The area is pretty cool. However the hotel property and facility is a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The shower screen door cannot be closed properly and the staff has been work dilligently to clean the water. But we can only use the bath tub in the later days. Also gym has no bath nor saunna area, which is a bit pity.

The salt water pool and area by the pool is zen I would recommend this location especially if you are ok with walking 7-10 minutes to the BTS station - there is also a shuttle...

It is about 8-10 minutes to the BTS station, they offer compliment Tuk Tuk transfer. However, we can't have this service after check out as the Tuk Tuk has a fixed schedule to central world on some days. The free mini bar refers to credit point for redeeming drinks and snacks in vending machine. Our room has one credit point per night which may redeem one mini box of juice. The room is spacious and good for long stays with full kitchen equipments such as microwave, cooker and a family size refrigerator. The indoor swimming pool is a bit small, not perfect for swimming. If they would renovate it to a bigger one that suitable for swim, they will get an excellent rating.

A lovely hotel, in a great location. 5 mins walk from Ratchadamri and Chit Lom, but far enough away from all the noise, so we could relax on the balcony and enjoy the amazing cityscape of Bangkok. As with some of slightly older hotels in Bangkok, you compromise some of the styling for extra space, but it's hard to find fault when our room has all the facilities you'd find in a large apartment. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of choice and lovely friendly staff. We enjoyed room service a few times due to its convenience and found it to be really delicious and very competitively priced. One small criticism is that the pool doesn’t have non-slip tiles around it and when wet they are very slippery, which resulted in my son slipping over whilst walking to the pool and bruising their hip and side. If you're looking for hotel with friendly staff, in a good (yet quiet) location and generously sized rooms, then you'd be hard to beat this lovely hotel.

The hotel is in an area off the main tourist areas but conveniently located. You can walk to the Sky BTS or take the hotels Tuk Tuk to BTS. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was spacious with a kitchenette. The staff was very nice, attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of dishes as well as a cook to order omelet station. We stayed in Bangkok for a month and had a very enjoyable stay at the Centre Point Hotel.

The property is not a four star by any standard. It is very old and in serious need of renovation. It's dirty. There were marks on the wall (that looked like pee), sheets were dirty, sofa had stains, towels worn out and dirty, amenities nothing like you would expect at a four star! It was truly a disappointment. Waste of money and a good trip sadly. I would give this hotel a one star except for the friendly and helpful staff and the decent breakfast.

Fantastic staff, especially the breakfast crew and the omelette guy . Front desk was efficient in extending our stay and with local suggestions and recommendations. Room was super quiet and the hospitality workers were timely and thorough. I would stay here again for sure. Thanks to the whole staff.

Hotel staff was very professional, polite and accommodating. Rooms were large and spacious. But in the bathroom the shower drain did not work as when taking a shower the water level did not go down. There is a washing machine also in the room which was a plus. The downstairs breakfast buffet had a great variety menu everyday. My family really enjoyed the breakfast options.

The property is centrally located and easily accessible. There are a variety of shops including a supermarket and pharmacy close by. We appreciate the "free Tuk Tuk" shuttle service to/from the BTS station and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and the little kitchenette was useful. The toilet also comes with a bidet, which is great. The only comment we have is the shower curtains. You have to ensure it\'s drawn in a specific way so that water does not seep out. That can be a mission as a shower over the bathtub can be challenging with limited space. Other than that, we would happily rebook at this property for future visits.

部屋の広さは十分だったが、部屋は少し湿っぽく、シーツも湿っているように感じられた。ハンガーにかけた服も湿っぽくなったように感じられた。お湯が出ず、初日は冷水でシャワーを浴びることになった。フロントに依頼して、すぐに修理して頂いたのでその対応は良かった。朝食のコーヒーが、一台が粉から作っているマシーンで、粉っぽく美味しくなかった。もう一台は豆から抽出しているようで、美味しくいただけた。スタッフの方は笑顔で挨拶いただけたのでその点は気持ち良かった。

I did enjoy my stay at the Centre Point hotel Chidlom, they even gave us a little surprise because we mentioned that it was an anniversary trip. I did not give them 5 stars because there was 1 day that they did not make up the room, the taste of the food from the breakfast buffet could be improved and kettle in our room was not clean so we did not use it. Other than that the service from the staff was exceptional and shoutout to the staffs working outside the hotel for helping people across the street, opening the doors, carrying the bags, greeting everyone, flagging a cab and directing traffic. They were terrific 🙏 they need a raise
