When we walked in to check my daughter in, the hotel lobby smelled of sewer type smell. This continued in the lift and the lobby’s. When we went in to the allocated room it was even worse and the room was tired and grubby looking. My daughter had a sleepless first night as by the morning it was still as bad. The hotel offered to move rooms , but the smell was everywhere. We declined and asked for a refund and they refused. We checked out and moved to a nearby hotel, paying more for the same duration. The manager emailed me to come in the next day to talk about everything. When we went in she was on holiday!! I have had no further response to a refund or any communication at all.

Dårlig avslutning på et godt opphold. Fikk rom 802, ny bygget. Ikke bra renhold og forferdelig seng. Merkelig at det nye ikke har bedre senger enn gamle bygget rom 506 som var glimrende i 2 uker. Mitt reisefølge Fikk også hjullås på bilen selv om hun har stått der i 3 uker og resepsjonen vet det.

The noise from the surrounding bars until late night was just so bad. The sound isolation is non existent, and door to the balcony couldn't really close completely. This is the only really bad issue with the stay, so if you can live with very loud music until 3-4 in the morning, then it's not s bad choice for a relative cheap stay.

The hotel is situated in a noisy street, with bars playing music until 2am. There is a bowl of earplugs in the reception so at least they try to do what they can. You only get one room-key, even if you are a couple. The chair in my room consisted of a cheap white garden-chair. The bed was very firm, but it helped a bit that they offer matress toppers. There is a safe in the room, but it doesn't work with the keypad. I had to go to the reception and get a key to open and close the safe with.

Mycket fint hotell på kort gångavstånd från stranden där man kan hyra strandstolar . Nära till huvudgatan där man kan ta bahtbussarna. Mycket bra frukost med en dansk touch. Fina wienerbröd med choklad. Ost och fullkornsbröd vilket inte hör till vanligheterna i Thailand. Ligger vid en bargata men det finns gratis öronproppar i receptionen.

Mycket fint hotell på kort gångavstånd från stranden där man kan hyra strandstolar . Nära till huvudgatan där man kan ta bahtbussarna. Mycket bra frukost med en dansk touch. Fina wienerbröd med choklad. Ost och fullkornsbröd vilket inte hör till vanligheterna i Thailand. Ligger vid en bargata men det finns gratis öronproppar i receptionen.

Lækkert hotel lækker pool og lækkert morgenmad 😀 det eneste man kunne blive træt af var musikken i morgenmadsrestauranten 🙄 men så kunne man heldigvis sidde udenfor 😍 super beliggenhed ❤️

Mycket fint hotell på kort gångavstånd från stranden där man kan hyra strandstolar . Nära till huvudgatan där man kan ta bahtbussarna. Mycket bra frukost med en dansk touch. Fina wienerbröd med choklad. Ost och fullkornsbröd vilket inte hör till vanligheterna i Thailand. Ligger vid en bargata men det finns gratis öronproppar i receptionen.

Alldeles för mycket stök, hög ljudnivå. Hela hotellet blir som en högtalare, så vill man ha lite avkoppling på kvällen så välj något annat boende. Wi-Fi undermåligt. Toalett fungerade knappt. Personal hjälpsam och trevlig, poolen okej,frukost okej.

Hvis man søger et roligt og afslappende hotelophold, er dette desværre ikke stedet. Hotellet tiltrækker mange gæster, der vender tilbage til værelserne sent om aftenen med besøgende, hvilket ofte medfører betydelig støj langt ud på natten. Væggene er meget lytteløse, og det påvirker oplevelsen markant. Det virker derfor helt misvisende, når hotellet beskriver sig som familievenligt – det vil jeg på ingen måde anbefale. Morgenmaden var under niveau for, hvad vi ellers har oplevet i Thailand. Udvalget var begrænset, og flere af retterne virkede enten kolde, tørre eller af svingende kvalitet. Bestikket fremstod ikke særligt rent, og både kaffe og juice bar præg af at være af ringe kvalitet. Det eneste, der egentlig kunne spises med fornøjelse, var brødet – og det fås bedre et kort stykke nede ad gaden. Hotellet fremhæver, at værelserne er udstyret med nye 8 cm topmadrasser, hvilket kunne have været et stort plus, da sengene i sig selv er meget hårde. Desværre blev topmadrasserne ikke lagt på i løbet af vores 14-dages ophold, selv efter gentagne forespørgsler. Vi måtte derfor forsøge os med en ekstra dyne som løsning, hvilket desværre ikke gjorde nogen reel forskel. Alt i alt blev opholdet ikke, som vi havde håbet, og vi ville ikke vælge dette hotel igen.

It was the worst hotel stay experience? I booked with them for a 10 days. I checked out the next day. The room so dirty, bedsheet are dairy. Bathroom it is rusty no hot water not clean towels. Very bad customer service and of course they did not refund my money. Very bad Neighbourhood and dangerous.

Pro Everything was great , overlooking the pool. Room was cool , beds were clean , room very tidy. Cheep motorbike rent. Front desk staff funny and very helpful. Good English speaking staff Cons A bit of stair work and walking to get to the outer rooms. Not really a con. had to hotspot the TV with mobile as WiFi a bit flakey. Overall great place to stay. Well recommended.
