Check in was smooth and the counter staffs are very professional and patience in explaining things to us. There is also a Welcome Drink upon your arrival. Hotel provides a Buggy service to nearby Metro stations with schedule timings. There is a small restaurant which provides Buffet Breakfast Daily. There is a Gym and a Swimming Pool at the 10th floor of the Hotel with nice views. Room was spacious and has a city view. Aircon is really cold and things in the Room is new. Toiletries are provided as well. There is a Safe in the Room too. There is a 7-11 just opposite. Walking distance to Big C (10min to 15mins) and along the way, many eateries you can find to fill your stomach. There is a Spa and a Cafe right at the Lobby level. This area which is known as Saphankwai is not a traffic jammed area. The Hotel is located along Pradipat Road, very near to other Hotels like The Elizabeth Hotel, Mido Hotel and Pradipat Hotel.

Great hotel done really well as is an older building. Loved the pool, comfy bed and great location for our early train trip to chiang mai. Fantastic breakfast and lovely staff. Check pit thr Camping Ground for local food, 5 mins away
