Nice staff, clean room and easy parking

We had a lovely stay at Homewood Suites. The hotel is fairly new, so the room was modern and comfortable, with access to great facilities, including daily breakfast, laundry and an inpool/spa. Access and arrival at the hotel is easy and there is plenty of parking at the front. There are also lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Although a little way out of central Boston, it was a quick and easy drive into the city and to coastal areas to tour the sights. We recommend Homewood Suites Woburn to travellers looking for a well-priced, comfortable and quiet location when visiting the Boston area.

This is my new "go-to" when I visit the Boston area! It was clean and new and everyone was great. The breakfast was better than anticipated (though we wish there was whole milk for the coffee). The design of the bath area limited the amount of privacy and was a bit strange where the shower and commode were in one place and just outside of that was the double sink space that was open to the bed area. No door so when washing up/shaving, well, no privacy for that. Otherwise though, it was great. The pool was indoor and kept warm and very clean. I will definitely stay there the next time. Oh, also close to restaurants and stores if you need them. The kitchenette is always welcome because of the full fridge and microwave. You can't smoke indoors anywhere, which I appreciated and pet-friendly - we met lots of cute pups.

Very good accommodation experience. The price is reasonable, and the hotel offers free parking and breakfast.

The pool was amazing for laps and the gym has everything. Both places I got to myself.

The hotel is very nice and close to the interstate. It has several restaurants around and spacious rooms, parking and other amenities.

I stay in MA a lot for work but this has to be one of the worse places I stayed ever! The room smelled like fabuloso and the lights did not work. The bed had stains on it and just in really bad condition. Nobody is at the front desk at all times you always have to yell “hello” or try to find someone for help. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

The property itself was amazing and the space we reserved was larger than we expected and gave everyone in our family their own space to decompress after sight-seeing, etc. The room was not filthy by any means, but there were some issues of cleanliness. There were rose petals under one of the beds in the large bedroom, an empty water bottle under the bed in the other room, and bottle caps under the chairs in the living room. Other than a lack of attention to detail in cleanliness, our overall stay was wonderful.

What saves this hotel from a terrible rating is the fact the building seems to be new or very well updated. I was completely unpleasant see mice running on the lobby hall, it makes me wonder if they could reach the kitchen and to the food I would be eating the next morning.

Firstly, upon arrival, I was met with a front desk staff that displayed a shocking level of rudeness and condescension. Most of the employees at the front desk were full of attitude and spoke to me in a disparaging manner. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service context. The only exception was one lady whose professionalism and courteous demeanor were the sole reasons the conversation did not escalate further. I commend her for her excellent service amidst such negativity. Additionally, the room assigned to us reeked of cigarette smoke. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with my young child, who mistakenly thought the odor was mint. This oversight in maintaining a non-smoking room not only reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards but also posed a potential health risk. The breakfast provided was equally disappointing, with only two options available. The limited choice and the quality of the food were far below the standard one would expect. Moreover, the attitude of the breakfast service staff compounded the issue. They were unprofessional, followed me around the dining area, and frequently yelled at their colleagues, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, my experience at your hotel was disgraceful. The lack of professionalism and poor quality of services provided have left a lasting negative impression. I had hoped for a pleasant and relaxing stay but instead encountered numerous issues that marred my visit.

The only issue was that it said the rooms had queen beds in the suite but they were far from. The beds when measured are smaller than a size full which was a bit annoying.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However the setup of the bath area doesn't provide a lot of privacy. The shower and toilet were in one place with a door, and just outside of that was the sink and mirror area, but with no door separating that from the room. Not a huge issue for me, but something to keep in mind when considering who you are traveling with. The kitchenette was a nice addition and fully stocked. Also the hotel is really close to a few restaurants which is nice. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We got no sleep. There was some kind of alarm ringing all night. Yikes....

The hot breakfast was okay—nothing special, with limited selection, but it did the job. One small issue: the room only had three facecloths for four guests. When we requested more, the staff provided them, but we had to go pick them up ourselves at the lobby. It wasn’t a big deal, but it’s the reason I’m giving 4 stars for service instead of 5. hotel price was good for the area.

Building seems brand new. other then carpet in room and wall unit A/C, one could believe its a brand new construction. We had a premier studio, size was perfect. Flaws, connecting rooms , we could hear next door television. Bed sheets were not soft but seen worst also. For $300 a night, I would expect softer sheet.. Major turn off, breakfast was from 6h-9h. We got there at 8h35. We stood in a line for people waiting waffle. There was no liquid to put in. Comes 8h45 the lady comes with a piece from the recipient where it is usually stored .. all cleaned and ready to be put away lol. Long story short, by 8h50 there was apple, bread, bagel and that was about it. Disappointing.

These rooms are incredibly nice, we had a premium king suite and it had a kitchen in it… wow! Very clean and quiet, the blackout shades were really nice to let us sleep in.

This place was very clean. Breakfast was good! We were moved r the first floor so just a little noisy at night, but overall a very nice stay.

Havent received my security deposit from homewood suite. It has been a week $ 300 for 2 nights room number 102

Hotel was clean, staff wasn’t very friendly. We didn’t have hand soap in our bathroom and we called twice to have it filled and it never happened. The pool was closed without prior notice and the breakfast for a honewood suites was subpar at best. Took them 3 calls and 2 days to get a crib

Excellent! Anthony was fantastic when he checked us in. Small town area but big town accommodations.

I had a family emergency by 13 month old daughter had to be rushed to the ER. She was then admitted for the night and is on an IV drip. I requested to the hotel that I would not be able to come for the stay. I requested a refund that any normal human would understand. The manager did not refund the night stay and I was charged in full. I travel all the time and Homewood is no longer an option. I will be sending a detailed write up to the corporate HQ as well. Heartless and just plain stupid decision.

I called front desk to report that blinds in bedroom were down and was told that maintenance wasn’t in and they wouldn’t do anything. Later, I went down to request Duct Tape from the same person since there was old duct tape on the blinds from previous guests. She called later and said maintenance would come up and Install new blinds.

Good morning, yesterday afternoon at 3:00 PM we booked a room for 4 people. When we arrived at 6:00 PM only one bed was ready and the sofa was without sheets and pillows. We asked the girl at the reception that the sofa be made by our return from dinner, but this never happened. At 9:20 PM we still did not have sheets for the sofa, we were tired from the jet lag, and we continued to ask for the children's bed to be made. All unacceptable. My husband had to go down three times in an hour because no one paid attention to us despite the promise that they would make the bed shortly. On the fourth time my husband came back with what was necessary to make the beds, moreover without the pillows which arrived after another 20 minutes. Crazy. Never seen anything like it. The girl at the reception, who was also rude, gave us the Expedia number to request a refund for the night, which her manager will approve. In fact we are here to request it.

Very nicely maintained property. Quiet. Easy access to I-93 and I-95. Worked out much better than expected for us after Vrbo in the Brookline area back out on us, and there were no affordable rooms available near Boston University (parent weekend and Regatta weekend).

Well-appointed room for the money, especially considering the wild Boston-area prices. Hotel was nearly full but surprisingly (blessedly!) quiet. Convenient to major highways and all sorts of amenities. Can be a little tricky to find using Waze; there is no sign on the Washington Ave. entrance; after passing it a few times we spotted the hotel by seeing the roof sign!

Our stay was ok. This was the third time staying with Homewood suites but my first time staying not in Tennessee etc. I was HIGHLY disappointed with the breakfast. Very little options, and most of the food present was not very palatable or warm. And there was almost no drink options. Additionally our bathroom did not have lotion in it. A bottle of conditioner took its place
