Fantastic location, great room and pool, but even more impressive was the quality of the service from staff, very attentive without being in your face. Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments. Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. One of the best multi cuisine I’ve had in 45 years of travel. All a credit to Hyatt Erawan Bangkok management.

Grand Hyatt var et av de beste og mest behagelige hotellene vi bodde på under vårt 4 uker lange opphold i Thailand. Hotellets fasiliteter med basseng, spa og fantastisk treningssenter ga oppholdet det lille ekstra. Frokosten var også den beste vi hadde under hele oppholdet, og beliggenheten veldig bra både for shopping, restauranter og barer.

We had recently booked a short getaway to Thailand and decided to make our stay worthwhile by investing in a 5 star retreat that would have elevated the experience a bit more . Having seen some reviews and done some research on the place, we were very expectant of an enriching experience. We thought it would have been a good idea to book a few sessions with a tennis coach to give us some guidance with our amateur game, considering the fact that the hotel has a court . We arranged and coordinated with the coach on our own and even wrote into the hotel to book the court in advance. We felt that it would be best to secure the slots . As this was being communicated with the hotel on line , my coach has warned us that the charge for the court was going to be 500 Bhatt additional for each player after the complimentary hour allocated to guests staying in the hotel. We were rather taken aback with this new found information and wanted to ascertain that after our 1 hour session at the court , and an prolonged sessions then after would have cost us 1500 Bhatt for a total of 3 players being present . I refused to take my coach’s word for it and even clarified with the hotel in my emails . The emails were however incredibly vague and failed to answer my query if it would have cost us additional fees for the use of the court and the calculation was per person present on the court . This was really an unconventional and unnecessary expense that we did not want to incur and had rearranged

로비 쇼파는 얼룩이 있고 대리석기둥은 깨진채로 방치 식탁 상판도 마찬가지 객실의 화장실만 빼고는 모두 낡음 침대 머리 닿는 부분은 천으로 되어 있는데 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났음 물병도 유리병인데 재활용으로 깨끗하게 세척이 안되어 있음 호텔 조식도 오믈렛 에그베네딕트 먹었는데 보기도 맛도 너무 별로였음 쌀국수도 별로이고 수영장은 5층임에도 개미들이 많고 위자 나무도 삵아서 개미들이 올라타고 다니고 앉아있는데도 벌레가 몸까지 올라와서 결국엔 서 있었음. 하얏트라고 해서 낡아도 관찮겠지 했는데 전반적으로 청소 상태나 시설 상태 조식 모두 별로여서 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 호텔임 이 호텔을 추천하는 사람은 정말 이해가 안됨. 가족단위여행객에 좋은 호텔이라고 해서 예약했는데 정말 돈이 아까운 호텔임

The bathroom and lighting should be upgraded or renovated, the lightings are too dim , the shower kept dripping water. The cleansing needs improvement. Several times we found the tea cups with tea marks after cleaning. Other than that services are excellent. Your staff are very friendly & helpful. Foods in generally good, price are reasonable.

My daughter really appreciated the welcome gift (a teddy bear) on arrival. Staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in the shopping area (near all the big shopping malls) which my wife and daughter enjoyed. If there is one that may improve the experience would be cleaner windows. I do understand the air quality in recent months have been bad and the windows are dirty because of it. But we had paid extra for the view which was less than ideal. Nonetheless, we would definitely return to Grand Hyatt on our next trip to Bangkok.

Beautiful comfortable well appointed room was an oasis in a vibrant city. Club floor included light meal and drinks at 5:30 followed by an amazing breakfast buffet in the morning. My only complaint: no hot water in the early morning when I had a plane to catch. The staff responded quickly and saw that the temperature was too low (he brought a digital thermometer). The system slowly rebounded to enable a shower using only the hot tap to produce a slightly warm shower. No idea what cause it but it didnt spoil my stay. Here is where the staff helped beyond any reasonable expectation. My airline wouldn’t allow me to pay for my baggage on their website. I had very little time to do so without incurring a several hundred dollar surcharge. When I called, they wouldn’t accept a credit card issued in the Inited States. To pay in cash when I got to the airport would invite a tenfold increase in the cost. The amazing front desk employee came to my rescue.

I have big problem in my room, air condition all the time too much cold. I talk with him in the morning and they didn’t do anything. When I want to sleep must be close the AC and when I close the AC I have problem I hear all the sound Noisy from outside hotel. I think my mistake I chose this hotel

Service excellence was shown throughout our stay. When passing any staff member, we were always greeted. Always asked by staff if assistance was needed. Location accessible to both train routes, the R walk (covered path above the street) connected the hotel to many of the major malls near the hotel. Highly recommend a stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok!!!

Room wasn’t ready until almost 5pm so was a little upset. But they gave me a complimentary 1 hour massage for 2 people, which I have to say was excellent. Breakfast is a little chaotic and a food order went missing, but otherwise the quality and variety is great. My friend used the gym & jacuzzi, which he said were brilliant. Corner room was nice, but not very spacious as almost half the space is taken by the bathroom.

Ok. I did quite a research on decent hotels around Siam/ChitLom area and this hotel hits many spots. Easy access to all the malls connected through elevated walkway, spacious and well decorated rooms, great lobby with many F/B options. If i have to pick one downside is that the pool is a bit noisy, as it faces the BTS rail tracks, but who sits around the pool when there are so many great malls all in walkkng distance? Also check out LangSuan area also in walking distance.

Conveniently located in central Bangkok close to Chit Lom BTS. near major shopping complexes like Central World, Gaysorn village, Siam Paragon and the Big C. Close to many eateries at all price levels. Very good spa and we also tried their restaurant, Gaston and enjoyed it. We would definitely come back again!

Awesome property! Location in Siam super central and connected via sky bridge n train so u never have to step on the roads. Breakfast great spread plus special breakfast menutoo. Rooms spacious and full of amenities! The pillows too good, If u listening HYATT please tell me where can I get my hands of those. BONUS- they had water body's running throughout the hotel where our 3 yr old would just spent time playing with fishes, chasing and feeding them.

The buffet was expensive, I believe 1000 baht per person, but excellent. I have stayed 5 different 4-5 star hotels in BKK, all with a buffet, but food was cold because no heating of serving tray was used. I eat no asian food so many had little if any choices for American like dishes. That was not the case here.

Room wasn’t ready until almost 5pm so was a little upset. But they gave me a complimentary 1 hour massage for 2 people, which I have to say was excellent. Breakfast is a little chaotic and a food order went missing, but otherwise the quality and variety is great. My friend used the gym & jacuzzi, which he said were brilliant. Personalen är toppklass! Varje frukost var en upplevelse där man kände sig verkligen uppvaktad, inte bara i frukosten utan i alla miljöer på hotellet :). Ett mycket trevligt hotell, bra läge, trevliga faciliteter med härlig pool, gym med avkopplande omklädningsrum. Kopplad till en liten minigalleria som tråkigt nog flesta butiker var stängda under dessa covidtider. Enda kritik jag har är att rummen känns utdaterade. Det behövs en rejäl ansiktslyftning. Sedan var jag lite besviken över att Club lounge inte hade tilltugg hela tiden under öppna timmar utan bara dryck.

Outstanding service from all staff, especially Ann and Ben at breakfast. Hotel staff are helpful, happy and pleasant and make your stay a joy. Comfortable room, spotlessly clean, excellent range of food to suit all tastes for breakfast. Central location, surrounded by great shopping options with skytrain stop close by.
