I have stayed here many times over the years, totaling several months. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the hotel is far enough off the main road to be quiet by Bangkok standards. The rooms are a good value for Bangkok. The property could use modernizing, as everything looks like it was styled in 1990, and the rotted wooden deck around the bar should have been replaced years ago, but the hotel is clean enough. Giving away a free joint with a purchased drink at the bar strikes me as a huge tactical error for an Ascott property, but the bar's usually empty anyway. The only real negatives for me are the neighborhood, which is extremely seedy, especially at night, and some of the guests, who like to carry on in their rooms late at night with their doors propped open. I've no idea why so many parents traveling with their small children choose a hotel in a neighborhood full of bars, hookers, and pot shops, but that's another story. Different strokes, I guess.

There is a bar and restaurant also which is good and lots of street food and restaurants on the road. The location is very good. I booked a second week here i lined it so much.

The hotel location was very good. There are loads of great restaurants & bars that do sensational food on Soi 8. The hotel itself for me the rooms in the apartment we got where very small. Also the pool was very small and had no space for any loungers to sunbathe. Overall my our stay was okay

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had asked for extra cups and utensils and they were brought to the room immediately. Whenever i needed the floor cleaned or simple extra tasks done they were handled right away with kindness. This is a good location and very walkable. The hotel also has a tuktuk that will pick you up and take you down the road all day for free. There is a washer and dryer on site for a fee next to the oil and gym. The room has a decent kitchen which we used for cooking a few times and one of the reasons i chose this room and the location. Very good stay here. Booked the room twice because of the mentioned above. Thank you for the great stay Citadine 🙏 😊

The location is great 👍 Near Sukhumvit, Terminal 21 and BTS which is why I booked there. The hotel is decent but not new. The room were very clean and large enough but some of the room were smelly so we had to change a few times. Paid for breakfast but missed it all due to working at night. Overall, it was comfortable and the fact that you have a kitchen is a plus. Would probably come back but I wish it was more updated.

Everything was a bit tired. Room felt like it had been missing the thorough clean it really need - it was quite smelly a stale. Breakfast was appalling - probably the worst I’ve had in 12 years of travelling around Asia.

My stay was fine, the room is very big. This was within walking distance of BTS station and malls (Terminal 21 for example). Lots of nightlife and 7/11 in the immediate area. The water temperature was never consistent for some of my stay and the towels and bedsheets had stains. The AC unit remote did not work for the AC unit. The tv does have the option of Netflix but it’s locked under the admin.

Good property for the price. Room was clean, huge and spacious. Amenities were sufficient. Stove was a bit slow and cannot get hot enough but I think it might be a safety measure. Windows was bad, kept producing banging sounds when there were movements

I like the location, but the swimming pool is a cold jacuzzi and the rooms are not equipped to reduce noise coming from the hallway and other rooms. You can hear the guests who arrive to party at 4:00 am and they burst into sleep.

I’ve stayed in Citadines in Japan and they are much nicer. Very noisy, it was seeping in the room from the hallway. Shower pressure was very low. Only plus was the kitchen.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The breakfast was worth pre booking with enough options for us. Ok for families but not the best. The shower was impossible to use if you were not a tiny person. Tuk Tuk service was great. Basic apartment set up that was helpful for making food. Staff was very kind and helpful

Der CheckIn war lieblos. Das Personal völlig unkommunikativ, kein Lächeln, kein Willkommen...sehr schade. Leider waren die Betten so hart, dass man morgens echte Probleme hatte mit dem Rücken, das war wirklich eine Zumutung. Leider mussten wir nach den *Vouchern* für Frühstück selber fragen, diese wurden uns nicht ausgehändigt beim Checkin und die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstück schickten uns zum Holen, auch das hätte man als Service machen können, anstatt den Gast loszuschicken! Die Zimmer waren nicht gerade groß, das Zimmer mit den 2 Betten grenzwertig - ein Bett stand quasi in der Gardine, das andere so, dass man den Schrank kaum nutzen konnte, Schade! Im Bad fehlen definitiv Haken und Ablagen. Zum Aufhängen der Handtücher gibt es nicht viel, wenn man mit 3-4 Personen dort übernachtet, weiß keiner wohin mit seinen Handtüchern und auch nicht mit seinen Bad Artikeln. kein Regal! Bei drei Damen ein echtes Problem. Die Lage fanden wir gut, der Shuttle war toll.

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel dining was not so good. Free transport is available but was not communicated to me to the nearest place of dining and other social activity. The hotel is new and all amenities look great. Provided a great place to relax away from the noisy areas of Nana. Value for money.

Cleaned and tucked away from the main street Sukhumvit road. But less than 5 mins on foot to the main street. And because it tucked away in the back alley, it was quiet. 7-11 eleven is across from the hotel, 4-5 restaurants and 4-5 massage places all on the same road w/ laundry service. Nana BTS is just 5 mins walk away (to the main street).

A decent location in a nice size studio which was comfortable and had all the basic essentials you would expect. The staff were friendly and the property is generally well maintained. Pool is small but reasonable (no bathroom at all there), the restaurant and breakfast is absolutely awful in so many ways, I would rather not say why - it just lets the Hotel down. Overall, everything else is pleasant and good value! Do not include Breakfast - lots of better options close by.

Just off Sukhumvit Rd, walking distance to everything. Nice & tidy. Cafe downstairs makes a nice coffee :) It is near the bottom of Soi 8, so a little bit of a walk up to Sukhumvit, nothing terrible, but be warned, depending on season, that can be a rather warm walk. Or you can grab the tuk tuk shuttle service they run up to the top of the Soi.

Beliggende i Soi 8 - 6 minutter gange fra Sukhumvit/BTS. Rommet var rent og innholdt alt man trenger. Frokost om man har dette - var på restaurant på hjørnet av Sukhumvit,og man ble kjørt dit. Var egentlig veldig bra og nydelig frokost. Totalt sett ett bra opphold til god pris. Stille område.

My second time here. Not the newest hotel but you get value for your money. As a gold member I got an o Update. This time I didn’t book with breakfast. The coffee in in restaurant is so great. Ther is a Turk tuk that drive you to the end at the street ( Nana station)

I like a lot the the hotel, clean, very good location, very good breakfast and communication (tuktuk). The only exception was the noisy laundry, which should be allowed to be used until 22h only. The staff moved me to another room the same day I requested.Thanks ! I will use again this facility.
