Lots of stuff for kids. Could be amazing but around pool and kids water park is so slippery and dangerous, my little one fell over daily in bare feet, was like ice- luckily nothing broken but you see kids falling all the time - they need to change the dangerous tiles.

First time I have given a hotel 5 stars. Absolutely amazing! Very family friendly, staff were so helpful and friendly, great breakfast and amenities. First comfy bed in Asia, really great gym and all areas and our rooms were kept extremely clean. Cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Great property unfortunately they closed the kids pool and playground for maintenance the week we were there. Location is fantastic the beach in that area though is so so the sand is pretty rough. Kids will have a blast with the kids playroom and I’m sure once the pool and playground open up it will be even better.

Beautiful resort in a great location, that misses the mark by been too greedy and uses towels cards with hopes you lose at least one and pay for it. Another major issue is that not many sunbeds around, and almost no shades. You are left open to be burned. They do it not to block some of sea view from various rooms. Its Holiday Inn, very american style setup, thats not very thai, doesnt spoil you enough. Kids club is the best we have seen, amazing space and facilities, so kids will love this place. Adults, well, at this high price its a mix feeling. Our room was on 2nd floor with view to a parking lot, for over $300 a night not including breakfast. And this NOT a 5 star hotels by no means.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and service minded staff. Excellent pool facilities with great swimm area and even a in-pool-cafe. An advanced children’s pool (0-12) with water slides, showers, spring water and water canons. Large fitness room (+16) with towels and bottled water for free). Advanced indoor playroom/play land for children 2-12 even with caretaking of kids while parents do fitness or other stuff. Our room appeared brand new with pool access , small terrace. Modern room interior with great shower and bathroom facilities. Mini bar. Safety box. Free bottled water. Great breakfast with all you need and a lot more and good quality of food. Great location right at beach and straight to a beach promenade with lots of restaurants, market and massage options. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Only bad thing to say about this hotel was the 2 double beds included in our room type… they were only what we would call wide single beds so sleeping 2 adults in such bed is a challenge.

Great family resort… exceptional indoor kids playroom, great splash pool and playground. Rooms feel brand new, the family bunk room was incredible. The resort as a whole can be quite busy/chaotic, there’s no staff supervision around pools, slides which can be mayhem. But if you don’t mind a bit of busy chaos it is in a great spot…

The kids water park seating area was constantly filthy. No one man’s the area, there is only 7 sun loungers so gets busy and dirty as they serve food here too. English is poor at the hotel with all the staff including reception. The pool bar was extremely crowded at times. King kids suites were amazing. Seperate room and bunks for children . Perfect. Great amount of space and lovely balcony overlooking play area. Breakfast was ample and something for everyone, shame the juices were not fresh. Food in the restaurant for lunch was delicious and two kids eat free with an adult course. No vegetarian items on the menu to take advantage of this offer. The kids club was huge and clean with a soft play area and lots of space however it lacked a sense of security. Children over the age of 5 could open the doors and just leave if they wanted without parents as noone constantly manning reception and doors are not secure. You could drop children without staff even noticing. This could be a disaster waiting to happen if not rectified soon. The swimming pool was good, crowded at peak times. Beach - awful corse sand/stones, not soft sand and jellyfish in sea. Also a smell of gas and lots of boats. Location - amazing. Night market few times a week outside perfect for street local food and lots of restaurants on the walking street close by - easy access from the back of the hotel. All in all an excellent hotel got children! Please just sort the kids club security out!

