Very clean hotel with excellent staff. Room was very nice with an excellent bathroom. My room was on one of 2 floors without an elevator or ramp of any kind, which made carrying some very heavy luggage to the room difficult. Complimentary breakfast was very poor Overall would stay again. Particularly if I had less cumbersome luggage

Construction in the area made getting around a bit difficult. Could not walk around. Otherwise this is a wonderful hotel and a great stay.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The check in process was smooth and the gentleman was lovely, as was the gentleman who did our check out. However, a few concerns with the room, greasy slippery floor in the room, bathroom door would not close as it was broken, towels were not restocked after the first day/night. It was indicated on a pamphlet in the room that after the first night they would be. We proceeded to call the front desk to ask for some clean towels and she argued saying we must have left the do not disturb on the door, meaning they would not come in and refresh anything. We did not leave this sign on the door as the same pamphlet indicated that if you leave it on after 12 nothing will be restocked so we ensured we did not. We went to the front desk after she refused on the phone and she continued to argue about the door sign and then proceeded to tell us there were no more towels in the hotel. The hotel was also very loud and rooms are not soundproof nor does there seem to be concrete in between the floors as it sounded like there was a wrestling match going on above us for hours each evening. The breakfast that was included was cold and stale. For these reasons, I would not recommend staying at this hotel and we will certainly not be back.

Overall we had a great stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were very helpful and respectful, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection. The only downsides were the ongoing construction around the hotel in the city, and the pool area which was a bit small and stuffy without proper air circulation. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we would definitely recommend it.

Nice Hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the crazy setup. You have to go up stairs and down stairs and there was a bump in the hallway that we both kept almost tripping over. Not sure what the architect was drinking when he drew up the plans. Breakfast is ok and the room is fantastic. Front desk staff was excellent and gave us a lot of valuable information including where we could get bus and park for free making it easy to visit old QC.
