Det scorer stadig højt på beliggenhed, på store værelser og rengøring, på sit meget store og velassorterede fitnessområde (inkl løbebaner og squash mv) og på sin meget store tagterrasse med pool. There were ants in room. Toilet, Table, Bed. Was already there the moment I arrived. The towels probably need replacement. The sink was slightly clogged. Had to unclog it. No bathrobe nor slippers. But to be fair, the staff were nice and polite and all smiles.

Right on top of the shopping mall MBK and walkable distance to Siam area. Alot of eateries nearby and services of the bell boys are excellent. Stayed in room 1717 but felt that the condition of the shower head can be improved. The shower head looks blackish with mould which makes me feel uneasy to wash up and luckily there is a rain shower hence we only use the rain shower for bathing.

Room was extremely clean and newly renovated. Location of the hotel was also extremely good with a direct connection to MBK center. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean, love the tap dispenser provided for drinking water. Electrical outlets also have USB and USB-C outlets with thoughtfully placed light switches. MBK center has a large variety of shops and restaurants at every price point. There’s also multiple malls and shopping areas with walking distance and a BTS train station connected to the mall. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bangkok!

Have stayed twice before and had a great experience, this time not so much. Dirty towels left in the bathroom from previous guest, no welcome drink let alone water available after a long journey, front desk staff quite rude. Housekeeping also very slow, room still wasn’t serviced at 3pm daily. Raised issues with the customer relations manager who said she would address. Given the good experiences of the past, I am prepared to try this hotel again and give this stay a once off reprieve.

We stayed 4 nights in the suite as we wanted the comfort. Almost every aspect of our stay was excellent, except for the fwlg 2 areas: 1) The bed was too soft and same as the pillow. Even after picking the pillows from the menu, they were still too soft. As for the bed, it was very uncomfortably soft and because of that we did not have proper sleep for the 4 nights. 2) We had been staying in Pathumwan Princess every year for more than 10 years. Never put forth any request except for this last trip because for the first time our flight was at 6.00pm. We requested for a late check out at 3.00pm but was turned down by the front office manager despite appealing. Very sad as the manager was very inflexible.

Stayed in Jnr Suite - the room was large and had all the amenities you could ask for. The full size fridge was a bonus. Access to the club lounge was a highlight, the staff were amazing and the service 100%. The club was located in temporary premises near the pool for a few months - it lacked a luxury feel, but the staff service more than made up for the absence of decor. Breakfast buffet on the ground floor is among the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. Easy access to MBK Centre (7 floors of restaurants and shops) and the National Stadium BTS is great.

Spent 4 nights here. The check-in was very smooth and the room was large, clean and comfortable. Had a good southern view from the 17th floor, which meant that you would not get direct sun in the morning or evening. Shower room had a ledge to sit on, so great for the elderly. The water pressure for the rain shower was a little weak, but the shower head was good. The aircon is powerful and was really useful for the hot Bangkok weather. The best part of the hotel was the direct connection to MBK, which was also directly connected to the rest of the other malls like Siam Discovery, Siam Center and Siam Paragon via the Skywalk. Easy access to the BTS too via the Skywalk - took it to go to Chatuchak Market but had to navigate through the malls to Siam Center to get to the Siam Station. This was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. The hotel also looks new with possibly a recent refurbishment. Their gym is really huge along with other sporting activities such as badminton, squash, pool and tennis, with even a 500m running track. Their resident spa - Bangkok Spa - was also offering a 1-for-1 for guest only in the mornings (before 12 noon) and 15% off otherwise for hotel guests. Had their Thai Massage (no oil) and was pretty strong and good. My only complaint would be that as my room was near the lift lobby, I was expecting noise from rowdy guests coming and going, but the noise actually came from the hotel staff who were gathering for meetings nearby in the staff lobby.

If you want to be in the middle where everything is right at your doorstep then this is the best place to stay. The hotel is literally on top of the MBK Shopping Centre. It was the best! Wouldn’t ever stay anywhere else. Everything is walking distance and literally you just need to take a lift downstairs and you’re there.

I have stayed at several 5 star hotels in Bangkok and the Pathumwan Princess Hotel is by far the best value for money. It is well situated for travel, close to the BTS and only a few stops from the MRT. It is linked to the MBK centre for some great shopping and restaurants. The room is a good size and very clean. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, gym and Jacuzzi. The breakfast is great and also provides an excellent evening buffet at the weekend. This was my third trip to the hotel and I will definitely be back.

We booked a suite for our family and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, newly renovated, and the king-size bed was huge and super comfy — we loved it! Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — the first floor connects to an older mall and it’s just a short walk to Siam Paragon and other big shopping centers. Some areas could be improved: the gym is quite outdated, the breakfast buffet didn’t have many options (we’ve had better at cheaper hotels), and the elevators were a bit slow. Overall, a great stay with a comfy room and amazing location!
