Well appointed modern style rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice pool space with a great view, however the pool did not look clean. It almost had a green color and noticeable green discolouration on the white tile. It should also be mentioned in the property details that it is a dry hotel, no alcohol is served.

Lovely hotel, we used the pool, the gym, the sauna and steam room and everything was excellent. We were really happy with our room, it was spacious and very clean. The tokens are a nice touch - used ours for a bath bomb and some GCP merch. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ornate and vast and they even had vegan options for us, clearly marked. The location is good, we took tuk tuks everywhere as well as their free shuttle to the metro. There is a 7-11 next door for snacks :) The staff are lovely and professional. I’m interested in trying the other hotels from Grande Centre Point after this stay.

The staff at this hotel are really nice, but then this is Thailand… I think I’m giving 4 stars cause for the price of the room we paid, I expected more for services. Otherwise the thing I hated the most is the clientele: full of babies, kids,.. with small swimming pool (yeah, looks big in photos, be aware!)… it was really cramped. People would come in the morning early, put towel on chair and a t-shirt.. and basically reserve place… and you never see them… was really really annoying!… this place seems to me more suitable for families thank a good adult or couple hotel.

We do not recommend this hotel. Stay away! We were going from Bangkok to Phuket today. The person in lobby was looking at our ticket but inform taxi driver to take us to another airport. We missed our flight and need go back to the right airport. We need to buy new ticket because we missed our flight because of the concealer. NO GOOD! He got all information from us. The cleaning of our room was not good. We started for 6 nights. They never changed the beds. We put the sight every day and spoke with the cleanings girls but they egnored. So so dag !

Very comfortable beds,hot showers, views of the city.Note that there isn't a rooftop bar, basically a limited selection of outrageously priced beer or bad wine during pool time hours only. Gym is very good. Room service excellent. 700baht pp for breakfast is outrageous. Location is ok- not much in the immediacy and 350/400 to get to the shopping areas, but 25 min walk to the pier.

Flot og velholdt hotel. Det har 5 stjerner, men Fitness faciliteterne er lidt små. Og baren ved poolen er lidt kedelig ift. Udvalg. Jeg havde to dårlige oplevelser med resturant personale. Første gang ventede vi over 35 minutter på snacks ved poolen. Vi måtte til sidst afbestille, og de virkede pænt ligeglade. Anden gang bliver vi booket til en bord i morgenmadsbufetten. Imens at vi henter mad, booker tjeneren vores bord til en anden, og vi ender med at stå i en vildt akavet situation med en ivrig gæst der ikke vil rykke sig fra det bord vi har fået tildelt . Igen virker personalet ligeglade, og kompenserer ikke for fejlen. Ved at fx. Give rabat eller lignende Lobby personalet er dog meget søde og hjælpsomme. Det er et fint hotel. Men få styr på jeres poolbar og tjenerne i restauranten hvis i vil kalde jer et 5 stjerner hotel, for deres serviceniveau lever ikke op til 5 stjerner

For vårt første besøk i Bangkok var vi svært fornøyde med valget av hotell. Vi ankom tidlig om morgenen, lenge før ordinær innsjekk, og fikk likevel mulighet til å sjekke inn mot et ekstra gebyr. Ettersom vi ikke hadde sovet på flyet, var dette noe vi satte stor pris på. Romservice holdt et høyt nivå, og servicen generelt var fremragende. Vi glemte igjen en eiendel på hotellet etter utsjekk, og personalet tok ansvar for å finne den og sørget for at den ble sendt videre til vårt neste hotell. Dette var en serviceopplevelse langt over det forventede. Beliggenheten opplevdes som svært god, med kort gangavstand til BTS-stasjon og andre fasiliteter vi ønsket å benytte oss av. Dette gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt i byen.

The experience at this hotel was amazing. It was impeccable, gorgeous, and service was top-notch. Every staff member we interacted with was awesome, our every request was tended to, and they even surprised me with a complimentary dessert and card on my birthday! The room service deserves a shout out because it was delicious! Overall felt very well taken care of, this hotel is undoubtedly a wonderful place to stay at.

Great hotel. It is a 5 star hotel and a reasonable price. Very professional, friendly and service mindef staff. In 10-15 minutes walking distance to Pier 3 on the river, 10 minutes ealking distance to sky train and you can also walk to Chinatown within 25 minutes. The location is good and not so turisted. Very nice, clean, quite spacious rooms. Fantastic roof pool and fitness room with great view over Bangkok. Very good breakfast buffet, with plenty asian and western food. Restaurants also very good and to very reasonable prices. One of the best hotels we have been to and we have travlled world wide.

Awesome hotel! Nothing missed when building or decorating this beauty. Great location right in the hustle and bustle. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downfall is the breakfast food buffet was cold every day, even if I was there when they opened. The only hot food was the made to order eggs. The rooftop pool was tranquil.

It was a nice stay, more quite area then Sukhumvit. Pretty close to Chinatown, and the river. Which makes for fast transit with river shuttles. A bit of a walk to skytrain, not bothersome tho. Liked the stay.

Excellent breakfast. Very modern spacious rooms. Wonderful staff. Restaurant on top floor nice with good food, but service a bit slow. No alcohol served on premises except beer that you pay for separately to a third party. Can’t charge to room. This is not highlighted anywhere.

Mixed feelings on this hotel. Aesthetically, looks like a brand new hotel so everything feels lux. Concierge team and house keeping team were great. Restaurant staff especially upstairs seem under trained. As guests of the hotel, a restaurant of any kind should be able to create vegetarian food or adapt what's on the menu to suit rather than be refused, turned away and be told to order room service. It took complaining to the manager downstairs to make required arrangements. I also think there needs to be a bar lounge of some form for guests in the evening to have a drink. Only option was a bottle in the upstairs restaurant which sometimes can be too much when you just want a single glass. Breakfast was extremely overcrowded and chaotic. Room seems too small for the number of guests. Pool views are lovely but it should be made adult only from. 7-8pm.

5 star breakfast (recommended and well worth the upgrade). The rooftop dinner restaurant was somewhat disappointing as i couldn’t find anything authentically thai on the limited menu. The pool bar (great view) stops serving at 8pm so that’s another downer but the room would’ve been $800 a night in any other city.

Breakfast was so so bad.. coffee terrible, no fresh juice, all hot food was cold .. and tasteless. My room was not cleaned good, also aircon very noisy and cold air hits the bed
