Par contre pas d'ascenceur donc vraiment difficile,lorsqu'on accompagne une personne a mobilité réduite. Pros: Absolutely excellent service from all staff members, at the reception and restaurant and the cleaning staff. They were all exceptionally courteous, pleasant and professional. The hotel premises are beautiful. Really nice hotel, with a luxurious and calming feel. The room was very quiet and bed comfortable. Cons: I was however disappointed at the fact that the spa/jacuzzi outside was out of service (not even water in it so clearly a bigger problem) and that this was not communicated to me prior to my arrival or on their website. They also forgot to put a bathrobe in my room as promised with the room description. Reception said they would send me one to the room, but it never came. I was therefore stuck walking around the hotel in my towel after using the pool and unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the lounge chairs due to colder weather and having only a wet towel. Despite the little disappointments, I would still definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a little piece of haven for their stay.

Not a great stay. Check in was supposed to be 4pm, we only were able to get into the room at 5:30. Bed was missing a bed sheet, there were also no robes in the room. The hot tub was broken and without water however no mention of this on the website or when we call to confirm about the pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly and nice, Americspa staff were also excellent however I was overall disappointed with our stay

The property was excellent, the staff was great and extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be the lack of changes on the towels next to the pool and the fact that the jacuzzi outside stopped working at some point during the stay. I did let the staff know about the issue with the jacuzzi and the lack of clean towels outside. I would still refer the hotel and would come back.

Nous avions des attentes car nous avions vu des publicités sur cet endroit supposément 5 étoiles. L’endroit extérieur à l’arrivée est très beau et lorsque nous entrons à la réception il semble y avoir un beau cachet. Les chambres sont garanties pour être prêtes à 16h pour l’arrivée et en effet, elle ne sera pas prête avant. Par contre, nous avons pu profiter des installations offertes. La piscine est plus petite que sur les photos. Il n’y avait plus de serviettes disponibles tout le long de la baignade. L’endroit a du potentiel et quand même beau. Si vous prévoyez y aller avec une poussette, il y a des accès mais il faut faire des détours. Le service du restaurant au bord de la piscine était très long. Quand nous avons eu accès à notre chambre, nous avons trouvé des cheveux sur le mur de la salle de bain. La toilette «\xa0flushait\xa0» mal et le robinet du bain coulait. La robinetterie est désuète. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’une petite cure de rajeunissement. Le restaurant principal de l’hôtel le service a été extrêmement long. Les plats principaux sont arrivés froids et ça ne valait pas les prix. La salle de jeux avec bonbons et le coin popcorn étaient biens et c’est un bon concept qui mériterait d’être mis plus en valeur. Bref, malheureusement je ne sais pas si c’est parce que nous sommes tombés sur une mauvaise journée mais clairement il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et nous avons été très déçus.

The pool and gardens were lovely. The property itself is old and dated. Do not feel there should have been a charge for parking due to hotel location. The bathroom floor had 3 bobby pins and elastic on the floor from previous guests as well as hair in the bathtub. The pad of paper on the desk had children’s drawings from previous guests. Poor sound insulation, you can hear neighbours talking and creeks of the floor. Breakfast was average, avocados were black. Would most likely not stay again.

La pièces était négligé. J'ai demandé de changer de chambre, on n'a pas voulu. La chambre était vieille, c'était du tapis et il était beige en mal propre. J'ai du faire changer les drap, il y avait du sang séché, sur le côté du lit ou excrément. Vraiment dégelasse. Pas douche dans la chambre, c'était une vieille baignoire, sur pied, pas moyen de prendre une douche debout. C'était un rideau rond autour de la baignoire, il y avait des poils. Vraiment répugnant, je ne me suis pas laver dans ce bain. L'hôtel bonne Entente, selon moi était haute gamme, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds la. Ca coûter cher pour une chambre vieux , mal propre. Je peux coucher au Time et ailleurs pour moins cher et c'est vraiment de beaux séjour. En plus je crois que je couchais en haut de la buanderie, ca fessait du bruit toute la nuit. Du bruit dans les corridor, très peu dormi.