We heard about this new hotel and booked this about 10 months ago Meanwhile we started to receive some negative feedback about the hotel, but we were sure that as part of IHG this hotel won’t be disappointing. Even few days before our trip a agent advised us to cancel as this hotel is low quality. We paid very high price for this vacation. Wasn’t worth it at all. The staff wasn’t welcoming at all, very rude in fact. We asked to speak to manager but manger never got back to us. The property was dirty. They room wasn’t clean enough. The pool was horribly dirty. We even spotted pop in the pool!!!!! And no one came to clean The splash pad ( kids pool) was full of dead flies and leaves, day after day. Staff was rude, someone toke our towel and they didn’t agree to give us towel!!!! I had to walk all the way to my room wet as she didn’t agree to give me towel!!!! The pool is big, but no where to sit Pool bar staff was very not nice to hotel guests The breakfast is very very low quality, staff doesn’t fill up empty containers There is no room inside! You need to wait for 30 min maybe and outside it’s sooooo hot and it’s impossible to eat under such strong sun I won’t recommend this hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days as a family with a toddler, and overall, we had a wonderful time. Here’s what we particularly enjoyed: What we loved: • The family room was fantastic – well laid out, beautifully furnished, and with very comfortable beds. • The breakfast was of high quality with a great variety, and even after nearly two weeks, it didn’t feel repetitive. • The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and green. The pools are lovely and there were always sunbeds available. • The location is excellent – right on the beach promenade with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach itself was nicer than expected and great for swimming (even though Ko Samui has more famous beaches). • The indoor kids’ club was a great place for our 2-year-old to play, and we appreciated that it was pleasantly air-conditioned. • The friendliness of the staff stood out. It’s also worth noting that IHG seems to be an inclusive employer – we saw several team members with disabilities actively working, which we truly appreciated. What could be improved: • The hotel’s pricing policy felt exploitative at times. Drink prices were generally overpriced. The “Happy Hour” was especially frustrating – it advertised “Buy 2, get 1 free,” but suddenly a Mojito cost 450 THB instead of 300. Not okay. Wir haben vom 18.10. bis zum 31.10. einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit unserer 2-jährigen Tochter in diesem Hotel verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Der Wasserpark für Kinder war ein Highlight – unsere Tochter war begeistert und konnte sich stundenlang vergnügen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, und wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns beeindruckt: Die Auswahl war riesig und es gab viele kinderfreundliche Optionen, die besonders auf die jüngeren Gäste abgestimmt waren. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt, und es war offensichtlich, dass das Hotel Wert auf zufriedene Gäste legt. Der Pool war im Vergleich zu anderen Anlagen in Thailand sehr sauber, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Außerdem gab es sowohl einen Indoor- als auch einen Outdoor-Spielplatz, die beide top gepflegt und sicher für kleine Kinder waren. Insgesamt war die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Trotz vieler Familien war es nie zu laut – eine angenehme Atmosphäre, in der man sich wirklich entspannen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel vor allem Familien mit kleinen Kindern wärmstens empfehlen! Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt, und es war offensichtlich, dass das Hotel Wert auf zufriedene Gäste legt. Der Pool war im Vergleich zu anderen Anlagen in Thailand sehr sauber, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Außerdem gab es sowohl einen Indoor- als auch einen Outdoor-Spielplatz, die beide top gepflegt und sicher für kleine Kinder waren. Insgesamt war die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Trotz vieler Familien war es nie zu laut – eine angenehme Atmosphäre, in der man sich wirklich entspannen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel vor allem Familien mit kleinen Kindern wärmstens empfehlen! Highlight an der Poolbar war Barkeeper Dew, er hat jede Mittagspause für die Erwachsenen tolle Cocktails gezaubert ;)

The kids water park seating area was constantly filthy. No one man’s the area, there is only 7 sun loungers so gets busy and dirty as they serve food here too. English is poor at the hotel with all the staff including reception. The pool bar was extremely crowded at times. King kids suites were amazing. Seperate room and bunks for children . Perfect. Great amount of space and lovely balcony overlooking play area. Breakfast was ample and something for everyone, shame the juices were not fresh. Food in the restaurant for lunch was delicious and two kids eat free with an adult course. No vegetarian items on the menu to take advantage of this offer. The kids club was huge and clean with a soft play area and lots of space however it lacked a sense of security. Children over the age of 5 could open the doors and just leave if they wanted without parents as noone constantly manning reception and doors are not secure. You could drop children without staff even noticing. This could be a disaster waiting to happen if not rectified soon. The swimming pool was good, crowded at peak times. Beach - awful corse sand/stones, not soft sand and jellyfish in sea. Also a smell of gas and lots of boats. Location - amazing. Night market few times a week outside perfect for street local food and lots of restaurants on the walking street close by - easy access from the back of the hotel. All in all an excellent hotel got children! Please just sort the kids club security out!

Fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn ! Family rooms were great . Spotlessly clean everywhere ! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options superb . Beautiful location right on the beach and lots of choices for eateries. My only one negative , not enough room around the pool so limited amount of sunbeds!

We immediately felt that our room the property were first rate. Small room but smartly designed. What was strange was our room was made up everyday, but common things weren\'t cleaned- eg. the toilet, and our coffee table that we spilled takeout food on. (We left a tip for the cleaner everyday... it\'s obvious to us the toilet needed cleaning as did our greasy coffee table on multiple days.) Check-in counter was great, as were all staff on property. But points off for not actually "cleaning" our room. That\'s actually what we remember as we reflect on our time @HI.

Les piscines sont grandes et les espaces pour les enfants sont top ! Hotel service is very very poor…. Employees are not nice and welcoming Most of them doesn’t speak English Hotel is not clean!!!! The room was very spacious and modern. We had a great view of the pool and a peek at the sea. The pool was great, with a swim up bar. Thr location, in the Fishermans Village, was great. There were markets most nights, lots of restaurants and lovely safe beach.

We recently enjoyed a weeks stay at the Holiday Inn and were pleasantly surprised by everything. The hotel is brand new, very clean and facilities are great especially for us travelling with a 2 year old. The rooms are comfortable, well sound proofed and dark. We had a room with pool access which i would recommend for people with kids. The location is great, a 2min walk to the Fisherman's Village with lots of restaurants, spas etc. Staff were extremely friendly and they loved our daughter. The kids soft play area is amazing so new and clean and the kids pool area is lots of fun. We have already booked to come back in March and even extended our stay. However there is only one thing they could improve on which is the breakfast buffet, the choice is not too big and they always seemed to run out of fruit. If they are able to improve on this it would be perfect. Thank you very much for our stay and we will see you in March 2023!

La struttura complessivamente è molto bella quello che la rende un’esperienza non positiva e lo sciame di bambini e il sovraffollamento di gente non è certo un posto dove rilassarsi o dove trovare pace e silenzio per quanto riguarda la posizione può andare bene, ma il mare davanti lo sconsiglio vivamente Sporco e acqua profonda dopo pochi metri non certo adatto a bambini la cosa più terribile è stato il wc praticamente nella stanza senza una porta che garantisse la riservatezza dei suoni e degli odori terribile mai successo.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and service minded staff. Excellent pool facilities with great swimm area and even a in-pool-cafe. An advanced children’s pool (0-12) with water slides, showers, spring water and water canons. Large fitness room (+16) with towels and bottled water for free). Advanced indoor playroom/play land for children 2-12 even with caretaking of kids while parents do fitness or other stuff. Our room appeared brand new with pool access , small terrace. Modern room interior with great shower and bathroom facilities. Mini bar. Safety box. Free bottled water. Great breakfast with all you need and a lot more and good quality of food. Great location right at beach and straight to a beach promenade with lots of restaurants, market and massage options. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Only bad thing to say about this hotel was the 2 double beds included in our room type… they were only what we would call wide single beds so sleeping 2 adults in such bed is a challenge.

Lovely hotel with excellent beds in a stylish fully provided room with good sound proving. We slept very well. The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy the buzz of the Fisherman’s Village and the beach activities. We have older kids who enjoyed the gym. Families with young children seemed to be especially catered for. Lovely place.

Great stay at this new hotel. Good food and lots of activities for kids. However, the rooms offer absolutely zero sound proof. You can hear everything from adjacent rooms. This is very frustrating when you have noisy neighbours. So bring earplugs if you want to sleep at night.

