Beautiful hotel, modern, clean. It had the best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. We had a room with an indoor balcony. I don’t recommend that because music played nonstop in the lobby / pool area. It stopped at 10 so it was ok but I booked a balcony for outdoor air. Oh well. We only stay at Hiltons now- I liked it that much.

Harsh fish smell in the parking lot. Pool is limited in hours which isn’t great for kids. If you buy breakfast via Expedia, note it’s only for two people and does not include children. Certainly not worth the 28.00 per person for a basic breakfast.

Loved the location! Pool, bar and restaurant (did not eat) aesthetic are great! Feels very resorty. I loved relaxing by pool on lounge chairs while everyone else was asleep. Would be a great place for a personal or business conference / event. Rooms were nice and beds comphy. Loved that we had an inside balcony. Love that it feels like you are outside while inside! 15-20 min drive to Boston. Great location! Plan to stay again if the need arises.

Firstly, there is a parking garage, so plenty of free parking. The matador restaurant is right next to where you check in, it looked really nice. We did not get a chance to go. No complimentary breakfast. You have to pay extra if you want it. Did not like the pool set up, people with balconies can essentially just watch you swim, maybe because it was indoors, it seems weirder. Also, only two elevators that we could see inside, with all those floors, took forever. Close to a lot, including Boston. I believe we were like 15-20 minutes away. Room was alright. Could have been cleaned a little better, there was hair in the shower, etc. did not like the pillows. They went flat as soon as we put our heads on them. We did like the couch and the aesthetic of the building was cool as well.

The hotel itself was nice but we were pretty grossed out when we discovered that there was a pile of potato chip crumbs underneath the covers. Definitely wasn’t pleased to discover that, it really grossed us out. I would hope that the room would be thoroughly cleaned, especially the bed sheets.

found our room to have very sticky bathroom floors...had house keeping come in to re-mop and it was still sticky...perhaps the cleaning product. toilet was dirty around rim from "misses". overall room was a little dated, but ok. bed could be updated...on site restaurant is nice, maybe a little pricey but it is the Boston area....best burger ive ever had.

The shower/tub in our room had mold around the caulking and the bathroom felt old and not super clean. We let the front desk know and they said they would send someone up, but they never did. We also had to ask twice for housekeeping to come to the room and over a 3 night stay, they only came once to the room. Front desk staff not particularly great or helpful. Sheryl at the Rivet bar is excellent and the highlight of the staff. The food at the Matador is surprisingly good. The pool is nice.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower curtain was ripped, there was mold in the grout in the shower and on the floor. The toilet and the counter tops were not being cleaned daily, and the Kleenex and body cream dispensers were left empty. The beds were comfortable and the dining staff were very nice.

First, paying extra for a “balcony” that overlooks the indoor pool/lounge area is incredibly annoying. I expected to have fresh air on the balcony and wouldn’t have paid extra if it was stated it was enclosed. Second, the doors between adjoining rooms were no where near sound proof enough. I got to hear our neighbors cackling like they were at a comedy club well past 2am. There was an ambient sound thing in our room but it was broken. It was clean enough and staff were friendly. If i were to book again i would definitely bring ear plugs.

Just a quick overnight while in town for an event. Beautiful lobby and interesting layout with room balconies inside the atrium overlooking the first floor. Room was clean spacious and comfortable.

Property is very nice with a decent lobby. AC never worked properly and it's sweltering in the lobby. Noise everywhere all the time as well. Make requests to staff for towels or to clean, no one ever shows. Staff are very nice and will help as much as they can, but they suffer from communication problems. Don't stay here. There are better Hiltons. This one doesn't make the cut. Save your mental anguish and book one in the city.

overall ambiance of property was very nice. the problem with the stay the cable on the TV NEVER worked always freezing or message would say “weak signal etc. Continuously called the front desk for this problem to be fixed our whole stay and was told by front desk “go through all the channels it will work after that and engineer will be sent” we did this several times and same issue, nothing was resolved and no engineering ever came to fix the issue. Another issue was the toilet stopped working and would not flush. Asked the day before for it to be rectified nothing was done. we were unable to use the toilet all night due to fear of the toilet overflowing, which is very unacceptable due to me being pregnant. We called again the next morning for it to be fixed and this is when someone finally came. we also asked to switch rooms to another room and was told it will be noted and to call back in the morning. We called back next morning and was told no notation was placed and we were also told they were booked for the week and our room couldn’t be changed. Also our room was cleaned everyday but the sheets were never changed the whole time we stayed there. we stayed at this hotel for 4 days.

The hotel was a little difficult to find and many people living in the area did not know where it was located as it was a bit out of the way. Once we found the hotel it was a lovely modern hotel with nicely landscaped grounds. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Horrible stay. My husband calls this the clown hotel. Balconies facing the pool and bar so don’t expect to sleep. Huge group last night that would not leave so we had to change rooms. Fridge broken. Blow dryer. Broken. I hate this hotel. Miserable stay. Won’t be back. Ever. Clown hotel.

We reserve a two queen bed room a week prior to our arrival when we arrive we were told they only have a king bed available for us One guy needed to sleep on the floor terrible service specially the front desk spoke to two different people didn’t care at all to help that attitude that we got is pretty much. It is what it is not my problem. Definitely not gonna stay there again. The only positive things about this hotel is the restaurant

I had reserved a room with assessable bathroom. On the day that I checked in they had given me a regular room. The manager informed me that it will take 40mins before the room was ready. 45mins later I approached the manager regarding the room and she stated "who are you “. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I immediately called corporate and made a complaint. An hour later I still didn’t get my room. Again I called corporate who had called the manager twice to resolve the problem. I finally got the room after waiting an hour. The manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Not even an apology.

We chose this hotel because it was fairly close to BOS airport and was decently priced. Our flight arrived very late, so we basically slept and left the next morning. No free breakfast, but a restaurant off the lobby offers breakfast for purchase. Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

When I first arrived at my room, I noticed a few boxes left outside a couple of rooms on my floor—pizza boxes, beer cases, and what was essentially trash from current guests. About 12 hours later, the boxes were still there, which was disappointing. That’s just one example. On a positive note, the gym was great, and I really appreciated the infused water available for guests. I had breakfast on my first morning, but didn’t return after that. The service was extremely slow, and I had to ask for a coffee refill four times.

Quick check-in and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the price of the buffet breakfast. $26 per person is a bit steep for powdered eggs. Although, they did have a nice assortment of fresh fruit. Just not $26 worth. I was attending a conference at the hotel, which made it very convenient.
