I used the main floor washroom and noticed it wasn’t cleaned in the day or so since I went into it last. It had the same soapy water marks left from the day before. Food was pretty good. Staff for front desk were sometimes hard to find. Rooms have no info on how to dial front desk from the room. I asked for 2 blankets but was told they were running low and I got 1 extra blanket instead. Pool is cloudy but very warm. Room was a bit crowded. Not a lot of space to move between deal and beds. Desk chair was in the way a lot. It was a fair price for the experience. Staff were polite.

It’s our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it the first time in the winter, and came back over from Canada to stay with them and woke up the next morning with our license plate stolen, and a police card on the windshield. We talked to the hotel and were told they never heard of this. We called the police, he was kind enough to come back and bring us back the police record. Police officer then informed us he tried to come in and look for us and the hotel didn’t know who it belonged to which we wrote it down for them so that’s a lie. then informed the hotel about this and they told us, oh yeah it’s been a normal occurrence and later to find we were one of 3 vehicles with plates stolen. Hotel didn’t do anything to accommodate or even apologize. Horrible, I will never return and I recommend you don’t if you are from out of state (especially Honda or Kia cars- those cars are being stolen from out of their parking lot police said)

The pool was extremely dirty. In addition, the water was cloudy and milky. Debris was floating and also below surface. Access to then pool was restricted unless front desk opened door. Room, bedding and bathroom was clean. TV was newer and overall the hotel was reasonably priced. Good breakfast for on the run.

Got there late so there wasn’t a lot of options. Checked in the room and there was a chicken wing meal in the refrigerator someone left before us. There were several long hairs all over the bathroom. The tub was gross. The room smelled and there was dust everywhere. Got a text that night from the hotel and told them but they didn’t respond. Barely slept but woke up and found another hotel and decided to cancel what was going to be a 2 night stay at the Holiday Inn. Checked out and advised the front desk staff it was gross and disgusting and we couldn’t stay we were cancelling and there was no apology no nothing. Guy didn’t care. Just kinda along for the ride and a paycheck apparently. Thought about speaking to a manager but unsure what good that would do since we weren’t taking our chances with the nasty hotel.

Room was dirty: I found food/crap in the shower, on TV and on the wall. Batteries in the thermostat were low (visible warning) and died during the night leaving the AC unit on heat, I replaced them with the ones from the TV remote which were also low. I used batteries from my mouse. The hotel needs new management.

Very disappointed and disgusted with my stay at this location. The room would've been ok, however wasn't clean, the toilet bowl had crap stains and the floor hadn't been vacuumed, it had a green fingernail and a raisin on the floor, visible. I told an associate, and he said he'd get the supervisor or housekeeping to clean, NOTHING! No one even came to bring clean towels and washcloths. The room doors are so loud when they open, it woke me up when the door next to me opened. I dont know if it needs some WD-40 on them or what. Oh and my room phone was messed up too. I can't believe I traveled 10 hrs to stay there. I hope it gets cleaned properly before the next guest arrives. Room 506

The room was not vacuumed. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine. I mentioned this to the front desk reception staff both days that I was there and they did nothing. The housekeeping on the second day didn’t even try to clean. They simply came into the room, removed used towels and left new towels on the dirty toilet. The bed was not made, bathroom and floors were not cleaned. I complained to the front reception and again just apologies but nothing was done to rectify the matter. I’m very disappointed with the level of service coming from a Holiday Inn Hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend people stay away from this hotel.