The rooms in this hotel are very very good well designed and big modern and clean. This hotel mainly caters for families so if your wanting an adult only and quiet hotel during the day around pool areas its not for you. But the beach area part of the hotel was great with no families. So all in all we were very impressed with this hotel.

We heard about this new hotel and booked this about 10 months ago Meanwhile we started to receive some negative feedback about the hotel, but we were sure that as part of IHG this hotel won’t be disappointing. Even few days before our trip a agent advised us to cancel as this hotel is low quality. We paid very high price for this vacation. Wasn’t worth it at all. The staff wasn’t welcoming at all, very rude in fact. We asked to speak to manager but manger never got back to us. The property was dirty. They room wasn’t clean enough. The pool was horribly dirty. We even spotted pop in the pool!!!!! And no one came to clean The splash pad ( kids pool) was full of dead flies and leaves, day after day. Staff was rude, someone toke our towel and they didn’t agree to give us towel!!!! I had to walk all the way to my room wet as she didn’t agree to give me towel!!!! The pool is big, but no where to sit Pool bar staff was very not nice to hotel guests The breakfast is very very low quality, staff doesn’t fill up empty containers There is no room inside! You need to wait for 30 min maybe and outside it’s sooooo hot and it’s impossible to eat under such strong sun I won’t recommend this hotel

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie im Holiday inn und hatten eine Unterkunft mit zwei Zimmern (themenzimmer). Das Hotel ist wunderschön und neu und es fehlt an nichts . Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und auch für die Kinder ist genügend da. Der Pool ist auch super vorallem die kinderrutsche wird gerne genutzt. Der Kids Club ist sehr groß und ausreichend sowie der Spielplatz. Der Manager ist im Hotel unterwegs und versucht mit jedem ein Gespräch zu führen hinsichtlich des Aufenthaltes . Was wir super empfanden weil es wirkte das er sehr interessiert ist Lösungen zu finden. Was nicht so toll ist die der Boden ist bei Nässe wahnsinnig rutschig sowie auch am Kinderpoolbereich. Darum hat sich der Manager gekümmert und es wurden Matten bestellt. Dann hatte mein Sohn ein Bock und weinte als wir den Kids Club verließen und ein Mitarbeiter von Kids Club machte ihn nach und lachte ihn aus. Was uns verwunderte weil sie sonst sehr nett war. Wie meldeten das dem Manager und er wollte ein Gespräch führen. Im großen Ganzen sind wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und vorallem der Manager der motiviert wirkt.

First time I have given a hotel 5 stars. Absolutely amazing! Very family friendly, staff were so helpful and friendly, great breakfast and amenities. First comfy bed in Asia, really great gym and all areas and our rooms were kept extremely clean. Cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

We did not regret staying here at all. The staff were just wonderful, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel, the parking was easy, and the room was huge and modern. The beds were honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever laid on and we were so well rested. Our shower was slightly flooding and within literally 2 minutes of me informing the staff, someone was at our door to help fix it. We’d come back in a heartbeat, and my only regret was not staying longer!
We did not regret staying here at all. The staff were just wonderful, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel, the parking was easy, and the room was huge and modern. The beds were honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever laid on and we were so well rested. Everything was excellent, from the level of service, the location, the courtesy, the rooms, the comfort of the bed, and I will mention a very important detail that surprised me. I asked room service if it was possible to clean the room at 7:00 PM because we forgot to press the room cleaning button that was in red all day, and they immediately agreed and did so.

Very noisy hotel! Also changed the beach area of the hotel area to tables and chairs! Started gardening and cutting down trees while we were sunbathing in that area! No consideration whatsoever to who was there! Closed bar area outside before it was time, when it was happy hour! I ordered drinks and was refused 15 minutes before it was supposed to close!

The room was very spacious and modern. We had a great view of the pool and a peek at the sea. The pool was great, with a swim up bar. Thr location, in the Fishermans Village, was great. There were markets most nights, lots of restaurants and lovely safe beach.

