The only redeeming quality at this hotel is the staff working hard and doing their best despite all the issue. The building is not simply outdated - it is in disrepair in every way- from the systems to the peeling walls. I guess you pay for the location but honestly it just isn’t worth it. Beds were horrible and room was dirty dark and dingy. We saw about 3 people on staff and they needed about 30! Everything was broken in the building, down to the coffee machine at breakfast that we paid for! I was surprised when the shower was actually hot. I could go on but bottom line is try the Hyatt a couple blocks away
