I like the indoor parking, nice restaurants close by. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that was annoying was the elevators. Very small only 3 to 4 people can fit in. It's a super busy hotel and couldn't get an elevator to our room for 10 mins every single time... extremely frustrating.

La chambre était très bruyante. La salle de sport n'était pas très fournie. La piscine était trop petite pour le nombre de personnes. Toute la nuit, il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans un escalier qui tapait beaucoup, le chauffage qui s'enclanchait avec un grand bruit toutes les 5 minutes... Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y avait pas de quoi faire la vaisselle avec le liquide vaisselle fourni.

Staff is very friendly, room are nice and clean! Loved our stay but parking is not great. Very tight and hard to manoeuvre. Everything else was great and very nice atmosphere.

It’s just ok. The rooms are pretty small. The room a/c was really loud which made for a difficult sleep. Washrooms need to be updated. Not sure why it has a rating of 8/10 on Expedia. It really is just a basic hotel.

The curtain did not do much to farken the room. Thete was a big gap that allowed the light in. An in the frame roll down blind would do a better job. Otherwise the room was ver clean, the beds were confortable the temperature inthevroom was confortable.

Overall pretty good but rooms were very hot in the winter. We asked to turn on the AC but they had them disabled and opening the windows was not cooling the room enough. Also charging for a baby crib is quite disappointing since most hotels do this complimentary.

Staff are very friendly and made checking in and out simple. We drove here from Ontario and parking was good as there are multiple levels in the parking garage. The room was very clean and spacious. Our only “complaint” is the elevators as they took very long but it did not affect our opinion on this hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for all kinds of travellers from solo travellers to families. 😊

Evening/night manager should find a new line of work. First room had a broken sink (and the bathroom was not even close to the pictures). Second room they claimed was an "upgrade" despite having a smaller bed. Went to speak with the manager and she was terrible. Couldnt care less about me having to move all around the hotel. She essentially was telling that they did me a favour and to make the pull-out bed myself if I didnt want to sleep on their raggidy couch. Finally, after giving an earfull of attitude, she moved me to a room that actually matched what I booked in the first place! My family didnt get much rest as a result of the fiasco and the manager was definitely the worst part. She was at points yelling at me because the inconvenience of a paying customer coming to speak with her. Insane!

Location was excellent, just next to Place Laurier, Place Ste-Foy and other stores. Easy parking under the hotel, P2 and P3, accessible to room floors directly from the elevator. Nice to have balcony, but we can see the balcony of next room. Room was clean and beds were confortables. Washroom was clean, a little small, but not ok. No indication for ice machines, we had to go back ask front desk. The ice machine on 1st floor did'nt worked, but the others are on 6th and 12th floors. We didn't stay long, but the pool and gym seem nice. We would go back again.

Breakfast at Cosmos was blah but the other meals we had there was delicious. We didn't have hot water -- but we were on the 11th floor and were told it took some time to warm up. Very easy to get to Old Quebec area. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, only $4 each way on the bus. Best way to get there without having to drive / worry about parking. Great location as the mall is right across the street.

It's unfortunate that the hotel is located in an area where there is a lot of construction. While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and Shogun Sushi at the hotel was a great dinner option we totally enjoyed, the construction in the area as well as a lack of a convenience store and limited walkability made it less than pleasant outside the hotel.

Very easy to get to Old Quebec area. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, only $4 each way on the bus. Best way to get there without having to drive / worry about parking. Great location as the mall is right across the street.

Rooms modern and clean with expected luxuries. Parked in underground garage and cars parked behind me in the driving lanes ment it took me 20+ minutes to squeeze out when leaving. The restaurant Cosmos attached to the hotel was excellent good food good service and reasonable pprices.

Hotel room was equipped with microwave, a small sink (apart from the bathroom), iron/ iron board and had a balcony which is not very common in every hotel. Overall good experience. For the amount paid for 1 night, the check in-check out time seems very short. To be noted - Hotel does not have breakfast available as opposed to what is claimed on their website. There is a nearby gas station and Cosmos restaurant to order something. My suggestion to the hotel staff was to update their website by stating (No breakfast).
