Simply awesome!! Walking distance to everything, shuttle service, quite n safe etc

The Photos on the Hotel web site a miles far away from the reality ! the Hotel needs urgent to have a better maintenance of the rooms.the 3rd pillow in the Cabinet was dirty ...one of the chairs in the kitchen was badly damaged ...wobbling like a "Horse" ... the bathroom hangers and other holders inside just hanging loose at the wall...the safety box wasn't attached to the wall ... I called them to fix at least that box as I feared for my passport and valuables. there is only one small Lift available for the entire hotel which take ages to "call in'' in peak times.not one window there you can open ... no fresh air ....only the AC ... which only one was working well ..the other one was just like a fan! Lots of customers are Indians , which i guess: for them this kind of Hotel is still a 4-5 Star Hotel ..but it isn't at all.Wifi and the Hotel TV sucks also .... dont forget your i pad to bring ...not really value for money there.

The property was dated but clean. It has a few fixable issues, nothing over the top. The hotel is in walking distance of a lot of different places to eat and shop. The hotel is almost at the end of the street. If you ask them they will shuttle you to the end of the street which will allow you to walk to the shops and other places to eat and the main Street has plenty of street food. The hotel is not far from some pretty good bars and other nightlife. You are very close to a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy if needed. There is some very good breakfast nearby with some good people and great atmosphere. They do serve breakfast which is approximately 250 baht per person. Staff is very nice and will go out of their way to be accommodating. We had a couple different issues, which are as follows: The first room we had was a good room everything worked but didn't have a shower curtain and the AC went out. They very quickly moved us to another room where the AC worked well, very well. The bathroom had a few things that were out of place such as the rack the towels was coming off the wall, and no hot water. The AC unit did work, however, it was not adjustable. The only thing you had control of was the speed of the fan and the ability to turn it on and off.

Hotel is in a quiet area but close to the BTS and Sukhumvit Road. Rooms are large and comfortable, staff was very good, pool and fitness center are small but adequate. Tuk tuk a available to take you to and from Sukhumvit Road. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants where tuk tuk drops you off. Good value for the cost. Would stay there again.

I had a great time. I was so lucky because they upgraded me for the month. The staff were great. It is down a road but if you don't want to walk they have a tuktuk

Nice coming back to this hotel after 8 years. Room is spacious and nice staff. They could do with the lift upgrade though. I will definitely come back again.

Only a street away from Soi Nana Elevator very slow For the money it’s worth the stay

Room was huge. We had a family room so was basically two suites with interconnecting door. Great for the teen in tow. Windows don't open so despite having a washer dryer it isn't ideal. Also, had there been a fire in the lounge area there was no alternative exit for us so unsure re safety on this part. Location was good. Tuktuk for free up to the main road is handy but shame it finishes at 9pm. The Indian / Arabic restaurant is across the way makes amazing food!

all in all very good, pool area to small though, breakfast good, thai, indian and western, very quiet and good room with wery soft bed, but no tearesse

The rooms were very clean however they were very outdated and there were roaches in the bathroom.

Pictures look good, but the actual hotel is not that great. rooms are BIG, however, we found live cockroaches in our room. Not at a very convenient location. I understand that Bangkok is a very busy place, however, it takes over an hour to get anywhere. Better to walk. Breakfast was not that good. Very few choices.

We had booked a 2-bedroom suite for 4 nights. However, our stay was disappointing due to room issues. On the first night, we were placed on the 5th floor, which had a strong, unpleasant odor of mold throughout the entire floor. It was absolutely disgusting. When we complained to the front desk, they offered a scent spray and claimed all other rooms were occupied, so we couldn't switch rooms that night. They promised to move us to a new room the next day. Unfortunately, the new room on the 6th floor was infested with cockroaches, which was equally disgusting. We decided to cancel the remaining nights of our stay. Although we were initially booked for 4 nights, we were only charged for 1 night, thanks to the helpful front desk staff who assisted with the cancellation

Ive been coming here for almost 15 years and its been great....but the rooms are showing its old age. Pros: staff is excellent, rooms are big, lobby is nice, very cheap stay, one block over from big entertainment area Cons: room is usally dirty somehow, shower water is either ice cold or super hot, beds have been hard but this last time was nice, room ac takes forever to make room cold, usually not enough towels, there is usally either broken tiles on floor or bathroom ceiling, The rooms need to be renovated, fix the little things and this place can go back to being great.

This property is dirty we reserved two grand deluxe rooms the staff member that checked us was indifferent to my complaints. information about wifi was incorrect so maintenance had to come into room to set up. hotel room floor was filthy made your socks dirty walking on it. bathroom was moldy tub area sink area shower head was broken. refrigerator was dirty and stained inside. the bed was clean but very hard. the second room was almost identical This hotel is on an awkward street that is difficult to get to. and near nothing that we were interested in. the rooms we stayed in were certainly not the rooms that were presented on the website.

I checked out after a couple of hours when I found a new hotel, the bathroom was not clean and black mould around the shower, and it was rusted. Won't let me upload photo

Wasn’t as clean as I would’ve hope for. The sink leaked, the floor was dirty, the tub and the shower curtain had mold. Saw a couple of roaches creeping around. Needless yo say, disappointed.