Perfect location - on fisher mans village - excellent night life - night market every other night (street food, fresh fruits, fresh juice, deserts - everything you want there). Excellent excellent location. Outside hotel on the right hand side can hire moped on the right hand side across the road, petrol station right opposite. You have the big supermarkets 5 mins away as well by car and chaweng beach/night life 10 mins

Stayed for 5 nights. Newer hotel with good gym, staff, ad breakfast. This is a family oriented hotel with tons of activities and facilities for kids. The hotel is located adjacent to a beach and a boardwalk linking it to the Fishermen's Village. In addition, there is a night market, 3 nights a week, located next to the hotel. There could be a few MINOR issues for some: 1) beach sand is a bit rough and water is not clear, 2) noise level caused by kids and their activities, 3) live music from nearby restaurants and night market, which end about 11pm. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are staying with kids.

Great property unfortunately they closed the kids pool and playground for maintenance the week we were there. Location is fantastic the beach in that area though is so so the sand is pretty rough. Kids will have a blast with the kids playroom and I’m sure once the pool and playground open up it will be even better.

Very busy modern hotel. Clean, newly renovated, nice clean rooms. Comfy beds, hot showers & felt safe. Great location with 2min walk to Bophut Beach, shops & restaurants. Fishermans night markets are under 5min walk and are a must see on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 5pm. Cons - lots of young children & families in the pool daily. The rooms walls are quite thin & can hear some noisy families. Very busy & bit chaotic at breakfast. Overall really loved it & would stay here again. Avoid if you don’t like noisy kids.

Stort familie resort, behagelige værelser. AC iorden og kølige rum, når man kommer ind fra varmen. God placering på promenaden. Restauranten er for dyr og har for langsom service, ikke speciel god mad. Rimelig morgenmadsbuffet med fint udvalg. Flotte faciliteter. Alt i alt et godt hotel.

First time I have given a hotel 5 stars. Absolutely amazing! Very family friendly, staff were so helpful and friendly, great breakfast and amenities. First comfy bed in Asia, really great gym and all areas and our rooms were kept extremely clean. Cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Room service was an issue. No physical menu in room is unacceptable. Room service ended early for class of property I expected 224 hour service. Price versus service did not make sense but seems like hotel is well occupied. Just will not include me in future.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days as a family with a toddler, and overall, we had a wonderful time. The kids water park seating area was constantly filthy. No one man’s the area, there is only 7 sun loungers so gets busy and dirty as they serve food here too. English is poor at the hotel with all the staff including reception. The pool bar was extremely crowded at times. King kids suites were amazing. Seperate room and bunks for children . Perfect. Great amount of space and lovely balcony overlooking play area. Breakfast was ample and something for everyone, shame the juices were not fresh. Food in the restaurant for lunch was delicious and two kids eat free with an adult course. No vegetarian items on the menu to take advantage of this offer. The kids club was huge and clean with a soft play area and lots of space however it lacked a sense of security. Children over the age of 5 could open the doors and just leave if they wanted without parents as noone constantly manning reception and doors are not secure. You could drop children without staff even noticing. This could be a disaster waiting to happen if not rectified soon. The swimming pool was good, crowded at peak times. Beach - awful corse sand/stones, not soft sand and jellyfish in sea. Also a smell of gas and lots of boats. Location - amazing. Night market few times a week outside perfect for street local food and lots of restaurants on the walking street close by - easy access from the back of the hotel. All in all an excellent hotel got children! Please just sort the kids club security out!

Fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn ! Family rooms were great . Spotlessly clean everywhere ! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options superb . Beautiful location right on the beach and lots of choices for eateries. My only one negative , not enough room around the pool so limited amount of sunbeds!

Lots of stuff for kids. Could be amazing but around pool and kids water park is so slippery and dangerous, my little one fell over daily in bare feet, was like ice- luckily nothing broken but you see kids falling all the time - they need to change the dangerous tiles.

While general construction may take place from 8 AM–9 PM, construction noise will be limited daily from 11 AM–6 PM. All works will be carefully managed to minimise disruption to guests.
