Close to RIT. Large parking lot. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Fridge didn't work. My room was missing light blocking curtains so I fabricated a makeshift wall using the cargo cover from my rental SUV and the ironing board. There was construction debris in the stairwell.

No elevator which should be clearly advertised. AC unit was ridiculously loud and couldn't keep a steady temperature. The toilet kept making noise throughout the night. There were uncovered outlets and a hole in the walls of one of our rooms.

I had a nice overnight, but frustrated about 3 things: 4 of the 6 drinks in the vending machine were out of stock (I sure didn't want Coke), I couldn't find black out curtains, I couldn't find an extra blanket!

Very disappointed as they did not serve breakfast as it was advertised, our room was small and there was no shade for the window. We had to deal with the lights from side of building. There was no elevator.

Parking was fine. Staff friendly and helpful when you could find someone. The first room still had another guest’s things so guess they had not checked out. There were danger wet floor on the carpet in the hall with an open ceiling tile but no one actively working in any repairs. The room was very small. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle going through, room paint on the wooden door and the bathroom baseboards were dirty. Breakfast did not have any hot option in the warming tray. Only hot option was waffles and coffee and the coffee tastes burned.

Person at the desk was very nice and helpful I didn’t like there wasn’t an elevator And you could hear toilets flushing in other rooms all night long Walls are a bit thin Other than that Beds were comfy sheets and blankets are clean room and bathroom are clean Thank you

Was able to park right outside the main entrance which was very convenient for my wife and me who have heart problems

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and condition of this property, given its price and that it was for Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend. It's either quite new or recently updated, and everything was in fine shape. the front desk staff members were both friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the mandatory deposit was only $50, and I continue to wish Hotels.com would publish that actualy percentage or amount at booking. Those of us with debit cards have to ensure we can cover it. My only quibble is that there are literally dozens of very bright exterior spotlights all night from the building to the grounds and parking lot. It was OK for me as my room window did not face any others, but I now know why there are heavy blinds in my room and presumably all of them.

No breakfast. No coffee in the room. No towel racks or hooks. No toilet paper holder. Room was still being cleaned at 4:30 pm. We had a wet floor for hours. Window was a thin leaky pane. No blackout curtains so light shown into the room all night. Vending machine broken. Stairs hard to find.

No elevator and suspect looking people in the parking lot. The room was hot and very cramped. Another part of hotel being worked on with washing machines & other things around!! TERRIBLE! We did not stay there. We are elderly and would not be going up & down stairs for 3 days.

The he room was fair but the bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling. There were hairs on the shower walls. The breakfast didn’t have any eggs or meat both days.

First room was already occupied. Second room was filthy from construction. Third room had brown running water and electrical outlets that did not function. Perhaps the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced and the staff were completely unhelpful when you could find them.

Bulding was very dirty. Room was dirty and the shower was so disgusting i had to drive home the next day to take a shower. The water in the sink was brown. The breakfast was a joke. Slices of bread and cereal.

Bathroom shower was not clean. The floors wet dirty. Corners of the room and floor were dirty. I was there 4 nights and never had one day of cleaning.

Found cockroach in bathroom, shower wouldn't drain due to amount of mold under metal drain cover, water was yellow coming out of sink faucet

Was a beautiful room. Hair all over the shower and the first full day was filled with cigarette and marijuana smoke smell So bad in my room I had to stuff a towel under my door.

The complimentary breakfast had no hot food. The room was dirty. There was blood on the check in desk.

The walls were thin and I heard all of my neighbors talking. Overall it was a good stay.

Walls are paper thin. You can literally hear your neighbors conversation as if there right next to you.

Liked the room and bath. The bed was comfortable. Didnt like the noise above us which was constent... sounded like construction that didn't stop!

Although the room seemed clean and the room was clean enough, the main issue is there are super bright lights in the parking lot that illuminated the room all night.

