What guests think

At Trinity Silom Hotel, travellers praise the convenient Silom location near BTS/MRT and friendly, helpful staff, while feedback on the spacious but aging rooms, variable cleanliness, and noise (from AC, thin walls, or nearby venues) is more mixed.

Many like the large rooftop pool (in a neighbouring building) and a basic gym, though facilities feel older. Breakfast is a fixed set menu with limited choices and mixed reviews, while Wi-Fi can be unreliable. Overall, expect solid value and convenience with trade-offs in age and consistency.

It’s very difficult to find a hotel in this area at this price with such a large swimming pool and fitness facility. Even if it is a little rundown (and you need to cross the Soi to another building) it’s well worth the money. But if you don’t care about the swimming pool, then for sure you can get more comfortable accommodation at this price elsewhere

Staff was very friendly, and the room was large. They provided 2 bottles of water each day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the windows looked onto an open residence next door, so I had to keep the curtains closed. There are a couple of places just across the road to grab a quick meal. The location is a bit out of the way, so it's about a 10-minute walk to shops & nightlife on Silom Road. If you want a taxi, you can have the front desk reserve one, but the price is a bit higher than if you walk up to Silom Road to find one. On the other hand, a reserved taxi is there when you need it. For the price, the hotel is decent value.

My room was in the old building (#2). From what I was told, the rooms in the new building are nice. Unfortunately, mine was not. It was not terrible, but not good either. It had a smell, and the decor is very dated. The most pressing issue for me was the poor lighting in the bathroom. I originally had another booking for the same hotel after 1 week when come back to Bangkok from Chiang Mai. But I canceled it. There are better hotels in that area for roughly the same price.

I've stayed at Trinity Silom twice during this trip. One week in a Superior room and almost a week in a Premier room. Positives (Superior and Premier): + A few minutes walk from BTS + Plenty of good restaurants nearby + Staff, polite and efficient + Room, good value for money + Swimmingpool and sundeck + Cleaning Negative (Superior) - Noise from the air conditioner's outdoor unit (compressor/condenser fan). There was a persistent, low-frequency hum that made sleeping difficult. I actually had to wear noise-cancelling headphones to get a good night's rest. Overall, it's a great value hotel at a great location and good service However, light sleepers should be aware of the A/C noise issue in room type Superior. And yeah, the breakfast did not live up to expectations, no buffet, only three different sets to choose from (fried rice is the best set in my opinion).

Personalen var inte speciellt informativ vid incheckning. Rummet var i sämre skick än väntat. Pool/ gym m m låg i annat hus tvärs över gatan.
