The lady at the front desk was very kind, polite, and extremely helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, and both rooms were in excellent condition. The beds were cozy, the atmosphere was calm, and we finally felt relaxed after a long and stressful evening. Breakfast was also very good fresh, well-organized, and with plenty of options. Overall, this hotel truly represents the Hilton standard of quality and hospitality. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again. Hotel renovated and reopened in March. Stayed on 4th floor. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean looking like new. Breakfast was from 6-10 am. Nice array of bagels, cereal.

Very slow check-in - agent was on the phone too long. Everything seemed OK when we got to the room. But, the AC fan was very loud, sounding like grinding-rubbing all night. Then in the AM, no vent fan in bathroom and the shower head leaked so badly it flooded the small bathroom. When I used extra towels to clean ip, they came away filthy from mopping the floor. Plus, there were many foreign short black hairs everywhere - we are blonde, long haired. The breakfast area was not very clean and poorly stocked. Do not recommend this hotel.

Property was recently under construction and it’s def shows room was covered in sheet rock dust screws on the floor and blue plastic pieces in the bath tub the front desk person changed our room which we had to share a bed and the bathroom door didn’t shut after a long day at the hospital we just wanted showers and bed so we settled for what we got

There was a "welcome package" in the mini fridge when I got to my room..unfortunately it wasn't actually a "welcome package"..it was left behind by the folks who had rented the room before me. They were accommodating and providing me another room. That rooms bathroom sink didn't drain! The sink drain was closed and I haven't yet, nor am i going to complain and pack up AGAIN to another room. Next time is straight outta here! Never again!

Listen: We didn't get late checkout AND our bathroom wasn't very clean. You could tell they have just been cleaning it quickly for a while because there was some dirt in the corners both on the floor and on the counter. I wasn't going to say anything about it BUT when we asked for a late checkout at 1:00 because we were going to a funeral. The lady at the desk said "No, I'm sorry but we have to get in there to clean." I can live with a half-clean bathroom, but it made me mad that I couldn't get a last checkout because Hilton has to clean, when clearly it wasn't cleaned all that well for us. Let me be clear that I think this is more on the lady at the front desk than the poor folks who have to clean the rooms. She should have loosened up a bit. (We were quite lucky and found a decent bathroom by the Boston Harbor to change into our funeral clothes.)

Do not waste your time staying here. They are rude, and unprofessional. Check in took over 30 min, I was the only person in the lobby, and it was 10pm. I was put in a room without a microwave or tv and only after calling the front desk was I told that it was a temporary room because mine was not ready. It was 10pm and I had been driving for 10 hours. Nobody at the desk mentioned it was a temporary room. How is my room not ready at 10 pm?? The next day, coming and going through the lobby of the hotel, there were 2 different people at the front desk, neither dressed as though they were working but seemed to be managers. The look on their faces every time I walked by them was as if I was going to rob the place. They were so unfriendly and not welcoming I have never in my life felt so unwanted to be somewhere. I will never in my life stay at this hotel again.

I had paid $151.15 online for a nights stay a week prior. I had checked in and the receptionist informed me i had only paid $116.15 and she would need to charge me an additional $35. I have multiple sources of proof (me paying via apple pay, my bank statement and my receipt i received after paying and booking) showing i paid the FULL $151.15. She then informed me should would have to charge me $100 for a hold.

The location was good for us as it is fairly near the train station. It made getting into Boston easy. The staff was absolutely amazing! We will stay here when we visit in the future and will recommend to friends.

This is a relative small hotel with about 70 rooms in total (told by the front desk staff). The room is spacious. We like the design of each room, modern and concise. The hotel has ice machine, a small gym, and a laundry room. They also provide decent breakfast. In addition, the staffs are very polite and helpful. Though the hotel is close to the highway, the environment is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was good in the room, staff was good but the breakfast was non existent...the choice was a stake bagel, no toast or bread, terribke coffee, a crap few muffins in wrappers, and cereal. I have stayed at avlot if hotels with free breakfasts, this was the worst.

The area, rooms, and everything were great! Nice and clean and very nice. Only draw back was the breakfast. There was hardly any food by the time we got down there at 8:40am. And no other food seemed to be going out. So very disappointed in that. Otherwise, very nice place!