The room is like an apartment and quite nice. Bed could have been better but not to bad. The main problem was the lighting was Terrible. It was with super dim bulbs like in dark night club and the lighting could not be made stronger. Also the distance from the main street was a bit to far for me.

The room wasn't in a good shape ( water tap dripping, ac not working, hot water not available in one room)

The allowed me to do early check-in which was nice. They only promise you one keycard, even if you arrive totally different times to the hotel with your travel companion. Furniture wasn't in very good condition. Room was clean but probably 30% of the lights didn't work and for example bathroom light was too dark to use the mirror. The room had 2 AC units but only one of them was giving cold air. Bathroom wasn't in very good condition.

Place reeks of cigarettes. Aircon doesn't work. Wifi was was shotty. Staff were not friendly. It was not a good experience.

The room is quite run down and soundproofing not up to par.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped me extend my stay at the hotel and had my room cleaned at a more convenient time.

No consistency with house keeping. Had leak in bathroom and the staff did not help whatsoever. I become the vacation plumber. Staff did not assist to move to other available rooms or make any effort to help. Staff always tried to put you in most expensive taxi or other transportation that made me think they were getting kickbacks. The restaurants and operators seemed very shifty, and never saw people eating in the restaurant throughout 2 Weeks I stayed there. The housekeepers were Ok just not trained on how to be consistent. Always different number of towels, soaps and other items. Location is not bad but be prepared to walk through lots of taxis and tuk tuk drivers ready to scam you. Remember always demand to use taxi meter - if they say no - find another taxi

A very decent hotel and worked out rather well for a longer-term stay in the heart of Bangkok. Staff were relatively decent overall. Though, I did have an incident on my final night's stay with one particular front desk staff member who is completely and utterly inept. Upon leaving, I asked this gentleman if he could call a taxi for me at 4am, as I was headed for the airport. He flatly refused, saying that in order to get a cab, it had to be booked in advance. I explained to him that I wasn't aware of this policy and asked him if he could kindly find the number of a taxi company and call a cab for me please. He again refused. He said that the only way to get a taxi was to drag all of my luggage to the main street in the middle of a very hot and humid night. I have never experienced this anywhere, at any hotel in the world and there have been many. When I asked him his name, he refused to give it to me, which is completely out of protocol for any hotel that I have ever worked, or visited. I ended up standing in the street for quite some time, waiting for a random taxi that was completing its fare, in order flag it down, thus taking me to the airport. I ended up leaving this otherwise decent hotel with a very bad feeling about it.

Very bad I don’t advise anyone to stay here bad property and staff is unhelpful and.at the begging they tried to cheat on me by giving me a poor condition room not matching the original reservation request that made by me. After arguing and fighting with them they gave the room so really bad bad service and I don’t advise anyone to stay at this property

Väl lokaliserad i ett lugnt område på soi 2 några minuters promenad till soi Nana med allt som har med underhållning att göra. Vänlig, hjälpfull och tillgänglig personal både i receptionen och i övrigt. Valuta för pengarna. Återkommer gärna till detta hotell.

It is close to restaurants and shops and quiet area, I didn't like cleaners service, one day they didn't replace toilet paper when there was none left, I had to go and get one from the main area, also another day they took all the towels and didn't replace them so I have to go downstairs to request them. Showers head need replacing it is dripping all the time.

Ok hotel for the money, decent location

Nice hotel and friendly staff, however limited facilities in the area of the hotel. Location of the hotel is at the bottom of a dead end street and not much happening here

The room comes with kitchenette but the hotel wants to charge 500 baht to turn it on and use their cooking ware. The pool and gym is ok. There are always a few small cocakroaches the bathroom in my room. Breakfast buffet is 250 baht and not too good. About 15 to 20 minutes from Nana plaza.

One room was very bad smoke smell, they change other still room condition not good, shower hot water system not good, buffet breakfast very bad quality. Not recommend to anyone.

Hotellet er fint beliggende ift. skytrain og shopping. Store værelser (vi havde 4 stk) hvor et enkelt havde masser af husdyr i form af kakelakker over det hele inklusive køleskabet. Elendig morgenmad og så var det primært brugt af indiske, højt talende mandlige turister. Hoyellet var formentlig indisk ejet med ubehøvlet restaurant personale af indisk afstamning. De havde ikke styr på vores værelses fordeling så hver morgen skulle vi diskutere om vi havde betalt for alle der spiste morgenmad.

The place looked great in the photos and seemed similar to other places we’ve stayed at and enjoyed in other areas of Bangkok. Sadly, it was not nearly as nice as the photos looked. The owner/manager should try staying at some of the competitors to understand what quality hospitality means. “Sad” is the operative word. The staff, the conditions of the room, the guests, the pool, the breakfast, the amenities etc. all had a sad feel. We went over to grab a coffee down the road at another serviced apartment and the vibe was vastly better. No reason Aspen couldn’t match the neighborhood’s vibes.

Massive room. Great breakfast choices In-house cafe very good food at great prices. Gym and pool very good.
