Overall ok for the price. I was looking for a dog friendly hotel so i cannot be too picky either. It was weird that the bathroom didn’t have ceramic but wooden floor instead. The look of the room is oldish, stucco seeling. Also i was the first room a the extreme corridore so people coming and going from the outside door what making noise (not the guests per say but the heart closing door itself. I did not have time to go to the breakfast but i know it was included so thats a good thing!

Chambre 205 Nous avons aimé la proximité aux Galeries de la Capitale et des parcs de L'escarpement (Parc Bleu pour nos jeunes enfants 6 ans et moins). La chambre suite 2 chambre avec table 4 chaises était de taille parfaite pour une famille de 4 avec jeunes enfants. Pas de presence de punaises de lit suite a inspection des tissus/lits en arrivant. Déjeuner compris café et muffins sont bons, wifi accès facile et ascenseur = toujours pratique. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre en avance à 15h au lieu de 16h30 qui nous a bien accommodé. Service acceptable/correct. Par contre: commodités fournies grand format vides à notre arrivée (shampoing et lotion) Moisissures presentes au plafond de la salle de bain car ventilation sans doute désuète. Bouchon de bain ne se fermant pas au complet donc difficile de prendre un bain de facon adéquate. Au réveil, à l'ouverture des rideaux, nous avons découvert énormément de condensation aux fenêtres. Il y avait même une flaque sur le rebord de la fenetre que nous avons épongé. Presence de moisissures entre fenêtre et rebord à cause de cela.

Malheureusement, le séjour n’était pas du tout à la hauteur de nos attentes. De façon générale, l’hôtel n’est pas très propre et semble mal entretenue. Nous avons eu des doutes à savoir si nos draps ont été bien changé avant notre arrivée. Nous n’avons pas eu de services de ménage non plus durant notre séjour. Le wifi n’était pas fonctionnel ni pour du travail, ni pour le loisir. Pour le prix payé, c’est assez décevant. Par contre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’espace vaste de la chambre avec le petit coin comptoir qui est très pratique. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également très positif. Facile d’accès et à proximité de tous les services nécessaires. Le déjeuner gratuit est aussi un plus à notre expérience. En bref, je peux quand même conseiller l’hôtel si vos attentes de propreté sont moins élevées mais ne vous attendez pas à économiser! J’espère que mes commentaires aideront l’hôtel à s’améliorer car il a un beau potentiel! Merci!

Exactly what I expected based on other reviews. Somewhat updated, but left out parts such as the drop ceiling that was peeling and a bit gnarly looking. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Could have been a bit cleaner, such as in bathroom corners and top of shower showing signs of mold starting. A/C was loud when it came on. Walls are thin so you hear everyone around you, including the guy peeing upstairs! GREAT water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was sufficient- waffle machine, toast and muffins, egg round patty, fridge with yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereals, coffee, tea and juice - and was promptly restocked by the staff. Convenient location for highway access and we appreciated the separate room. I’d stay again when not spending much time in the room.

Le matelas et les oreillers étaient inconfortables. On entendait très bien le son dans le couloir, alors chaque fois que quelqu'un fermait la porte de leur chambre. De plus, j'entendais le cadran de la chambre à proximité de la mienne. Le même cadran a sonné à 5 reprises (4 sonneries à chaque fois), ce qui nous a réveillés à 5h le matin. Finalement, l'air climatisé était très bruyant. Il partait à des moments aléatoires, ce qui nous a aussi réveillés très tôt. Bref, mal dormi et on s'est fait réveillés très tôt à cause des murs qui ne bloquaient pas le son.....

Good location. There's a grocery store besides and a big shopping mall close by. The room is huge and the dinning table makes my family very comfortable when eating in the room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Only thing I don't like is the dining space for breakfast. Maybe it was the busy holiday season, there's no enough table and long line for taking food.

The staffs are nice. I love the design of the room. If you like to have a bit privacy and still be close with your family, this is perfect for you. There is a door separate two beds, it's like a mini apartment. You have your own room and there is also a bed in the living room for kids.

The suite was great for a family of 4 but the confort is not there. On the sofa bed, i had to add 2 more comforters for my 10 year old to be able to sleep on it, because it was soooo uncomfortable. But the suite is fun, its big, amd i really like the dinning table. I would recommmed, but please do something about those beds.

The worst ever stay of my life so far. There is not enough staff for assistance. Zero room service, literally ZERO. I asked for a change of room since I didn’t like the washroom cleanliness, but they were of zero help. No floor mats in the washroom. No room slippers. No kitchen in the hotel, breakfast is closed at 9:30, it sucks. Overall terrible stay.

Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and very reasonably priced. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a very good basic continental style breakfast. The hotel was ideally located between the airport and the cruise terminal. Even though some staff spoke mainly French, they tried their very best to answer our questions. The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting a taxi for us. I would recommend this to those who want an economical hotel that is not too far from the airport and cruise terminal.

We spent 2 night at the Quality Suites. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was standard; the coffee was hot. We were walkable to a large mall and there was a restaurant across the street. Relatively easy to get to off the freeway.

Bonjour, j’ai beaucoup aimé la suite. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés le 24 il y avait deux baluchons d’oreillers qui traînaient à côté de notre porte et à notre départ le 26 ils étaient toujours là, j’ai trouvé ça un peu ordinaire mais en général nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet hôtel. Aussi, j’ai trouvé que les options de déjeuner étaient un peu limités.

Very convenient separate bedroom as my boyfriend and I were traveling with a family member and our dog. Breakfast is fine, not the best quality but waffles are good and lots of options. They should offer breakfast until 10am instead of 9am. I feel like everyone rushes there at 8h30 and its a bit chaotic.

Le lit était vraiment très confortable. J’aime quand il fait bien noir dans la chambre pour dormir et c’était possible avec les rideaux. J’ai été très agréablement surprise par le déjeuner. Beaucoup de choix, du lait de soya disponible et même du pain sans gluten à la demande.

Stayed 10 days. Breakfast was included but was overcrowded and only one person to serve large attendance. Even had to go to Tim Horton's for breakfast a couple of times. Also facility shows its age. On the positive excellent location.
