The location is convenient, with quick access to I-93. There is a restaurant right next door (not associated with the hotel) that came in handy when I needed a quick bite to eat. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. There is enough parking. I enjoyed my stay and would consider it for future trips to the Boston area. It's pretty mid-way between the center of Boston and the northern border, so I was about 30 minutes each way from everything.

Our family stayed here for five days and had a lovely time. Its around 20-30 minutes from Boston and 20-30 from Salem. Every morning we got up for breakfast and loved the experience! Its a menu system so different days have different food. The first day we went down at 8am and it was a lot more packed. The rest of the trip we went down at 7:30am and it was really nice! Theyre constantly filling the hot trays. They have a small convenient area with great pricing, as well as desktops in the lobby for personal use. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but a great size either way. The mini fridge is incredibly nice. Has a small freezer and good storage. We were all very pleasantly surprised by that. The pool is nicely heated. We only had time to swim for a little bit but it was very enjoyable. The shower heads dont adjust much, as thats how theyre made, so they shoot out. Make sure to quickpy turn the water to warm before being soaked! Theres lots of public area to hang out and someone always at the desk to greet you. You may not see them but they are there! Staff was lovely and helpful! If I was in the area and needed somewhere to stay I would certainly choose here! Very affordable for all the accommodations you get.

This hotel is right in downtown Woburn. Anything you need is right near the hotel- restaurants, gas, shopping etc. It’s also close to Boston. The pool at the hotel was old and could definitely use an overhaul. The doors to all the rooms slam shut which was annoying. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The outlets on the nightstands did not work. The breakfast was standard. The coffee was terrible. The staff were polite and helpful.

This is a great hotel with very nice staff. The room was clean, hot breakfast was great, pool very nice, and easy to get to Boston by car. We really appreciated the kids area stocked with toys, games, and videos.

I had thought Best Western always had higher standards until my stay last night. When I got in the room there was a folded bandaid on the floor between beds. So the room clearly wasn't vacuumed. When I pulled down the first bed there were chip crumbs and a curly hair beneath the pillow! I had to use the other bed. The front desk guy was great and accommodating enough to get a slightly later check out. But then at 8:45 am, long before checkout, housekeeping knocked loudly on the door waking me up and almost instantly came in without even announcing they were house keeping! They also then took my Do Not disturb sign I had on my door! House keeping is so bad there they're changing it from Best Western to Worst Western. Wallpaper was also peeling and there was no soap at all on the sink except for a sealed bar in the shower.

Turned out great. Only issues were the musty smell in the 5th floor hallway and a used glove under the table in the room. The breakfast area was big and bright and the food was hot. Check in and check out was super easy and quick. I will stay again.

We stayed here after a long time away. The place has spruced up! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good climate control. The shower was fantastic and the little soaps great, too. Breakfast was adequate. There's even a little play area for the kids in the lobby. We didn't use the pool this time. Our one quibble was the public areas. Elevators stank like cigarettes and the hallways smelled like poop. Otherwise, a great experience and a good value.

Extremely disapppoiting! The first 2 days there was no wifi in the room. In the last two days there was no hot water! During the whole stay there was not coffee in the breakfest at all. Every day was a different issue, and staff were very dismissive. The only positive points: clean hotel and great breakfest options (but not coffee).

This is a super-convenient hotel with lovely staff. It was renovated several years ago and is now due for a redo; i.e. hole in the curtain and chips out of hallway tables, etc. Also, when it was last renovated, the doors that were installed slam noisily if one isn't careful. That said, we would stay there again because of what I said in the first sentence which outweighs everything else.

The resturant next door is amazing! Staff was super kinda and helpful. The outside is pretty run down, but inside is nice. The only real issue i had was b3ing able to hear the rooms on either side of me. Snoring kept me up, and could hear the bathroom

The room overall was clean and comfy but the bathroom exhaust fan was broken and the room fogged up with each shower. Main problem was noise. Everytime a door in the hallway closed, everyone heard it.

