The hotel was under renovations, water was running off and on a lot next room, thin walls, the pool was closed, fire alarm went off at 7am we had to leave are rooms for a hour in are pjs because the kitchen staff burned something and set it off, when we checked in we were told the water would be off for hours because of being under construction

Its in a decent location to drive back and forth to Boston from. The gym and hot tub are ok. The free breakfast was passable - they need to up their game on the cooked food (omlettes tasted like fake egg and bacon was made from bacon-like paper), but they had a decent variety of other stuff. Staff was friendly, parking was easy. Bed mattress was too soft for me (I dont like pillow top mattresses) but actually didnt make my back feel sore the next morning as they often do. Overall it was fine.

Walls and floors are paper thin that you can hear people talking and walking in the middle of the night. It will be nice if there is some sort of sound proofing, Otherwise the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Great breakfast choices and service. Gym facility is good, provided with disposable ear phone to listen and watch the news on your equipment, unfortunately, was not able to enjoy the SPA which is under renovation.

Family of four. Breakfast offers enough variety to start your day. Our room was clean and quiet, staff was very friendly. The negatives in my experience were the beds are such poor quality, it felt like I was sleeping in a deflating air matress. There is no pool, only a "spa" jacuzzi. Sink area is very compact, not a lot of room to freshen up. All the outlets need upgrading because I had a hard time plugging my phone charger into the loose outlets. Rugs need shampooing because my feet got dirty walking barefooted.

This hotel stands out as the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. There is a complete lack of care from the staff when it comes to cleanliness. The carpet in our room was horrendous, with visible blood stains, and the walls were covered with dark marks. The room had a persistent stench. The entire third floor looked vandalized and noisy renovations began as early as 8:30 a.m., with banging that shook the building. The breakfast was bland and offered very little variety. The young man at reception was extremely slow and clearly lacked proper training

We were very impressed by this hotel and its location. Although farther from the airport than we thought, it was very convenient to multiple dining choices. As far as the hotel itself, it was very nice and modern. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were excellent. Finally, had it had a good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel last minute to avoid traffic in a snowstorm. Rooms were newly renovated and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was super small but otherwise new and clean. There's also a large shopping plaza across the street, and the restaurant in the hotel was great. I would stay here again if I was in the area!

The staff were very friendly, great breakfast and clean for sure. The location is ideal as there were restaurants and shopping around as well as the T into Boston was only a mile away. The struggle was the television was very fuzzy. I even tried to plug in all cords, but the static was there. The only other downside was the hot tub was out of service for maintenance or upgrade. My sore body was looking forward to it. Otherwise everything else was spectacular!

Heat/cold works poorly. It switched from heat to icy cold by itself. Toilet was painfully low. You had to step into a tub with a smooth non stick base,risking a fall. I am 84 and moderately handicapped. Overall an old tired hotel.

I heard every time surrounding rooms used the bathroom. The check in clerk was apathetic, never greeted me, didnt get up from his chair until he had to use the computer to check me in. He was hard to understand, never made eye contact, was not helpful with a problem i had. The noise factor and check in process is not what i expected ftom the Holiday Inn chain

Booked a room with two queen beds since we are traveling with a child….. tried to check in 30 Minutes early and they said room was not ready which was fine. I confirmed our room would be available since we had evening plans. Staff said of course. Returned from dinner to check in … only had a room with a single queen bed and offered a roll away bed for our daughter. They would not refund or change our payment to match what we got. Awful sleep and annoyed we confirmed with staff about the room and still didn’t get what we booked or paid for. We travel a lot but this hotel will be off our list.

Very helpful. I’d left my laptop in the room upon departure. They called to tell me. By that point I was quite a distance away and they held it for me until I could return. Very easy access off of the freeway! Would definitely stay there again!

TERRIBLE! I have been harassed here. Check in was awful, I paid extra for a king sized bed. They did not have. The next day, the cleaning lady WALKED IN ON ME. That was a terrifying and uncomfortable experience that has never happened to me. She said that her phone does not show who is checking out or now. When I was checking in, I requested a late checkout and the person at the front desk said no problem you can check out at 3pm. The day of check out I was constantly being harassed and my door was being knocked on the whole time. There is no communication between the front desk and cleaning people. These people are poorly trained. The blame is on the managers. They have my number and promised to call me. But they never did.

The hotel gave away our room even after it had been paid for in full, the hotel desk clerk acknowledged that it had been paid. The transferred us to a hotel 20 minutes away (two towns over) and we received a double bed rather than a king sized bed. Two phone calls to the manager were made but not returned. Looking to get credit. This was a horrible experience and will not use Expedia again or book with that ownership.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Many restaurants right across the road if you want to stay close to "home." Easy access to routes 93 and 95.

This is right outside of Boston City limits. It's close to the train station which makes it easier to get back and forth into the city. The staff was so amazing, kind and very understanding. The breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh and really good. They are in the process of renovating and I had the privilege of staying in a renovated room and it was wonderful.

People at breakfast were rude. When things ran out they did not seem diligent to refill , and gave attitude when asked if something was being made. Stopped refilling well before breakfast ended leaving not much for those who came down anytime after 8.

The hotel is very located in a area that offers a lot. The free breakfast that is only open until 9:30 should stay open longer. The bathrooms need to be redone. The toilet was too low, thought I was sitting on the floor.
