The property is a little dated especially in the pool area, but the pool bar was excellent. Located next to ICON SIAM, it was super convenient to think of dining options, literally right next door! The boat service also made it really convenient to cross to the other side. The only downside was the traffic in the area was chaotic, so expect Grab rides to be lonnnnng. However, taking public transport was very convenient with the station located right outside the hotel (Taking the public transport will save you time over taking Grab) The service at this hotel was impeccable! I can honestly say it was the best service I experienced at any hotel in Bangkok (I come to BKK once every three to six months)

Best location in Bangkok I think. Always stay here when in Bangkok. Great location at the riverside with a beautiful terrace outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a fantastic swimming pool on th 4rd floor overseeing the river! And the kindness and helpfulness of the staff... No reason for me to try other hotels!!

When booking this hotel I was worried it might be getting a bit old but I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained, modern and beautiful this hotel was. The staff were all attentive and gave us excellent service throughout our stay. We tried the Gin Bar and Oxbo restaurant which were both top notch. The rooftop bar had 2 levels, one with live jazz music that we particularly enjoyed. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy with a view of the river. We also enjoyed the pool. Would definitely book again!

두 번째 방문이였습니다. 재방문인 만큼 별 기대 없었는데, 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 방도 훌륭했습니다. 아내의 생일 기념 방문이였는데 생각치도 못했던 준비에 감동했습니다. 조식도 작년보다 훌륭하게 느껴졌고 모든게 좋았습니다 다만 수영장 수질이 작년과 다르게 뿌옇게 되어 있어 조금 당황스러웠습니다 같은 층 피트니스 리모델링 때문인지 이유는 알 수 없지만 수영장만 조금 아쉬웠고 모든게 만족스러운 숙박이였습니다.

We traveled with a toddler and love that it's very near to ICONSIAM which is a huge shopping mall with variety of shops and activities. Also love that they provide a free boat ride that can bring you to the train station so it's very convenient. But unfortunately the hotel itself is average in cleanliness and service. Swimming pool floor is mouldy and the staff rarely smile let alone greet you.

The front desk staff was not helpful and the supervisor Prachaya did not have the empathy to help the customer. The breakfast staff could use better cleaning habits like disinfecting the tables and not using the same piece of cloth to clean everything. On another hand I almost got electrocuted when the cable of the electric blower broke and the power went off in the room. I was never asked if I was OK. That is a safety issue they need to take care of,

Ich war schon diverse Male im Millennium, allerdings war der letzte Besuch schon ein paar Jahre her. Es hat sich im Hotel nicht viel verändert, in der Umgebung schon. Nebenan steht nun die riesige Icon Siam Mall und der kleine Nachtmarkt in der Nachbarschaft sowie die kleinen Läden sind verschwunden. Die Häuser stehen leer und sind vergammelt. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Flussblick gebucht und bekamen eine im 6. Stock (von 30) mit Blick auf genau diese brachliegende Fläche und den Pool direkt unter uns. Ja, man konnte auch den Fluss sehen, aber der tolle Ausblick war zur anderen Seite. Weiteres Manko: Das zweite WC im Zimmer roch unangenehm. Wir wollten gern das Zimmer wechseln, konnten aber erst am nächsten Tag umziehen. Die Damen in der Executive Lounge, zu der man kostenlos Zutritt erhält, wenn man eine Suite bewohnt, waren zum Teil nett und bemüht. Andere empfand ich als überfordert. Zum Beispiel wurden in der Happy Hour die Softdrinks in der Dose ohne Glas oder die Tasse Tee mit Teebeutel, aber ohne Untertasse und Löffel hingestellt. Die Lounge, die früher im 31. Stock und das Highlight meiner Bangkok-Aufenthalte war, ist nun im 3. Stock. Die Klima läuft auf Hochtouren, es ist immer kalt und die Musik ist laut. Zum Frühstück ins Hauptrestaurant zu gehen, war aber keine Option wegen der Massen von Menschen und den Vögeln auf der Terrasse. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, die Suite gewohnt sauber und gemütlich, das Reinigungspersonal hilfsbereit und ordentlich.

I have been traveling for over 40 years!!! This hotel is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! The staff made it for me! But it is by far the best Hilton I have ever stayed period!!!! Service service service!!! Plus it beautiful and very clean! So clean I was looking for dust cause I did not think such a large hotel could be so clean! Everything was spectacular!!! My only grip was the bedding was too thick to regulate the temperature. I know 1st world problems! lol I will be back very soon!!!

The hot water took more than a minute to come no matter from tap or shower head. The water pressure is also very low. The whole plumbing system definitely has problem or that connected to the room I stayed. Some of the hot dishes in breakfast buffet were cold. The only good is that it’s next to icon Siam.

I was disappointed with my experience at the hotel. There was no welcome greeting and the staff seemed cold; the lady at the check-in counter was particularly unwelcoming. During my visit to the fitness center, we noticed several staff members sitting together and chatting, completely ignoring our arrival without offering guidance. Following the hotel’s recommendation to dine at OXBO restaurant, we encountered several issues. The oysters were served before the white wine, and the wine was not served in chilled glasses. Unexpectedly, the oyster was thin and tasteless. Although we requested that the main course be served separately from the sauces, it arrived mixed together. Additionally, the presentation of the cocktail changed without any notice. We returned one of the dishes, and they didn’t charge us for it. As a positive gesture, they also didn’t charged for that warm glass of white wine. The following day, the Director of Operations noticed the situation and met with me in the lobby to gather more details. Overall, I left feeling disappointed by the experience. Hope they can improve.

14:30に到着しクラブラウンジで15:00のチェックイン時間を待ちましたが、そのまま放置されこちらから声をかけようやく気付いたようで、15:40にチェックインできました。その際も、部屋をアップグレードすると言った直後にやっぱりレイトチェックアウトだと言われ、『レイトチェックアウト！レイトチェックアウト！！！』と何度も大声で言われ恥ずかしかったです。しかも、結局、チェックアウトの時間は教えてもらえませんでした。また、部屋に行く時は鍵が別の部屋のものでもう一度ラウンジに戻るという不手際もありました。さらに、貰ったカードキーの中には、他の部屋のお客さんの部屋番号と名前とレストラン予約時間等の個人情報まで入っていました。クラブラウンジスタッフの態度も酷いものですが、個人情報の取扱いにも問題があると思います。タイが好きでいくつも5つ星ホテルに泊まってきましたが、ここが最低です。

Property and room were nice. I can only give 3 stars because they got me a cab that took me to the wrong destination when leaving. The reason i got the cab through them was to make sure this did not happen. Be sure to get a cab with someone that speaks your language.

It was a great place to stay whilst exploring Bangkok. The hotel was clean, the staff were so helpful, the breakfast was amazing with so much choice and the rooftop pool/bar was a perfect place to chill after a busy day! It was easy to get around by either sky train, boat or taxis.

This hotel has a wonderful view of the river from the rooms, the restaurant, pool and the rooftop bar. It is at a short walking distance from the Iconsiam mall. Breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have seen and I got a complimentary late check out that was very convenient for a late flight I had from Bangkok. I would definitely stay again at this hotel if I come back to Bangkok.

Last night the buffet was about to close so I went to eat at the restaurant next door with the darts and ordered grilled shrimp, but the shrimp were soft and had a strange taste, like they were rotten. I was disappointed with the terrible food at the hotel.
