1. Never answered a message on Expedia messaging app even though they sent me a message. 2. Elevator broken. Walked down 15 stairs. 3. Pool has broken tiles and broken wood just covered by a chairs. Obviously broken got a long period of time. Place is falling apart. 4. Reception is a disorganized mess. 5. Stairs we walked down were not finished. Dangerous. Like a construction site stairs.

Nice 5 star hotel in central Silom. The view from room was amazing, room 1203 but the rooms pretty old & outdated. Did not try the breakfast. Beautiful rooftop & restaurant at 37 floor. Amazing view from also rooftop. Highly recommend.

A very good hotel , located close to skytrain, food and bars. The hotel has a high standard and the staff has very high service skills. The pool: Normal standard hotell , to bad that the sun disappears behind the big house after 3 pm If they shoud have rooftop pool it hade made my day. Good food menu at the pool Breakfast: Very good breakfast Nice decor, lots of food for everyone. Try to avoid peaktime Scarlett restaurant rooftop A very good restaurant Cancel my other reservation i hade just to have food one moore time here. I normaly dont eat inhouse , allways go out for dinner. But this im glad that i tried. I dont have any thing minus to tell about hotel Pullman G Bangkok It was a very good choice for me I highly recomend this hotel if you are staying in the Silom area.

Halvparten mangler opplæring. Utsikten er fantastisk og frokosten i fellesarealet er veldig bra. Lobby og innsjekk var veldig bra. Den amerikanske bar/restauranten ved inngangen serverte muligens livets beste burger så langt. Spiste også meget bra måltid med nydelig utsikt i scarlet restauranten på nest øverste etasje. Dette var mitt 6. Pullman hotell og det er heldigvis første gangen jeg føler det ikke var helt topp. Prøvde King Power også, på samme romklasse og det var mye bedre .

The photos are a bit deceptive for this hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price. It's quite old and not as bright and spacious as the photos. The pool is tiny and has no view. Too crowded as all the facilities are generally small. Would be great if there was an outdoor rooftop view. The breakfast and the comfort of the bed were the highlights. But the breakfast room is quite crowded and small as well. Overall it's nice but overpriced for the quality.

Der var lidt rod med vores opgradering, først fik vi en mail med det var godkendt, så dagen før indtjekning var vores værelse med opgradering ikke ledigt så vi vidste ikke før vi ankom hvad vi ville få. Udover det oplevede vi store kakerlakker ved dame toilettet ved poolen. Det kan ske i de lande med tropisk klima. Personalet var søde, imødekomne og morgenmaden var god. Pænt værelse og rengøring var i orden.

O hotel fica longe das principais atrações de Bamgkok. O pior é que o quarto e banheiro, estavam cheios de baratinhas. Matei 3 e no banheiro ficava andando na banheira e nas paredes, os filhotes. Reclamei na recepção e falaram que iriam providenciar a limoeza. Quando cheguei depois de um passeio, tomando banho, tinha outra barata.

Its been a few years since i last stayed here, and time has taken its toll on this hotel, its starting to look tired and dated! The cleanliness was disappointing, from the chairs in the room to the hall carpets I stayed on the club floor and had acess to the club lounge, which at best could only be described as ok The pool area is , small , for the size of the hotel , and the water could do with changing, The wifi needs upgrading as does the tv signal, a lot of my channels did not work, As i was leaving my room to check out the biggest cockroach came out from the back of the tv to say bye! But my worst complaint is , its the first time ever, that in a hotel That I felt invisible, mainly in the club lounge, not the best service at all !!!!!

Cela fait plusieurs années que je viens dans ce Pullman et ce n'est plus du tout au niveau. L'accueil est déplorable. Le personnel ne comprend pas l'anglais. Chambre mal insonorisées, on' entend les voisins et la rue toute la nuit. Difficile pour dormir.La climatisation fait également un bruit d'enfer ! Le ménage est fait superficiellement, le premier jour passage d'une de mes lingettes désinfectantes au sol, et bien sûr elle est sortie sale. Le parquet des chambres est abîmé, les robinetterie de salle de bain sont usées. Que dire de la piscine petite pas propre, des serviettes tachées de javel ou déchirées, et des coussins pleins de tâches. Le seul point positif l'environnement. C'est la dernière fois que je mets les pieds dans cet hôtel.

Very good hotel right in Silom center. I used to have my habits there but I may change for this Pullman. Room are spacious and very nice views. White rooms… are really white 😅 and unfortunately you can notice any imperfections and stains. Nevertheless they are very comfy. Room service is a bit long but staff is really nice though. Recommended

This has been my go to hotel for the last many years. I like the rooms, the location and generally the staff are good. HOWEVER this time around the hotel charged me twice for the stay due to a simple error. The check in staff saw 2 bookings for the same person and said if I wanted 2 rooms. I said no, there's been an oversight because I booked through Wotif. He said he would fix this. The next day, AFTER they took my credit card details, they charged me $1000 for a room I never used. Saying I was a "no show". However the ONLY reason they could charge me again was because I provided my credit card at check in. After hours of complaints, calls, costs (eg calling from the next hotel charges a lot for the call) - they finally accepted they were in the wrong BUT it took them 2 months to refund my $1000. I will never stay there again and will never stay at any Pullman or Accor hotel ever again in my lifetime because of this appalling behavior.

Kommen schon viele Jahre hierher, aber es wird leider stetig etwas schlechter. Rezeption war dieses Mal total chaotisch, Reservierungen im Scarlett funktionierten nicht. Zimmerservice wurde „vergessen“ und das Equipment selber ist langsam echt runtergerockt… schade um unser Lieblingshotel in Bangkok.

I was expecting a lot from the Pullman brand. As I entered the lobby, was surprised because the Looby flooring was old and needed replacement. The check-in process was too slow. It took almost 30 minutes. Further more my room was not ready and I had to wait for one hour for the room.

Pullman G is a nice and centralized hotel. It is closed proximity to BTS, Silom Complex, nightlife, and near the ChaoPhraya river. The 37th floor has a nice restaurant (indoor outdoor panoramic view) called Scarlett—the wine list is extraordinary and very delicious food! Hotel room needs to be updated. The hotel itself has great restaurants and a hip vibe.

The Scarlet Restaurant was beyond exceptional! The truffle mac and cheese was in a category by itself when compared with any other mac and cheese we have ever tasted! Every dish was excellent, and the French onion soup was certainly in competition for the most delicious we ever had. All the staff were polite, friendly and kind. It is family friendly, but was quiet. We had great sleep. We will return at the first opportunity.