The hotel is redoing rooms, unfortunately our room still seemed to be in the middle of renovation. The lights outside the window were on all night but there wasn’t a curtain to allow any sort of darkness in the room. When the rooms are finished it should be a nice hotel.

Room was nice, but extremrly cold when I first got there. The hotel advertised that breakfast was included, and that was a msjor factor in my choosing the hotel. At check-in, I was informed that breakfast was not available.

Don’t stay! The staff were rude and unwilling to help.

The service was friendly, and I appreciated that as I was travelling alone, and I don't often do that. The shower did leak, so you may wanna fix that.

Room was very clean and the person at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy. I ordered DoorDash and when opening the door that latch for security broke off in my hand, and I couldn’t change room because the hotel was full, but I felt a little unsafe. And calling down to the first desk was not easy the phone rang for a long time. I also reached out to the cooperate office and they couldn’t reach anyone either, someone did come up and said they couldn’t do anything

The staffing overall very unprofessional and well understated!

We were charged 20$ for early arrival, we arrived at 2pm and check in is at 3pm We asked for a late. Checkout of 12 pm and had to negotiate a time of 1130 am We were supposed to get a free breakfast but they are doing renovations and no compensation offered We asked for an extra pillow and were told it would be brought to room because they were busy, nobody was there, An hour later we went again and clerk walked 20 feet and opened a door and came out with a pillow how come could not have done that on first approach On check in 18 oct 24 the staff were cold and poorly dressed ,no smiles, no interaction with guests They need customer service skills, it seemed like we were a pain in the ass to them The room was small as it recently converted from Microtel to Baymont but we didn’t get breakfast and staff was subpar The room had a hole in wall by the door which I advised th3 clerk about because I didn’t want to be blamed, a pot light was hanging low, the wall thermostat was not connected This place needs some work as does the staff as far as customer service We got better and more polite service at Tim Hortons drive thru next door I don’t recommend this place to stay

Excellent location, easy access.

We were just staying for the night after a late flight in. It was close enough to the airport after getting our rental car. The outside was clean and felt safe. Check in was easy. The room was small but not a big deal. I had waffles for breakfast. There was equipment for hot breakfast items but no pans in them. Seems like they just aren't doing the typical eggs and sausage that other places do. If that's the case maybe put the appliance away. It was a bit of a tease. Overall I'm content, especially for the price. Just booked them for our flight out as well.

Nice, quiet. clean hotel at a good price. The breakfast is very basic, as expected (waffle machine, toast, muffins, juice machine, apples, yogurt, coffee). Easy to get to right off of I-90/390.

Good place to stay in the greater Rochester area for a reasonable rate.

From the outside it doesn't look great, but indoors was just recently renovated and is very nice. The rooms were really nice and modern but freezing when we first arrived. The staff were very polite. The breakfast area was renovated and ready to open but they have not yet received their supplies. The hotel is very conveniently located close to lots of food and a short distance from the shopping area.

Expedia advertised a Continental breakfast, but the motel is under construction, including the kitchen and thus no breakfast.

A.Room was really cold. B.Smoking smell on top of Strong perfume smell C.Poor on breakfast/ no eggs or sausage/ D. Some left with out the breakfast due to this E. Super 8 has the great breakfast every day according to the other people who were there leaving without taking the breakfast F. Front desk staff are doing ok but I called to report no tv in my room few times but no answer

I chose this place because thecadd said they offered breakfast. Got there and no breakfast. They were inbthe process of renovations so no breakfast. They should let online booking know as well if they are going through something. I couldn't get a discount or anything. Definitely was not happy.

Good value for the money. Minimal options for continental breakfast. No meat or eggs. If you want carbs and sugared cereal you are all set. They do offer yogurt to get your protein.

We could hear noise from other units, especially above us. It did become quiet by 11PM. The bed frames are on a metal base so are quite noisy when touched. Clean. Nothing special but a good price for somewhere to sleep and shower. Breakfast had a decent selection. Fresh waffles were very good.
