Location: FANTASTIC -Firstly, it is beside two BTS stations: Victory Monument (this has easier access and is sheltered) and Phaya Thai -One can also access the Airport Rail at Phaya Thai -Nearby 7-11 convenience stores Rooms: COMFORTABLE -Lovely and spacious rooms -Bed and pillows are comfortable -Nice touches that I appreciated: the room temperature/ airconditioning can be fully adjusted! The wardrobe opens both outwards into the room as well as inwards into the bathroom for easy access -One minus point: there were no power points or phone charging points beside the bed (wasn’t an issue for me - it promotes good sleep hygiene anyway) Service: -Friendly and helpful staff. After 3 weeks on the islands of Thailand, we had a credit to redeem . We had lots of high end hotels to choose from but took a chance on this hotel due to its proximity to the airport train and pictures of the pool etc. We absolutely loved our time at the Pullman Bangkok King Power! The pool area was spectacular! We just needed some relaxation before the long journey home. Next time I’m in Bangkok this is definitely where I’ll stay. 4 times in Thailand in 10 years tells me I’ll probably be back

The hotel is a convenient walk to the BTS and the area surrounding the hotel is quiet. There are 7 Eleven’s in walking distance as well as a few good looking food stalls. The staff were helpful and friendly and the Thai massage and aromatherapy massages I had at the spa were very good. We booked a room with a balcony however they are not very private as there is no screening between the other rooms. People also smoke on the balcony which is not nice for non smokers. It is a busy hotel with conferences and events each of the four nights we stayed. Our room was quiet though.

The housekeeping service is horrible. Have left my room for housekeeping for three days. The toilet bowl cover was not lifted up to clean. Upon lifting it up myself, I could still see lots of stains. And I could remove the stains by spraying water to clean it up myself. Those complimentary toiletries wrappers were not removed too. From first day till the last , all the wrappers are on the sink top. Have booked KL Pullman previously. It was better.

The buffet offered at this hotel is okay for the price, but not a great selection. The food was fresh and the service in the restaurant was terrific. The same could not be said about the service at the reception counter upon check in. My stay stated that a complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle was included. To my surprise, I was told at check in that breakfast was not included and that they don't have an airport shuttle service. I specifically booked this hotel because I thought the price was good as it was inclusive of the shuttle, so in spite of the hotel being quite out of the way from most attractions, I booked anyway. The check-in agent was apologetic, but the manager or supervisor that came to assist when he realized there was an issue was very unprofessional and rude. The traffic to the hotel from most areas were horrendous in comparison to some hotels I have stayed at closer to the Central World area. Thankfully, the property is well-kept and the room was very clean and nicely appointed which is all that this hotel has going for it.

The hotel is spacious and convenient. Food is good and the concierge is helpful.However, the restaurant staff (especially the lady supervisor)is not friendly; room is not very clean at all. If they can improve the cleanliness of the room and retrain the staff, this hotel would perfectly a good choice to stay in Bangkok.

Hotel restaurant food are great. But unfortunately I will not staying at this hotel again. 1) Housekeeper not professional, didn’t top-up Shower Gel, Comb, Shampoo, tissue paper. Even I request before heading out. The duty free shop is next to hotel. They also didn’t change new bed sheets. Balcony is very nice but lots of mosquitoes. Room furniture are old. Room quiet dark even if you on all electric. There are 2 free soft drinks, and drinking water. Receptionist Kevin provided good service. Overall this is still a good hotel. Not so convenient if you like to explore!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to use the hotel amenities and pool while we awaited check-in. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with endless choices and very tasty. Also, this hotel is one of the nicest smelling hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Phayathai station which was convenient to airport rail link and the sky train. However, we did struggle to find nice restaurants near the hotel.

I stayed here a few times. Friends wonder why i choose to stay on the outskirts of Bangkok. It is actually not far from the Bangkok city centre. Just 3 stops on the train and i am in Siam Paragon. And the station is less than 10 min walk from the hotel. Being a little out of the city centre allows me to be away from the crowd when i have done what i needed to do in the city centre. Hotels in the city centre tends to have many people around and in the lobbying. Pullman Kingpower surrounding is much quieter and serene. Good to have a place to get away from the crowds and congestion of the city centre Also this hotel is huge with its surrounding uncluttered or congested by high-rise buildings. Kingpower duty-free shopping mall next door offers free coach transfers to the airport twice a day. No need to buy anything to get on the coach. It also offers a free access lounge if you need it. Transfers and lounge are only for customers of the hotel and the mall.

Overall good but can be better. Shower water pressure is on the low side. Buffett not too quite up to standard, selection not fantastic and seafood not fresh. The housekeeping on my day 1 was good and meticulous. Spotted a tiny stain on the toilet bowl (not at an obvious spot) on the day we checked in and it's gone the next day after housekeeping.

호텔이 큰 편이나 방은 좀 작네요. 수영장은 평범하게 좋구 숙소는 매우 깔끔해요. 근데 조식이 맛없고 룸서비스도 맛 없어요. 여기서는 음식은 안 먹는걸로. 데스크 직원들은 친절해요. 다만 자본주의의 굴욕... 아무것도 모르고 적당히 발코니 있는 방 예약했는데 거기가 등급이 낮아서 라운지를 이용할 수가 없더군요. 알았으면 더 높은 방을 했을텐데
