Grandson enjoyed the pool (5 yrs old). I enjoyed the breakfast (coffee very good). Lots of room to eat. Parking is at a premium and parking next to a dilapidated is ugly. Your hotel is in a premium location with Outback and First Watch restaurants directly across the street, nice. A Target within walking distance and numerous other restaurants in the area. Even though we can watch the planes take off from O'Hare Int AP, it was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

When our flight was canceled, I was able to book a room here through Expedia for a reasonable rate. Unfortunately, the shuttles stopped running at 10, but we were able to take advantage of the morning shuttle to the airport, which was very convenient and saved a little bit of money. Front desk person was friendly and professional. Room was average but very clean.

The property itself is not bad. Spacious room and good breakfast. I was very disappointed with the shuttle service though. The shuttle is claimed to come every 40 minutes. (The hotel is only 2.5 miles away.) Our family must have been very unlucky to have waited for 45 minutes in steaming hot conditions, but then the shuttle arrives with 3 seats left, with 10+ people hoping to get on. (We have seen shuttles from other hotels coming around 2 to 3 times and pick up all their passengers, so this is NOT simply a problem of busy traffic.) I called the hotel twice when waiting, 20 minutes apart, and each time they told us to wait for about 15 minutes, but I figured there is not a system for the front desk to track the shuttle. They were likely trained to say 15 minutes regardless, and this is giving customers false information! We end up taking a taxi after another 20 minutes wait in the taxing line. We would have chosen taxi in the start had we known the shuttle service was so unreliable in the first place. 1 hour of waiting in poor conditions with kids for a 2.5 mile trip is a bad experience that we will remember.

Close to Allstate Arena where I was taking my son to see his fave band. Restaurants across the street made off-hour meals no problem. Front desk staff was awesome. Gym was clean and good for cardio, had a nice span of dumbell weights for lifting, but no weight machines...yet.

The Hotel is fine. They do not have enough parking for guests. They have you park in the area behind the hotel where it appears to be an abandoned hotel and it is overgrown with weeds and not really clear parking spots

The main reason I picked this property was to have free and quick access to ORD. I received neither benefit. On arrival, I contacted the front desk and was told a shuttle was on the way. I don’t know if it ever arrived but after 30 minutes I found alternative transportation. Then, when I went to line up a shuttle the next morning, I was told I would need to wait more than a half an hour and then was told the shuttle coming in 30 minutes was booked and there was no more room. So, I ended up using alternative (paid) transportation for both ends of my trip. Otherwise, the hotel was ok — not nice but not unpleasant either. Due to its proximity to the highway, there was loud and persistent traffic noise the entire night.

The staff was fabulous we were there for 3 nights and every staff member we encountered were lovely and went out of there way to answer any question we had. Our room was spacious had a large sofa and king size bed - clean and homey feeling. Very nice bar - Ean was the bartender all three evenings and what a nice guy - very friendly to everyone. Great experience!

Convenient hotel but shame about the unfriendly reception staff. We arrived a couple of hours prior to check in time and totally understand we needed to leave our bags and wait, but the blonde lady on reception was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful.. it seemed like it was a chore for us to leave our bags.. and even suggested we left them unattended in the side passage when there was clearly a locked room to leave them... we insisted we wanted them in the room.. so don't get caught out with that. When we came back to check in, the next lady was lovely... but on check out the next day, the lady wasn't all that friendly either. I just don't understand why people who work in these front facing jobs do so if they can't be friendly

The hotel was nice and clean. The area around the property was not too safe to cross the street or to move about because of the fast traffic and no sidewalks which is disappointing because there are good dining areas across the street. The breakfast in the hotel was okay but should switch it up every other day , give different options. Staff were friendly and overall the hotel is clean. Parking should be free.

Comfortable, clean room. Reasonably priced convenience store was very helpful. Location is not in a place with sidewalks, so although near restaurants and pharmacy, I wouldn’t describe it as walkable. Also, it’s actually not as close to the airport as one might think, and their shuttle needs to be reserved in advance.

Our stay was better than expected. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding (scrambled (real) eggs, pork sausage links, waffles, and others). Less than 10 minutes from O'Hare Airport made it extremely convenient for an early flight out.

It was ok but they really need to fix their breakfast and add more stuff for people who have allergies. I am dairy free and they pretty much had nothing for me. After asking 2 different people for almond milk for my coffee even though they have a coffee bar that provides substitution they still didn’t give me almond milk until their manager came and gave it to me. I was willing to buy coffee from their bar, but they said that their Starbucks coffee bar does not start in 5 PM which seemed weird to me. Items in their breakfast are not great I have seen better in other small hotels. Housekeeping was awesome. Every time we asked them for some thing they always came with it and much more. They asked every time we came out of my room if that we needed anything especially with three kids they were very helpful. The three stars I’m giving is only because of them otherwise this would be a zero star. When I go to a hotel like this, I expect clean rooms, nice housekeeping, and a good breakfast especially when it’s a free breakfast included. I have always seen milk substitutions, and other items for people that have allergies and other restrictions in other hotels. I expected more from Hyatt. This was a fail.

The room was a little dated and needing minor repairs. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Very surprised on how quiet the room was being next to the highway and the amount of planes flying over. Great location to the airport and Allstate arena (practically share a parking lot). Pool was nice and kids had it to themselves. Plenty of food choices nearby and easy shipt and uber eats delivery. I would stay again if I had another early flight out.

Place was clean and staff was great. The only issue and not even an issue just would have been nice if they had USB and USB C ports. But other than it was a great stay, quiet floors. I have stayed here a couple of times now and will stay again and recommend.