Absolutely stunning grounds and kind staff. The room itself was quite nice, though we had multiple issues with cleanliness (such as garbage had old coffee cup upon arrival, towels had brown marks) that were mentioned and dealt with. We did find blood stains on the air conditioner, and a stain on our sheets (it was blueish). We were told the room would have a big cleanup before we came back. Once back, it was clear that the blood stains had been painted over or something, but what was disappointing was that the sheets were not changed. The stain was slightly lighter, meaning they tried to scrub it out and decided it was good enough. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING: The parking is paid. We were not made aware, I only saw after on Expedia that it said parking was optional. We were not given an option, they gave us our ticket in and out, and once we checked out I was told I owed 46$ for two nights of parking. This was not mentioned either when checking in.

Les options à l’hôtel sont exceptionnelles, c’est à dire la piscine , le spa extérieur, les jardins et lieux - WoW. Les 2 centres de conditionnements sont bien et le sauna est super !!! Les chambres sont correcte, mais ont besoin d’un peu d’amour. CEPENDANT, au niveau du confort des lits c’est horrible … les matelas me semblent complètement désuets en super inconfortables. Nous étions 6 familles avec différentes chambres et aucune des familles ont appréciées les matelas. Le matin tous et toutes avaient des points dans le dos. Tellement triste qu’un si bel emplacement n’a pas investit dans le confort de ses chambres.

States that this is a 5 star property. It presents itself very well but the rooms are dated and need some TLC. When is the last time you had a rubber tub stopper with a chain attached? Hot tap water was extremely hot immediately. Woodwork is showing wear. There is an air diffuser in the hallway that is pumping a cheap perfumey scent, a little hard on the nose. The hot tub was great, there is cold ice water and fresh apples in the foyer to grab in the morning. We did not eat in the restaurant. A bit far from Old town Quebec where we spent most of our time. Overall it was good but a 5 star....I would say thats an exaggeration.

Cela faisait plusieurs années que je n'étais pas revenu, au Château Bonne Entente et j’espérais retrouver l’atmosphère que j’avais apprécié. Malheureusement, l’établissement n’a pas vraiment évolué. Pas de connexion Internet dans la chambre malgré trois demandes. Le restaurant propose un menu assez basic, et le service a pris 1h40 au souper. J’aimerais vraiment que cet endroit retrouve son niveau d’excellence, mais pour l’instant, c’est une grande déception.

The stylized or frosted glass window next to the toilet separating the room and bathroom is not at all flattering to the individual using the facilities. The shower is wonderful. Unfortunate end to a wonderful stay. We had a mixup with our beverage credit (which we didn’t receive) and the woman at the front desk this morning was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Until that point we had enjoyed 2 fabulous stays with wonderful meals at the restaurant with fantastic service. Not getting the credit was unfortunate but a simple apology would have gone a long way.

This is our 2nd visit at BE, it’s been about 9 years since our last visit and we remembered how comfortable the mattresses were, we enjoyed both stays and had a great nights sleep. There are 3 restaurants on site, not all open at the same time, but the food is delicious and the beautiful courtyard and pool area feel like a little tropical oasis in the middle of the suburbs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again.

This is an exquisite hotel abounding with old world charm and a relaxed resort style layout. You feel as if you have stepped into an earlier period in French history. The outside amenities are truly impressive. They have a beautiful waterfall with lovely gardens surrounding the property. There is a fabulous pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. The rooms are very modern with an old fashioned twist. The restaurant and bar offer great food with a nice ambiance. I was there a few years ago. It changed so much. Dining room: when we got there, we had no reservation. The receptionist had not tell us. The hostess had us wait for 5 minutes. There was many tables available. At 9:15, the buffet was almost empty, one plate left. Ask for a glass of water (still waiting). Menu was poor. Presentation of plates under zero for a hotel of this caliber. We won’t go back.

This place was almost too nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would probably not go back. It was very fancy. We did not notice until we were close to leaving that the bedding and pillows were down...which we are both allergic to. The restaurant and bar were very small. You need to make a reservation.

Ça déjà été un bel hôtel, comme mentionné manque d’amour et les tapis sont très sales. On laisse passer les chiens (gros husky) en face du buffet. Pour le déjeuner je vous conseille d’aller manger ailleurs. 23$ pour un oeuf bénédictine sans rien d’autres,pas de petites pommes de terres et muffins anglais sec. Crêpes avec fruits 2 bleuets et une demi fraise . Un oeuf avec une saucisse et pommes de terres rissolées 21$
