Swim up room was nice. Pool could do with a clean. The room itself was lovely. Shower wasnt great, temperature and pressure. We had a maintenence issue which was resolved quickly. The hotel food was nice, but the breakfast across the road wasnt great. We'd only go back for the premium room.

Nice ocean view from the room and the service is also good. We stayed there for several nights and the location is also good. But remember that it takes approx. 10-15 min on a scooter to centrum/walking street. It also takes around 10 min to fisherman village. Only bad thing to mention about the hotel was that they didn’t clean the pool everyday. We were there for more than 7 nights and the pool was full of sand in the corners.

I stayed here a week in the oceanfront villa. The room, private pool, and beach access were great. There are lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Scooter rentals, barber, and 7/11 all right around which was nice. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The beach was much calmer (wave wise) then Chaweng, which made it perfect for renting e foils (electric surfboard). I also took the 42 island tour which left from the nearby pier (3 min walk).

Vi hade tyvärr en ganska taskig vistelse på detta hotell. Väggarna var så pass tunna att vi lika gärna kunde ha delat rum med grannarna. Och när två av tre nätter i rummet bredvid valde att härja fram till klockan 04.00 på morgonen blev det inte många timmars sömn. Vi kontaktade receptionen och bad dem hantera situationen, men det enda som gjordes var ett telefonsamtal till rummet (vilket vi hörde), men sällskapet valde att inte svara (såklart) och några vidare försök för åtgärder gjordes inte. Städningen var medelmåttig och kändes slarvig. Toaletten hade dessutom en tendens att bli lätt stoppad, vilket inte direkt höjde helhetsintrycket. Frukosten var en besvikelse – få alternativ, dåligt påfyllt och en personal som knappt hälsade. Sammanfattningsvis levde hotellet inte upp till våra förväntningar, och vi kommer tyvärr inte att återvända.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Bildern wirkt es schön. In der Realität ist das Zimmer schmutzig (Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren dreckig) und staubig. Würde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und auch nur für eine Nacht empfehlen- wenn überhaupt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich esse morgens Müsli/granola mit Joghurt. Müsli und Joghurt waren vorhanden, wenn auch beides gezuckert. Schön war die Auswahl an Eierspeisen und der Ausblick.

We had a delightful stay - the hotel was exactly as it was depicted in the photos and description. The staff was exceptionally gracious and hospitable; they went out of their way to insure that every aspect of our stay was pleasant. The entrance is located on the busy main street and it helped that every morning, there was a crossing guard standing out front to ensure that we crossed the street safely to the restaurant where we enjoyed a tasty breakfast. The rooms were lovely - ample storage, very comfortable beds, beautiful carved doors that were heavy and kept out the noise from the adjacent street. My only complaint was that the shower tiles are in need of maintenance; they weren't terrible but needed some new grout. It's a nice, quaint little hotel on a small, quiet cove of beach. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay at a good price, look no further! Overall, I would give it 4.8 stars.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind recht groß, das Bad ist groß und sauber, allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil es wegen einer großen Glasscheibe einsehbar ist. Natürlich kann man ein Rollo benutzen. Aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen sollten große Shampoo und Bodylotion angeboten werden und nicht die, die tägl. weggeschmissen werden.

Highly recommend. Hidden gem ! It’s like Narnia - it looks simple on the outside but wow - As soon as you walk in - it’s beautiful ! Long swimming pool. Staff were gracious enough to accommodate me during my stay travelling solo. Rooms are large, clean and spacious. Breakfast is across the street - food is 4/5. There is a few to the airport.

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, wir hatten eine Beach Villa mit eigenem Pool direkt zum Strand hin für 6 Tage gemietet. Die Freude daran wurde uns jedoch vom Management verleidet. Bereits als wir ankamen und freundlich grüßten, erhielten wir zur Antwort nur PASSPORT……..OK. Alles andere „Charge“. Ok, Kindergarten Niveau, aber geschenkt. Frühstück eine Eierspeise zu bestellen und Toast, labberige Fertig Pancakes, fast flüssige Butter, eine Sorte der primitivsten Marmelade, kleine Auswahl Obst, von der nur Wassermelone zu genießen war. Noch viel zu dünner Kaffee und Tee. Der Toaster so schlecht gesäubert, dass man für jede Scheibe 25 cm mit der Hand unter das Gerät greifen musste, um sie zu entnehmen - in Corona Zeiten. 5 Sterne???

Beautiful room, pool was really nice and the staff were very friendly. I read others reviews about the water pressure and ants but we had no issues! Wonderful resort! We stayed in a poolside room.

Vi hade tyvärr en ganska taskig vistelse på detta hotell. Väggarna var så pass tunna att vi lika gärna kunde ha delat rum med grannarna. Och när två av tre nätter i rummet bredvid valde att härja fram till klockan 04.00 på morgonen blev det inte många timmars sömn. Vi kontaktade receptionen och bad dem hantera situationen, men det enda som gjordes var ett telefonsamtal till rummet (vilket vi hörde), men sällskapet valde att inte svara (såklart) och några vidare försök för åtgärder gjordes inte. Städningen var medelmåttig och kändes slarvig. Toaletten hade dessutom en tendens att bli lätt stoppad, vilket inte direkt höjde helhetsintrycket. Frukosten var en besvikelse – få alternativ, dåligt påfyllt och en personal som knappt hälsade. Sammanfattningsvis levde hotellet inte upp till våra förväntningar, och vi kommer tyvärr inte att återvända.

