knowledge and advice. Both of them had a great nature and nothing was to much trouble. A real asset to the hotel and company.

Good location especially for nightlife, but also quiet rooms! Shopping, food and metro are near by. Firm bed which I prefer and ac was great, water pressure good. Friendly staff and my maid service was excellent, she kept my room clean and fresh! Not my first stay here

The price for the area is reasonable. The front staff were friendly and prompt with requests. The room is tiny with very little extras, although price slightly justifies this basic style. The bed was okay, nothing special. The breakfast is not worth the cost unless free with booking. The food was unappealing and the options were poor. Drink options, juice and coffee, were offered but horrible tasting. Other guests were complaining about the coffee, the juice is simply colored water. There are other options that offer the same basic features as this hotel in the area, if there is a promotion it is a reasonable.choice. If the price exceeds 1500 baht a night, explore other options. Do not pay for the buffet if not included in your booling.
