The property is not the most updated but totally sufficient. It was clean, the staff were friendly and courteous. The location is very conveniently located to the venue we were attending, restaurants and shopping super close, cost per night very reasonable and the two bottled waters they gave us on arrival was a small but appreciated gesture. Parking lot is small and it looked like it was full. We got the very last spot the night we stayed. Would stay again.

Very welcoming staff...they're all helpful and friendly. There are nice choices for breakfast. Highway and train station are nearby so sometimes noisy at night, but there is a white noise machine to help block sounds. Unfortunately all the treadmills were not working in the gym, so we couldn't exercise together. Still a positive experience.

easy to get to off interstate. unfortunately exercise room was closed for remodeling/update and pool closed 2 days before arrival (both which we had intended to use. Breakfast was great with many hot items and clean area.

The hotel advertised free local.shuttle, there was not a shuttle. We entered the room. And there was a noise machine and ear plugs. You'll need them, train that goes by constantly isoud.

The main reason for selecting this hotel with expedia was they offered shuttle service. THEY DO NOT OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE!!!!! This misinformation ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees, rebooking fees, and uber fees for various activities originally scheduled...

The stay seemed fine when we got there. We sat down on the beds and watched a little TV. Except for the bed not being correctly on the rails, and I almost tipped the bed over getting into it, it was fine (Don't worry, I put it back on properly). No concerns until I was ready to go to bed and pulled back the comforter to find the sheets underneath were all pulled back, like they had already been slept in. Being late, I just asked for new sheets so I could change them myself, and the attendant at the front desk argued over how many sheets I needed (two per bed, not just one, right??), but eventually gave me two per bed. As I finished making the bed, I discovered that the decorative waffly sheet on top of the comforter had a gross stain that I'd been sitting on earlier. After this, I started noticing things I might not have other noticed - Paint peeling in the shower ceiling, a broken drain plug, a electrically burned outlet in the hallway -- and I was relieved I was only there for only one night. I kept thinking that the property looked like it was probably a great hotel, that was handed over to a team who was not able to care for it responsibly.

A mouse ran across our hotel room floor! Absolutely disgusting and absolutely unbelievable. Third floor hotel room and a mouse ran across the floor and underneath the refrigerator. My wife refused to stay and we had to pack up and leave. They tried to move us to a new room, but what difference was it gonna make that one may have been mice infested also. Woman at check-in desk was very rude not only to myself, but also to one of the Hotels.com Gold customer service representatives that called her on my behalf. She did everything she could to go out of our way to make things difficult. Customer service along with mice in our room! We will never ever ever stay here again and suggest you don’t either

Pros - The front desk staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome. This property is close to numerous restaurants, fueling stations, and shopping. The room had a fridge and microwave, which was helpful. The room was clean and in good repair. The beds were pretty comfortable. Cons - This property really struggles with their hot water supply. Every shower ran cold, and some never even got warm. Despite our reservation being for 3 adults and 1 child, housekeeping only left three towels each time they replaced them. We had to ask for additional towels (which I guess is perhaps more of an inconvenience than a con). Other things to know… There is a rail line that runs adjacent to the property. Some reviewers seem bothered by it, but we barely noticed it. The hotel does provide ear plugs and a white noise machine, if needed. This hotel served our purpose. We wanted to visit Boston without paying downtown Boston hotel prices. I would stay here again.

There are lots of shops nearby. The "night guy" was super nice. Unfortunately, the TV in the room didn't work. It said "no signal". It was near midnight so not much could be done at that time. I did tell the front desk.

Sorry, but this hotel is at a severe disadvantage. The property abuts the Interstate as well as the commuter rail line. The windows are not sound proofed so if you're on the side of the hotel with the highway you hear road traffic all night. The commuter rail line has trains running until 10 and starting again at 5AM. Other nearby hotels of similar quality do not have these disadvantages

Generally a good stay but the hotel is in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly but only 1 elevator which meant long waits to leave the hotel and the TV service is in desperate need of an upgrade. Overall a great a stay.

Newly renovated room with a comfortable bed (pillows are a little thin). One interesting thing to note is that I saw in other reviews folks complain about road noise outside but to managements credit - the rooms now have white noise machines and packages of ear plugs! Worked for us as we didn't notice any noise.

I had to bring my dog for emergency treatment at a veterinary hospital in Woburn from New York. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating with check in/check out and adjusting it to help me with a changing schedule, being from out of state, and during a very stressful time. If I ever find myself in Woburn again, I will definitely stay here!

Front desk person went above and beyond, opening the front door when I approached with extra luggage. Then she checked me in quickly and assisted in getting my things into the elevator. And all of this with a smile and a friendly attitude. After a long day, it was exactly what I needed.

The person checking me in at the front desk was wearing a lanyard with profanity that expedia will not allow me to write in this review, so you can probably guess how bad it was. But I have a photo so ... Anyway that's the face of Marriott when you walk in this hotel. I told the guy that I was not upset but that is was unprofessional and showed very poor judgement. Other than that he was nice, but not sure he connected the dots.

Y room was directly behind the check in desk. Staff was loud until midnight and again, beginning at 6 am. Inadequate sleep is not what I paid for. I was incredibly frustrated. What a poor choice I made.

The manager was awful did not want to listen for a simple issues that she would have resolved. I have had my dates mixed up before and resolved at other Marriot by the manager l even showed her l was a marriot reward member for 25 years but she did not want to listen. The general manager was amazingly accommodating!!! He went above and beyond for us! We checked in extremely late at night and Dietrich was so welcoming and helpful. He was polite and courteous even though I was exhausted and not completely with it all. Thais was so friendly in answering all my questions the next day. The staff here seriously are eager to please and it was refreshing! The lobby was immaculately clean and inviting. The breakfast was so yummy and they had the best hours - available until 10am on the weekend! And their front desk allowed us to check out at noon which gave our lazy butts an extra hour to sleep in, get breakfast until 10 and then take the rest of the time to lollygag with packing up and leaving. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston. They're only 20 minutes from the wharf and aquarium. They're so close to the on ramp for 93 South into Boston! Located across the street is their grocery store, Market Basket. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food options for any diet, even vegetarian. We didn't do any shopping for souvenirs or products outside of the food realm, but there are plenty of options to window shop. Overall, we spent a lovely weekend at the Fairfield Inn with lovely staff and accommodations. Five stars all around!!

We made this reservation by mistake; on a long trip where we traveled across the US, we tried to reserve a hotel closer to Boston, so we decided that instead of the three days (paid already), we would stay only one night there and move to another hotel closer to downtown Boston. Indeed, Fairfield inn is not near (within walking distance) to any subway station. However, once we got there, the staff was so lovely, and the hotel looked so neat that we decided to stay the three days and take Uber rides to Boston. The breakfast is good, the rooms clean, and, as said before, the staff are very polite. and many restaurants in a nice part of Arlington. If the

We booked this hotel due to its convenient location as we were going to Boston, Salem and Plymouth. It was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again. Only con was parking but our trip was over the Labor Day weekend so we knew the hotel would be busy.

Clean, reasonably priced, utilitarian hotel just off the interstate 95, near Interstate 93. The hotel staff was pleasant, parking was ample, and the included breakfast was what one would expect. It’s located near a number of stores and chain restaurants, so no trouble finding dinner. The hotel does back up to I-95. My room had a sound machine and earplugs available, and I had no problem sleeping. However, if you’re a light sleeper, you should probably request a room in the front of the hotel.
