ホテル専用のtuktukが有り、プロンポン駅まで送迎してくれるので便利。コーヒーはロビーに置いてあって、自由に飲めるのがよかった。紅茶やお茶のティーパックも置いてあったらもっと良かった。午前中は日本人スタッフがいてとても助かった。できればチェックイン時も居て欲しい。

静かな環境で、駅から歩ける距離でこのところ頻繁につかっていたが、今回はプールがメンテナンスで使用出来ず、いつから可能かもわからないので、次回は使わないかな。施設の状況も前もってわかるといいのですが。

Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Sie liegt Zentral, schöne Parks in der Nähe, welche eine ruhige Ausstrahlung haben. Auch von Aussen sieht das Hotel etwas Romantisch aus. Nicht so Modern/Futuristisch. Nettes Personal, schöner Pool im 7 Stock. Leise. Gutes Frühstücksbuffee. Ich kann es weiter Empfehlen.

I’ve had many pleasant stays over the last couple of years. Clean, safe, and comfortable. While it might seem a bit scuffed and faded, staff are very courteous and helpful. For an area of upscale shopping malls and luxury apartments, it’s good value. I recommend the balconies.

Stayed for 15 nights. Breakfast was awful. All cold items warm all warm items cold. Very little choice of food for breakfast. Staff seem unhappy most of the time Shower cold then extremely hot when I told the staff they said the while hotel was same. And offered alternate room. Room need a deep clean to remove the stains on the chairs the walls and doors. Overall cheap but poor.

12月に2度滞在させて頂きました。清掃作業が遅い。15:00過ぎても終わっていない。バスタオル・ハンドタオル・フェースタオルなどの日々の交換補充が適当。ない時もあり。コーヒーなどのサービス補充が無い。備品（ドライヤーなど）が無い。バスタブの栓が壊れていた。バスタブの排水溝からごみが浴槽に入り込んできた。食事は、とても冷えていて美味しいと感じられなかった。特に、味噌汁は冷え切っていた。外観は良いし、環境も静かで良かったが、内部のサービスが問題と思いました。料金以外に魅力がないホテルと感じました。とても辛口のコメントになってしまいました。申し訳ありませんでした。

ここ1年位、このホテルを定宿として利用させて頂いておりました。通常は、２泊～３泊でしたが、今回は７泊の予約。かなりショックを受けました。 ①チャックイン時・２名宿泊にも拘らず、食事券は１名分のみ ②室内の掃除・備品の補充が全く出来ていない。 ③１週間で、シーツ交換　１回も無し ④水の補充はするが、使用済みのペットボトルの回収無 ⑤アメニティーの補充無 ⑥室内の掃除無 ⑦ゴミ箱内のごみの回収無と言う状況でした。

Good proximity to Sukhumvit Rd & Em district. Good value at the heavily discounted rate (due to aforementioned renovations) but I would never pay the full rate to stay here.

プロンポン駅に近い。ショッピングモール・レストラン・スーパーマーケット・フードコート等近くにあり困らない。ホテルの建物は少々古さを感じるが、広くてバスタブ・シャワートイレ・キッチンがついているので、長期の滞在にも良い。不便だったのは、クローゼット内のハンガーが高いところにあり、しかもポールから取れなくなっていること。前開きのないTシャツのような服をかけるときには首部分が伸びてしまう。シャワーとバスタブが別になっているのは良いが、シャワーも高い場所にあり取り外しはできるが、壁にかけて両手で髪を洗うのは困難。私の泊まった部屋は、電気の通っていないコンセントがあり、気づかずにバッテリーを充電していたが実際にはできていなかったので外出先でローバッテリーになり困った。とはいえ、便利な立地とキッチン付きで過ごしやすかった。細かいところを改善してもらえたらありがたい。

施設は古いがきちんと整備されている。1つ気になったのがエレベーターの扉が一度開きかかって閉まり再度開く現象が数回あった。部屋は清潔でシャワーも問題なかった。ロケーションは最高でどこに行くにも便利である。私の勘違いでＣ/OUT時に領収書を再度要求してしまったが、嫌な顔せず対応してくれてありがとうございました。また機会あればお世話になりたいです。

朝食ビュッフェを食べれる立地のいいホテル。コスパ的にも良いと思うが部屋にティッシュやバスガウンは置いてほしい。ビュッフェも終了1時間前に行くとあまり補充もなく残念に感じたところもあります。コスパ優先であればとても良いホテルだとは思います！
