Very friendly staff, but definitely not near the beach. I don’t know why there’s a picture of the beach in the description, it’s very misleading.

We only needed a place to stay for a single night. We booked this room as it said it was an 18 minute walk to the Rassada Pier. It is a 50 minute walk. Grab was 206 Baht to the pier. So if the reason for your stay you will need to factor that in. Sheets were clean but the towels smelled clean but had brown stains on them.

Suni was very helpful and a sweet lady. Very clean property, quiet. But definitely need your own means of transportation like a motorbike. Close to the pier and phuket old town. A bit hard to find but a phone call and it was found.
