I have spend over 500 nights on hotels.com. This is absolutely one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The amenities are very old. The refrigerator buzz all the time. Sometime the noise is loud enough to wake me up in the midnight. The soundproof is barely nothing. I can hear people coughing in the hall clearly. The light blocking is barely nothing. Every morning( I booked 7 nights at this hotel), the blinds will shine through the very strong sunlight. And the staff is not professional too. They do the house keeping every other day. There is one time the house keeping just clean the garbage, I thing else. Not making my bed, not refreshing the towels. Nothing. And the last day I stayed in this hotel, I put the do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping lady knocked my door at 8:20. I asked her to leave from my room, which I am 100% confirm she can hear my voice cause there is no soundproofing lol. But she kept knocking. The very second I opened my door, house keeping lady told me she just saw the do not disturb sigh, and leave right away with NO explanation or apologies. I rarely make bad comments on the hotels I stayed. But this one, is outrageous. I don’t recommend any one who wants have a nice trip to choose this hotel.

Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable but the real stars here are the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had a group of 14 in for our wedding and any requests were met with a smile and them doing everything they could to make our stay great. One surprise was the quality of the food at the restaurant. Most hotel restaurants aren’t that great but the food here was excellent. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

Stayed 2 nights

Everything was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you stay for only two nights, the hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping or even tidy up the room or make the beds or clean the room or washroom, It seems like this service is only provided for guests staying longer, which I found disappointing. Also, the bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans, and there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels, which was quite inconvenient. The closet space was also extremely limited, with barely enough room to store our clothes and bags. Overall, we had a great experience, but these were a few things that could definitely be improved.
