If all you’re looking for is a good location and you don’t expect assistance, guidance, or quality service, then this might be the hotel for you. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The service was disappointing, and the lack of attention and support made the stay far from what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Great central location right on the river, easy walk to Navy Pier and Millennium Park Room was very spacious and clean (suite) and had all the amenities you’d need The hotel had a great little coffee shop for your morning coffee and snacks Two nice bars to have a night cap in It is a large hotel with a lot of bustle if you’re ok with that Great stay for us

Again there were a variety of add on fees that were not mentioned in the booking. I would like for all the fees to be up front when I am selecting a location to stay so I am comparing apples to apples. This add on of fees when I arrive is not what I consider to be up front and honest about the pricing.