We generally like the Holiday Inn hotel network and have had many positive stays, but unfortunately, this particular location was a letdown. Our room was on the top (4th) floor, and it was extremely difficult to relax or sleep due to constant noise. In addition to the freeway sounds, there was a persistent hum and rumbling likely coming from the HVAC system or mechanical equipment on the roof or technical floor. After the first night, I reported the issue to the front desk—no response. Later, I spoke with someone named Marcelo, explained the situation, and asked to be moved to another floor. Unfortunately, that request was also ignored. At checkout, a gentleman in a suit (possibly the manager) asked about our stay. I shared my concerns, and while he apologized, he said there wasn’t much he could do other than credit some points to my account—which he mentioned but never followed through on. I also brought up that housekeeping was vacuuming the room next to ours at 10:30 p.m., which added to the disturbance. I forgot to mention that the phone in our room didn’t work and the TV was misconfigured. To be fair, the hotel was clean (though showing some signs of age), the breakfast was decent, and the location is excellent. However, considering our overall experience, we’d likely choose a different hotel next time. Tip: If you do book here, I highly recommend avoiding the 4th floor.

Room was not cleaned very well. Television was small and there were no curtains, only a roll down blind that let light in from the sides of the window. Walls are paper thin - doors slamming in the hall all night was very disrupting as were the loud conversations that could be heard through the walls. Staff was super nice and efficient though.

Big party room in room 221 and we were across the hall in 224. Called for earplugs 10:20pm for kids running up and down the hall screaming and unsupervised for awhile, guy said he would bring earplugs and check it out, but nothing. Called again 10:50pm and talked to the front desk lady now, started walking down to reception to get them myself at 11:03pm when nobody showing up, got earplugs and lady rolled her eyes when asked if could call them on 221 and ask to be respectful of the others, as 221 was also just getting a big bag of food delivered to the room, so assuming their party was going for awhile. I had asked for a quiet room at check in and the front desk person assured me it was. Nope.

The property was well kept and clean; however, some of the facilities were old. My room was very noisy. Check in staff were friendly on Jan1st at 4pm. The night was stayed, the hotel was basically empty. A small number of cars in the parking lot and half the building was dark from no occupancy. My family and I (kids aged 9 and 6) were in a connecting room beside another family. This family was LOUD. Constantly in and out of their door slamming it, every 5mins for hours. Loudly talking on the phone, music, the TV. It was awful. We had the worst sleep. They went until about 3am. Why were we crammed in when the hotel was empty?

We arrived a little early for check in and were advised no rooms would be ready before 3. We did a tour of the area and returned at 3:15 to learn only one housekeeper was working and rooms would be ready later. Eventually went to dinner, came back, got a room at approx 7pm. Many others checking it got them much later. Called Expedia at 3:30-4:00 and they wouldn't allow me to cancel, gave me a pittance of points as an appeasement. Staff at HI was nice, management must be a disaster.

Over two days, we had called for linen change and towels, and we never had any that came up. We had to go down a couple of times to even just get our towels changed. They were very unapologetic during the whole process as well. As we were checking out and I wanted to voice out my concern, the gentleman that processed our check out had said to message you (Expedia) about our concerns. It was quite troubling to know that they didn't want to hear the concerns we have about their establishment.

I stayed for 3 nights. Walking into the room initially it smelled so nice! Was definitely cleaned thoroughly before checking in along with during our stay. I requested new sheets and towels after each sleep (for personal reasons) and housekeeping was very accommodating. They did a great job!! Everyone I encountered at the front desk were nice and welcoming. The one thing I wasn’t a fan of was the breakfast. The eggs were brown and sausage were like hockey pucks. Normally I’d chalk it up to just sitting too long but this was at 6:00 when they first opened up for breakfast. Although there was plenty of other options to choose from!! Definitely would stay here again when I’m in the area! 5 stars!!!

Things didn't start great as I got there about 45 minutes before check in time (3pm) and was told my room would be ready at 3. I fully understand rooms need to be turned over and normally this would have been fine - but my car was the only one in the whole parking lot. I find it hard to believe it was a housekeeping issue and not just a "full policy issue". The next day the free breakfast was lacking coffee (pretty key part of breakfast) due to a water issue. In all, it was a bed and good size room so it checked the basic requirements and was mostly clean but definitely not one I'd choose to stay if had other options.
