Hampton Inn Boston Woburn

This is an upscale hotel with good amenities - especially appreciated the guest laundry. I was worried about the noise from several large groups of students, but it was amazingly quiet in our room. Front desk was swamped but still friendly and helpful when I got there. Breakfast was very good even though the students trashed the place - staff was hopping and kept up admirably!

The place was clean and staff were nice. The only problem I had was that the pool was not heated and the website states “heated pool” however the staff were upfront and said that the heater mechanism for the pool was not working however the temperature of the pool was still “within range” for what is an acceptable temperature for swimming. Corporate offered me 8,000 points to compensate but this is worth $30 towards another stay. They couldn’t given me enough for a free night since I couldn’t not enjoy the pool since it was freezing in my opinion. No one was seen in the pool during my week long stay. This is probably why.

Perfect. Just heat the pool.

The property was neat and clean. However, if you stay Fri- Sun, you won't get housekeeping and the bar is closed. (The bar was one of the reasons I chose the property, and it was closed the entire time.)

Staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, as was the fitness room and swimming pool- both were impeccably maintained.

I Love the keyless check in/out. The Staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Vanessa, The Bartender, was incredible! She prepared my drinks like a 5 star restaurant. I will definitely stay again and refer to others.

Everything was good. No complaints. The property was clean! The employees were nice! The parking is free and they even have electric spots on one side of the hotel.

The property was well maintained. The room was very clean. He staff were welcoming and very kind to my son. It was his first time on vacation and he was a little wild and excited the staff entertained his excitement and asked him questions. The pool was big and clean with great hours 8am-10pm. The breakfast was really great and options changed per day. I would come back and stay here again.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Great gym, very clean and spacious. Great location, not too far from Boston and easy highway access. A/C in room is a bit noisy and breakfast not super great but would still highly recommend overall.

VERY clean

The floor was extremely stained and filthy. It looks nice at first when you open the door but then you realize it’s a very crappy hotel room. I’m pretty sure no one changed my bedding.

Very dirty and dingy place. We ended up not even spending the night due to discovery of Bed Bugs! Thank goodness we noticed them prior to getting into bed.

I had a dirty sheet on my bed taught it was just the sheets I called front desk for a clean set they delivered it to me when I removed the fitting sheet to found out that the cover mattress has sperm

The blanket had stains on it and the faucet leaked which got our belongings soaking wet. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice otherwise.

This property looked a lot better in pictures than in person. The first night we checked into our room to find out there was absolutely no power other than the bathroom. There was water damage on the interior walls. We switched rooms to a different room. The rugs were stained and didn’t feel very clean. Also to note there was puke on the hallway floors on the 4th floor and gum stuck to fire extinguisher mount the entire stay (2nites). 6th floor where my family stayed there was used latex gloves on the floor as well. Traveled with family that also had even more issues.. I’ll be digging a little deeper to a better bang for my buck next time. Will not stay again. Staff were super rude and argumentative. Not a good look.

When came to hotel to shower found someone did clean the bathroom they have small hairs an snobs in the wall I just went to sleep can’t wait to go home an shower

It was a very nice and peaceful stay. Although the Wifi was down because of some construction nearby it was a great stay! 5/5 Stars!

I was given an adjoining room - no privacy as the only sound barrier between rooms was a door. Asked to move to another room with no success. Hotel is new and well maintained. Check room availability and avoid first floor.

Pretty good but shades dont close all the way lots of light gets in bad design.

It was just okay. Staff was just okay compared to every other Hilton affiliated hotels we have been to. The room was nice but the wifi was down throughout our stay! I was told room service would be every other day which was fine. We stayed for three nights but didn’t get any room service at all. Elevator smelled of dogs urine!

The overall condition of the room and hotel was good, but the bed was uncomfortable and noisy when you turn over. The bed is key to a good night sleep so it was disappointing. I generally have found the beds at various Hampton Inns comfortable, so I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

It seems the whole hotel has been refurbished except the heating and air conditioning because there was loud banging in the vents all night. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep which is all I needed.

Best blackout curtains ever! I travel a lot and stay in all types of places. Slept in late because of the blackout curtains. Great breakfast also.

The bed is really bad! AC don’t work correctly.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were spacious and the hotel is very nice inside and out-very clean and nicely decorated. We were visiting all the Boston historical places and took the train in every day instead of driving. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the commuter station where you can catch any one of the commuter trains into the city for less than $.

Fastest check in ever

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the staff at this hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon checkout, I noticed I had been double charged for the room. When I raised this concern with the front desk, I was told the additional charge was for taxes. I explained multiple times that the charge was not a tax but a duplicate payment. Despite my clear explanation, the staff dismissed my concern and insisted that Expedia had not paid them, advising me to take the issue up with Expedia myself. When I asked for assistance with the hotel WiFi so I could contact Expedia, I was told it wasn’t their problem and that I needed to resolve it on my own. The staff made no effort to help or even recheck the charge. Eventually, Expedia confirmed that they had paid the hotel. However, because the hotel staff refused to verify anything or take responsibility, I ended up wasting over an hour sitting in the lobby trying to resolve an issue that could have been easily avoided. Not once did anyone at the hotel apologize or acknowledge their mistake. Instead, I was treated with impatience and suspicion, as though I were being unreasonable or dishonest. This experience left a lasting negative impression. I expected far better professionalism and basic courtesy from the hotel staff.

