We stayed at this hotel for 13 nights early August. We booked a corner room. We arrived in the very early hours of the morning so just wanted somewhere to sleep after 18 hours travel. Bed was comfy. Aircon did not work and the floor was sticky (hard floor) Our booking included a free upgrade but we weren't offered one. Next morning we had showers and found the water went out all over the bathroom floor. Went down our included breakfast which was good and quite a few choices and nice restaurant. Staff there were all lovely and helpful. After breakfast we went to reception to change our room. The lovely staff member there showed up a couple of rooms - one had working aircon, carpet and a shower that looked like it would leak water over the floor so we moved to it. The view outside was a construction site but it was interesting to watch the goings on so didn't bother us. They have a shuttle which we made use of but it only went a few times a day to shopping malls and mrt. Mrt was about a 10min walk away so not too far. Also a 7Eleven store just next to hotel, and a Burger King 5 minutes walk away behind a petrol station. The hotel is a tired looking and could do with a make-over otherwise it served our purpose and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff are all wonderful. They're eager to help and make our stay better. I booked 2 rooms. Front desk gave us connecting rooms. One smelled like smoke while the other waa fine. My granddaughter has asthma and couldn't possibly stay in that room. My mom and sister stayed there until they sprayed the room. The bell boys were fast. They already had our luggages in the room when we went in. The transportation service is top notch. Phanom was excellent. He drove us around Bangkok for 3 days.The pool area has a bar, showers, change room and towel station. However, both the adult and kiddie pools have mold.

Great space with nice amenities. Didn't get to try the spa or pool in my stay but they looked great. In room dining was awesome. Cleaning staff came very frequently to freshen up space. Would recommend.

This hotel is not in a very central location but is very affordable. Alot of airlines use this hotel for their flight attendants. The lobby is spacious and beautifully kept but the rooms need updating. Although clean and the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom could use some TLC. The location is a bit out of the touristy area by the river. They did honor the dining discount received from booking thru Expedia as a silver member but didn't honor any upgrade. There is a free shuttle to CentralWorld shopping Mall. The restaurant and bar is nice and the food surprisingly good. The staff in the restaurant is superb.

Magnifique hôtel , un hall d’accueil très beau, les réceptionnistes sont très sympathique. Les chambres sont très confortables, le seul point négatif est la salle de bain avec juste des petits volets sur les vitres, cela manque d’intimité quand on est plusieurs dans la chambre. la piscine au 4eme est belle avec un bar, la salle de sport est bien équipée.

The decor and room are very dated and wasnt cleaned properly when i checked in. There was someone elses hair and food crumbs near the bed. The shower had pink marks on the tiling and the shower door got stuck several times. No extra toilet paper was left as a backup incase i ran out. No power sockets in the bathroom was inconvenient. No streaming services on television for guests wanting to watch English speaking content. It seems the public spaces in the hotel are well maintained, but the rooms themselves need work, particularly when it was supposed to be an upgraded room. Not really 5* hotel when compared with 5* hotels these days. Hotel room was super basic.

Not a bad stay for the price, but the room I was in was severely outdated and the carpet was old and quite unpleasant. The bathroom was in poor condition with water damage to the bathroom door, which meant it couldn’t be closed properly. It felt a bit dirty and dingy. The lobby and outside of the hotel looked lovely though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and nearby transport, plenty of taxi services, restaurants and shopping.

Ein Hotel das völlig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war überall Schimmel , es fehlte Toilettenpapier und Kosmetiktücher. Die Lage ist praktisch zum Airport, aber nicht um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Kein gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Auch der Pool ist nicht so, dass man länger verweilen möchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Stayed at the Grand Mercure Atrium for two nights but wished it could have been longer. Hotel and staff were outstanding. We were given a large room with a fantastic view to the north of Bangkok. Room and hotel was spotless throughout. definitely a 5 star Hotel.

The hotel was nice in general. The common areas were very nicely remodeled but the rooms were dated and the bathrooms had some mildews. The property location is a bit out of the way and not close to public transportation. The restaurants were nice but everyone in our group complained about the napkins being starched so stiff that they were uncomfortable to use.

I think their entire focus is on presentation. and the presentation is great. However the substance is lacking. the Room AC was barely functional. There was no cold water in the Fridge, and it took all night for the fridge to chill the water. Room service food was alright The room itself was spacious and provided good views of the city. I wish the rooms were cooler as it would have made the stay allot more comfortable.

Not exactly a walking distance to anything but they do have a free shuttle service to petchburi metro station. Was an easy grab taxi to the airport Will stay again for sure .

The entire hotel staff was outstanding. Reception, bell services (including wheel chair assistance), room service delivery. I travelled extensively before retirement and stayed in probably 1,000 hotels and do not recall a more pleasurable hotel staff.

My wife and I were disappointed with the breakfast buffet, they only catered to a specific group of people. We were hoping to experience local delicacies since we were in Thailand. Fruits selection were limited, almost the same “Indian menu” every morning, fried eggs were cold because they stacked them 5-6 high. Room cleaning was good. Bottled water, tissues, and toilet paper were replenished everyday. Not a whole lot of shops around the hotel, long walks to see other establishments. The duty driver (Wednesday at 1:00PM) lied to us about the free shuttle to Terminal 21. He said that we missed it, and try again the next day, until I told him that we used the same service 2 days ago and showed him the hotel desk shuttle service. Unbelievable!

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Arranging taxis and giving very accurate estimates for times to destinations kept me on time for excursions. The room was spacious. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast buffet had a great selection to choose from. The restaurant food was delicious.

I spend more than 40 nights a year in hotels and that was one of the worse! Staff was shocking. They have misplaced my suitcases at check in. Had to locate it myself after waiting for it in my room for 90 minutes. The Staff Member at the poolside bar absolutely hated his job and his guests noticed that. Mould on the bathroom ceiling due to a leaking shower head. Just stay away.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah bei der AirLink Station Makkasan, ist daher super geeignet für frühe Flüge. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön, und die Angestellren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko: das Hotel liegt an einer vierspurigen Straße, d.h. es ist sehr laut.

Wenn das Hotel als 3 Sterne Hotel deklariert werden würde, wäre es absolut ok. Dies war das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel in dem ich je war. Und ich bin in der ganzen Welt unterwegs. Das Hotel hat eine schlechte Lage. Der Shuttle ist nur 3 mal am Tag und dies auch nur oneway. Das ganze Hotel ist komplett veraltet, die Zimmer heruntergekommen. Der Putz im Bad fällt von der Decke. Es braucht eine umfassende Modernisierung. Das Frühstück ist lieblos und einseitig. Kein einziger frischer Fruchtsaft, ein schrecklicher Kaffee aus einem Automaten. Nur die Eier sind sehr gut. Alles in allem hat Bangkok sehr viel bessere 3 und 4 Sterne Hotels!

One of my favorite hotels in Thailand! Location, price, staff, gym, clean and safe! I wish the menu was smaller and was more traditional like it used to be here years ago. Food is ok but expensive and not as tasty as street food. Update TVs to smart TVs and upgrade internet! No real complaints! I love this hotel.

Hotel de Bangkok très bien situé pour se rendre à l aéroport et du centre ville. Chambre spacieuse, propre bien aménagé. Personnel à l'accueil est à l'écoute et souriante. Pour nous qui voyageons beaucoup le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, autant par le choix que la qualité des produits proposés. La salle de restaurant est agréable. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
