Spacious, light-filled apartment right in the Loop. Easy walk from Union Station. Good public transit access from both airports. Building concierges were friendly and helpful. Chicago is not a quiet city, but ear plugs and white noise machines in the apartment were effective. Great location for walking to many attractions. Chicago's a beautiful city.

Upon arriving the lobby was very dirty and old. We went up to our room and could not get it. The lady at the front desk allowed us to keep our suitcases in the dirty empty elevator shaft which was very nice of her. The lobby on our floor smelled like cat pee. We could not get the door to work because it was so old so we thought it was locked until check out time. We wold have been able to get in earlier if someone had told us how to work the door. Our bathrooms were very dirty with hair in the shower.

5 of us stayed here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Communication was great before and during our stay. Check in was easy peasy. The apartment itself couldn’t have been better for us. This place is exactly as listed! Great location, great views, more than roomy for all of us! Everything you need is close! Really close if you’re going to something at the United Center - less than 10 min drive there! Parking garages are nearby and street parking is available right across from the building if you prefer that. Clean, cute and private and we will definitely book this again when we come back to Chicago!