The stay and amenities were great, staff not so much, even the manager was rude. They tried to tack on $36 dollars saying that we charged food from the store when that never happened. Watch your receipts. Had to call actual Hilton to get a refund.

Great customer service

Our family stayed at the Hampton Inn Boston and we really enjoyed our time there. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable night’s sleep, and the free breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay we felt very good staying here and would definitely come back again!

After a long, delayed flight from Dallas to Boston, arriving at the Hampton Inn Boston Woburn was a breath of fresh air. The check-in process was impressively quick and easy, which was exactly what we needed after our exhausting journey. The young lady at the reception desk greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional service, making us feel welcomed and cared for right from the start (rare these days it seems). Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing us with the perfect haven to unwind and relax. We were so pleased with our experience that we decided to extend our stay by an additional night to explore the beautiful city of Boston. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy for us to venture out and see the sights. From the complimentary breakfast that offered a wide variety of delicious options to the well-maintained facilities, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, Hampton Inn Boston Woburn exceeded our expectations in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Boston!

Terrible customer service at check-in around midnight on 7/31. The front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. Multiple cards declined despite having funds. My partner suggested the issue was the card reader, but the employee dismissed it. After the employee telling me there were no other way to help me. I asked if he could enter my card manually—he said it would “just decline again.” Eventually, he did enter it, and it worked, with no apology. I asked to pay in cash—he refused, telling me to deposit cash into the same card that wasn’t working. After going back and forth and asking for other options, he finally offered to manually input my card—which worked. No apology. Then he claimed the system was suddenly running slow and couldn’t issue my key right away. Still no apology even though it was clearly the system that malfunctioned & caused it to decline every card we tried. We later saw a rat in the kitchen and avoided the breakfast. Day shift staff were much better, but that check-in experience was unacceptable. Hotel room was good.

The stay started off well, we had a late check in due to travel issues and we were met with a very friendly overnight staff. However, the pillows were uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well. The breakfast was okay, I’ve had better at other Hilton/Hampton properties. But what really got me was the housekeeping. Apparently, you have to “request” housekeeping during a 3 night stay/ or more. That’s just CRAZY. I understand since Covid ALL hotels do this every other day thing. But having to request it, that’s something else. Nobody, while on vacation should have to think about making that request. So when I called and asked for towels and explained I misunderstood the housekeeping policy(because in the room it said differently), I was met with a rude explanation and correction which was unnecessary. I also had to go downstairs for the towels myself because after 32 mins, we didn’t have any still. I asked for the towels and told them to cancel the room visit since I came and got them myself and I was once again met with a rude comment of, “he would’ve been on his way.”I will just add that if you are visiting the Boston area for the first time like I was, and are staying here because the rooms are cheaper, don’t do it. Spend the extra money and stay closer into town. I spent way too much on ride shares. And to the property, please update your housekeeping policies throughout the hotel because at check in, it says one thing and then another in the rooms. Thank you!

The hotel is located in a convenient location to visit areas outside Boston, such as Salem or Maine. However, Boston’s traffic might make inconvenient to visit the city’s downtown.

Great location. Near rapid bus station and shopping

Room was spotless and the hotel provided a crib for my year-old grandson. Ample buffet breakfast came with the room. Great location off 128 at 93 near Burlington Mall for access to the city and many dining options.

It was a great experience. The property is quiet, and in a great location with multiple dining options, and only a 30-minute drive from inner city Boston.

Clean, conveinent, very close to freeways

I thought it was very nice. I was looking for something close to Boston…no complaints on comfort, breakfast, amenities. It was hard to find. A spotlight on the hotel name would help. It’s in a business park/shopping center with lots of buildings. It doesn’t stand out.

Standard clean comfortable Hampton Inn outside of Boston Center. Good breakfast. Car drive into airport from this location was not too bad in rush hour traffic. Took us about 35 minutes. Good value for people with vehicle going in or out of Boston.

The breakfast options were good... On Day 1 and 2 Natalia from the kitchen staff was very helpful. If there was a food item that was missing, I asked her and she brought out more. She was always cleaning up, making sure the breakfast food areas was clean, she was always wiping and making the breakfast area look clean. Im not sure of the other ladys name. But her and Natalia resolved the waffle maker issue in a quick time turnaround. The waffle batter dispenser was not working properly. They filled up cups and cups of batter to make it easy and convenient for everyone to make their waffles.

This hotel was just what we were looking for! Good location, near the Anderson/Woburn line to take into Boston. The beds were comfortable. The front desk was efficient, helpful, and kind. The shower was good. Breakfast was awesome. The usual continental fare as well as one day there were sausages, potatoes and omelettes and the next day there was scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, and French toast fingers. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything at the hotel was great. Only issue was the amount of people staying and the busy mornings around the hot breakfast. Nothing the staff could have helped. The staff was great! Answered any questions and were always willing to help with directions, food options, or things to do.

Empty shampoo and body wash in shower. Breakfast was so so, runny eggs, cold sausage not a lot of options and limited seating.

An excellent hotel. The only negative was the breakfast: eggs were cold, poor replenishing of food gone, dry lumpy oatmeal, and poor staffing attention.
