Love the theme of the hotel centered around Wrigley field, the size of the room was outstanding and the availability of secure parking. Excellent bedding and comfortable bed, and very clean overall. The location to the lake, restaurants and shopping was good.

majestic Hotel was a great place to stay in Chicago. We were there for a Cubs game and it's within walking distance to the stadium, great places to eat and sights to see in the city! The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Really great location. Just across the street from Lincoln Park and the lake. Short walking distance to a multitude of restaurants nightclubs bars and such. Beautiful neighborhood, our hotel room was spacious clean and well appointed. Came with a complementary membership to a gym just several blocks away that I used every day. The gym is an extremely nice facility with a swimming pool and I considered it a great additional value to the hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

You cannot use the parking they advertise if you have what is considered an "oversized" vehicle...which in downtown Chicago basically means anything taller than a car. I booked this motel when moving our daugher to Chicago nearby in part since parking was advertised with the room. They would not take our vehicle and finally after driving around and trying the blasted Park Hero app to find a spot (terrible luck with this "service"), we went back to the hotel to ask for our money back so we could get a motel further out. A different person at the desk gave us directions to the Best Western nearby to park for a fee -it can handle taller and oversized vehicles - so we stayed. It was a nice place to stay for the night but this whole parking fiasco was quite a stressful thing to deal with. Information was conflicting on the website about parking...and parking overnight in Chicago is NOT easy to find around here.