I stayed here a week in the oceanfront villa. The room, private pool, and beach access were great. There are lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Scooter rentals, barber, and 7/11 all right around which was nice. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The beach was much calmer (wave wise) then Chaweng, which made it perfect for renting e foils (electric surfboard). I also took the 42 island tour which left from the nearby pier (3 min walk).

We had a delightful stay - the hotel was exactly as it was depicted in the photos and description. The staff was exceptionally gracious and hospitable; they went out of their way to insure that every aspect of our stay was pleasant. The entrance is located on the busy main street and it helped that every morning, there was a crossing guard standing out front to ensure that we crossed the street safely to the restaurant where we enjoyed a tasty breakfast. The rooms were lovely - ample storage, very comfortable beds, beautiful carved doors that were heavy and kept out the noise from the adjacent street. My only complaint was that the shower tiles are in need of maintenance; they weren't terrible but needed some new grout. It's a nice, quaint little hotel on a small, quiet cove of beach. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay at a good price, look no further! Overall, I would give it 4.8 stars.

Lovely hotel and the staff are amazing, they go out of there way to make sure you have a comfortable stay, even rushing out with a red flag to stop the traffic if you need to cross the road! The breakfast was lovely, I had a freshly made cheese and tomato omelette and lots of fresh fruit, so nice😊. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get chance to explore the area but we did walk a couple of minutes along the busy road in front of the hotel and found a Sports Bar which was great. I had a freshly made bowl of Thai green chicken soup which was cheap and very nice. Great hotel if you just want to relax in a comfortable environment.

I really enjoyed my stay and even booked an additional night stay. Only a couple of minor issues. One was easily corrected, the second issue was upon check in i was given an email for a free coconut. The manager explained that was the previous ownerships offer and wasnt included. Pretty odd outcome, but honestly everyone amd everything was splendid. Will return! Great job

We enjoyed a week here and the staff were really friendly and welcoming! One staff member, Bo was so helpful in trying to help us with a flight ticket issue too!The room was spacious and the free mini bar items were a nice addition. The rooms are quiet thankfully as the area is busy and noisy with traffic and there’s music playing all afternoon/evening by the pool. The buffet breakfast was great…good variety of dishes each day. Plenty of options for eating, drinking and shopping all within walking distance.

Nice ocean view from the room and the service is also good. We stayed there for several nights and the location is also good. But remember that it takes approx. 10-15 min on a scooter to centrum/walking street. It also takes around 10 min to fisherman village. Only bad thing to mention about the hotel was that they didn’t clean the pool everyday. We were there for more than 7 nights and the pool was full of sand in the corners.

Nice property with amazing views of the sea. Pool area is lovely. Room was amazing and they were very generous with room amenities. X2 free cokes, x2 crisps and water everyday. Plenty of toiletries. Highly recommend. Hidden gem ! It’s like Narnia - it looks simple on the outside but wow - As soon as you walk in - it’s beautiful ! Long swimming pool. Staff were gracious enough to accommodate me during my stay travelling solo. Rooms are large, clean and spacious. Breakfast is across the street - food is 4/5. There is a few to the airport.

Lovely rooms with pool and ocean views. Location close to airport, grab ride into fisherman’s village about $10-15 CAD. No beach chairs or umbrellas. Free minibar only meant bottled water. Everything else came with a fee. Over all great place for a night or two.

Swim up room was nice. Pool could do with a clean. The room itself was lovely. Shower wasnt great, temperature and pressure. We had a maintenence issue which was resolved quickly. The hotel food was nice, but the breakfast across the road wasnt great. We'd only go back for the premium room.

Trevlig personal och rent och prydligt rum. Däremot var tyvärr sängen väldigt hård. Frukosten var okej, men inte mer. Generellt car hotellet ganska slitet. Inte riktigt vad jag förväntade mig.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Bildern wirkt es schön. In der Realität ist das Zimmer schmutzig (Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren dreckig) und staubig. Würde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und auch nur für eine Nacht empfehlen- wenn überhaupt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich esse morgens Müsli/granola mit Joghurt. Müsli und Joghurt waren vorhanden, wenn auch beides gezuckert. Schön war die Auswahl an Eierspeisen und der Ausblick.

This hotel dies not deserve a 4 star rating. It is more of an upgraded youth hostel than a proper hotel. We had no pressure and no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was served in a run down restaurant across the road and there was loud horrible music blasting all the time. Definitely not a location for families or for a romantic getaway

Lovely hotel and the staff are amazing, they go out of there way to make sure you have a comfortable stay, even rushing out with a red flag to stop the traffic if you need to cross the road! The breakfast was lovely, I had a freshly made cheese and tomato omelette and lots of fresh fruit, so nice😊. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get chance to explore the area but we did walk a couple of minutes along the busy road in front of the hotel and found a Sports Bar which was great. I had a freshly made bowl of Thai green chicken soup which was cheap and very nice. Great hotel if you just want to relax in a comfortable environment.

Well, I’ve travelled to many hotels in Asia - including Koh Samui and this is definitely not 4.5 star. The rooms tired and not very clean. Pool bar was open first few days - staff shortages.