The night manger on Monday the young man is good I got lucky to have him in the day of my check out real good . Thank you for my stay during a difficult time.

During my stay at this hotel a member of their team entered my room while I was away at a funeral. I had placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door expecting that my room would not be entered. A member of the maintenance team came into my room regardless and exchanged my air conditioning unit. The property did not notify me. They did not attempt to contact me via phone, email or any other method. Furthermore upon discovery of this, the property took a very cavalier attitude toward my experience and what felt like a violation as a female traveling alone. It took 3 days to get on the phone with a decision maker at the property and when I asked for a refund for my stay, the best the manager would do is refund me one night. This was a nightmare situation, but it's how you handle a mistake after it has been made, and I would have expected a full refund, but they refused to do that. It was highly disappointing and I therefore cannot recommend this as a good place to stay in this area.

I gave Robert good compliments he was very welcoming and willing to respond my questions and he was to fix some of the confusion such as my name had similarity with someone else. He make sure that I had my expectations room, such cleaning, quiet, and the view.

Jose at the feont desk was AMAZING! We beat the heat and were expscting tobuse the pool and it was down, so he was able to make alternate arrangements woth a sister hotel. There were other guests there who also came to the front desk while I was there to Tahnk Jose for hos help with another situation. Best Western, Jose deserves some recognition for being Awesome to your guests!

When I tried to check in I was told that there was no reservation for me. The front desk clerk did not seem willing to assist and seemed annoyed . I had received a reminder confirmation from Hotels.com the day before for my so I knew that my reservation should be all set. They proceeded to assist someone else to check in and left me standing there. I pulled up my hotels.com itinerary number which they still could. It locate. Finally they were able to find my reservation in their online system but not the actual system of the hotel itself. A frustrating process to say the least.

In area as a couple to visit family. Location was very good, right off Interstate. Our room faced the parking lot in the rear of the property and was very quiet. The only complaint with the room was with heat control as the setting changed after sunset and during the night we had to shut off the fan as it put out continuous hot air. The lobby area was quite nice and featured a childrens play area. Breakfast available untill 10:00 a.m.was quite good and well tended. Check in and out was friendly and efficient.

Great hotel! Location is fantastic literally two blocks from the expressway! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We went from there to visit Salem and the drive was 20 minutes. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The breakfast was great-the restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent and very decently priced. Overall excellent stay

Beds were comfortable. It was a place to sleep for a few nights. Pool was not very clean and it was cold in the room surrounding the pool so if you weren't swimming it was freezing. Breakfast was gross unfortunately. Had eggs and such but not edible. Milk tasted off so couldn't even have cereal.

Pros: The hotel was located within a short drive to Boston where we had activities planned. It was very easy to get to Boston from the hotel. The beds were really comfortable so we slept very well. The breakfast was fabulous. There were so many choices. I definitely ate more than I usually do at breakfast. And if you wanted to eat on the go, they offered a grab and go bag! The staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed or asked them about. Our room was very clean. In the front of the hotel was is a restaurant, Sam Walkers American Tavern. We ate there (all 13 of us) and the food and service was great. The 4 children that were with us had a blast in the indoor pool. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Con: The dead bolt locked us out of our room. It was loose. So when we shut the door it moved a little and we couldn't get back in our room. The staff immediately went to work trying to get us in our room. They never gave up. Ultimately, through the crack in the door, they had to saw the dead bolt. But shortly after that, there was a new one in its' place.

Rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The hallways needed a vacuuming. The staff were super accommodating, efficient and friendly. The restaurant next door was very convenient and the food was great. The morning breakfast was what you would expect, the eggs were eggbeaters and the bacon was microwave bacon. I couldn’t even look at the sausages, they just looked pale and not appetizing. Lots of seating for breakfast and the area was kept very clean and well stocked. Overall a great hotel. Very convenient if traveling to Boston and Salem. Would come back again if in the area.
