It was a newer hotel and in good condition. Lady at front desk was good. Breakfast was normal continental breakfast. We needed to do some laundry, but the dryer didn't dry, so that was inconvenient (it was really tough finding a laundromat). If we ever came back to this area we'd stay there again. Nothing fancy, but a nice hotel that was clean and in good condition.

This hotel was lovely. It was spotless clean, nicely decorated, the oversize shower and showerhead were amazing! Breakfast was good. They served eggs, sausage, homefries, toast, waffles, apples and bananas. They replenished constantly. I have to say the beds were an unusual choice. They are low wooden platform beds with probably the cheapest firmest mattress you could buy. It felt more like a cot mattress than a bed mattress. It was a surprise considering the rest of the hotel was so nicely done. Either way, we were tired and slept inspite of the hard mattress. Then in the morning the amazing showerhead got rid of the kinks. Overall it was a great stay and we would book here again. Staff were wonderful and the location was good for us.

Très mauvaise expérience au Quality Inn de Québec. Dès notre arrivée, j’ai eu un problème avec ma carte de crédit et la réceptionniste (dame aux cheveux mauves, semblant âgée) a été très impolie et arrogante. Elle a refusé que je parle à sa gérante en disant que ses 18 ans d’expérience suffisaient. Parce que nous étions jeunes, elle nous a soupçonnés à tort de vouloir fumer et nous a menacés de garder notre dépôt si la chambre sentait le tabac ou le cannabis. En plus, elle a demandé la couleur et la marque de notre voiture sans vraie raison. Au départ, j’ai dû attendre 15 minutes pendant qu’on vérifiait la chambre avant de me remettre mon dépôt. Service client déplorable, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

The room was much smaller than pictures depicted. Beds were dated and uncomfortable. The on site guest laundry room was locked (one of the reasons I booked this hotel as we were mid vacation) and when I called the front desk to ask why I was first hung up on and then there was no answer on the next two attempts. At the breakfast buffet the waitstaff refused to provide ingredient list for allergy reasons. I had to ask the front desk attendant to speak to the staff to provide the information and when they did the server was mocking us in French as she thought we could not understand. Will not be returning.

Très mauvais service. Les personnes à l’accueil ont une attitude condescendante et désagréable. On voyageait avec une autre famille et à notre arrivée l’hôtel avait donné leur chambre à quelqu’un d’autre prétextant un problème avec la carte de crédit. Pourtant la carte fonctionnait très bien. Comme L’hôtel était plein ils ont dû se trouver une autre chambre durant un long week-end. Pas simple et très coûteux. En lisant les avis sur Google on réalise que ce problème est courant à cette hôtel.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Quebec City. The room was quiet and clean. It was a great price, especially with breakfast included. The breakfast was very nice - there was fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit yogurt etc (and the waffle maker!) it was just a short drive into the downtown.

Wenn die anderen Gäste in den Fluren mehr Rücksicht nehmen würden. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, aber die Zimmer sind gut und sauber und das Bad ist auch groß genug. New facility, comfortable rooms, clean, the breakfast is decent, they serve bread, eggs, potatoes and waffles every day. The hotel is not in a walking distance to anywhere so you definitely need a car if planning to visit places. Parking in Quebec is not easy and it is expensive. The hotel offers free parking.
