Staff was excellent - helpful, friendly. The property is a beautiful, lush resort. Very clean. Three swimming pools. Beach a little rocky but a bay with calm surf. Built onto a hillside, the property ran buggies/golf carts to move guests around the resort -- never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a ride. About a 15 minute drive from Phuket town. We had a great time staying here.

The pictures of this resort are MUCH nicer than the actual facilities. The food was good and staff was friendly but could be hard to find if needed. They did have great golf carts to take you to your room or where ever you needed to go on the property. Chairs at the pools were very limited so you needed to get there early even at the largest pool on the property there were only about 20 lounge chairs.

I picked this hotel because it appeared to have a nice beach with chairs, bar, etc...and this was where I planned to spend the entire weekend. I booked an oceanfront room to enjoy it all. Well, the only part of this property that is oceanfront is the beach bar. I still can't wrap my head around how they can advertise oceanfront rooms when no such thing exists there. Their idea of oceanfront is ocean view. After questioning this repeatedly, the staff where kind enough to upgrade me to a larger room, which was a kind gesture but not what I thought I booked. The beach has sand but don't try to walk into the water without water shoes as there is nothing but rocks, rocks, and more rocks. Again, not what I expected. I ended up spending the time at a pool, which was very nice but I could have done that almost anywhere else. On the positive side, the staff were all wonderful, the property is beautiful, and the food was great! I had a nice time though I do feel that I was mislead.

Everything was perfect! The view is phenomenal overlooking the Siray Bay from a mountain cliff. The staff was extremely accommodating, always attentive to our needs. Our room was fabulous with a breathtaking view. We booked a boat trip to Phi Phi Island and a Phuket City tour. Both were amazing and less than or equal to the price of other tours. We kayaked and paddle boarded in the gorgeous bay for no charge through the hotel. We highly recommend this fantastic resort hotel!!

fantastisk utsikt från vårt hotellrum dessvärre var stranden och havet nedanför hotellet väldigt smutsigt pga inloppet till phuket town och inga närliggande restauranger samt att hotellet var väldigt dåligt underhållet förmodligen pga covid.. tycker inte det är ett 5 stjärnigt hotell längre då det är mycket smutsigt runt hotellbyggnaden samt allt underhåll som sopning strålkastare samt pooler och växtlighet samt att maten i restaurangen och frukosten var väldigt tråkig och priserna var väldigt höga.. men ligger mysigt beläget och vi hade en svit med pool som var väldigt mysig att tillbringa eftermiddagarna i då solen gick ned. men absolut inte 5 stjärnor

For the price of the stay it’s hard to justify the reason for the excessive charges that are after purchase. A 6000 Baht deposit is required that does not get returned to your card in any sort of reasonable time (2 weeks to refund a deposit). The in room bar prices are 3 - 4 times that of the store just down the road. And the buffet dinner cost 3200 Baht for two people to eat mediocre food. The area is amazing and that’s all that saves grace for this hotel. My balcony was infested with huge red ants, one of which bit my foot and I was running a fever for 2 days after the bite. The bathtub drain held nothing and the tub had to be left running to maintain a full level. There was broken glass all over the beach as well.

The resort is abt 20m from Phuket old town n abt an hour min from Patong. It’s dated and old. The one day we were in the room when the cleaning lady was there. She put the vacuum cleaner on to clean the outside patio which has trees all around and bird droppings etc - I stopped her from cleaning outside bec she was going to use the same vacuum cleaner to clean inside - she then cleaned inside and proceeded to use the vacuum on the table surfaces! Then went back to the floor and side tables. That is not hygienic and we put our belongings on those tables etc. That’s unacceptable. She did not use a cloth to wipe the surfaces - table, counter etc. The counters were dusty. The couch in the room was old, the cushion was sinking and stained. Amenities were not replaced- the one day the shower gel was out. It’s not the quality that used to be associated with the Westin brand. Service in the breakfast restaurant was slow especially the egg station. Even the tea / coffee took time. The all inclusive option isn’t worth it. It was quite a disappointment. The beach is down many stairs and it’s a narrow strip which is also pebbly.

Dirt on the floor right besides the wash basin, I needed to wipe it away using a wet towel, it could have been a mud stain. Also, water in the shower cubicle just doesn't drain away fully due to flaw in the flooring. Also, I am not sure why it has since become a need to ask for simple things like mouth wash, a comb, shaving kit as those were not provided, i needed to call service desk just to ask if they do provide those mentioned. Also noticed from the room service cart that there is supposed to be bath salt however it's missing from the room as well. Cost cutting with a tight budget? Come on Marriott, you can do much better! The saving grace is the breakfast choices was fantastic and staffs were all helpful and friendly. Overall I would give it a 4 stars but definitly not a 5.

Room was clean, ocean view and spacious. Buggy service great. Very prompt . Breakfast very delicious. The eating area is overlooking the ocean. It is well kept with greenery surrounding the whole area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to phuket. The staff is very nice . Overall the experience was top notch, there was some minor things about the property like the beach area was not the best, we had an issue with our air conditioning that flooded in to our room a little bit but the overall experience the resort offered was amazing because of the hospitality and sincerity of the staff is what made us really like the stay. The food was good with the all inclusive I highly recommend if you are going to be drinking the options are limited but the expense is nothing. The Bhat to the USD is a big difference and you can live like a king for a week with only 400USD that’s like roughly 10,000 bhat. The Thai massages were amazing in limelight mall by old Phuket town. The town itself was an experience you def want to walk around and check out the shops and the food. When you are at the resort make sure to stop by the tourist desk and do Phi Phi island with “Seanery” boat tours the are the best.

These individuals truly made our trip, and they all deserve a pay rise! Mod was our morning ray of sunshine at breakfast, greeting us with a smile every day. She’s brilliant, always super friendly, and made sure our mornings started on the right note. Pop made our dinners a delight. She was our server on several occasions, and her amazing customer service and friendly demeanor left us thoroughly impressed. It was a pleasure to have her take care of us during our meals. Kate was another lovely lady we had the pleasure of meeting. She was fun to chat with and always made the effort to engage in conversation. When I mentioned that I had injured myself, she went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful surprise—a card, flowers, and a fruit platter. Such a kind and considerate gesture! Sunny was our go-to buggy driver, and he was a great guy to chat with. He always got us where we needed to go with a smile and made the ride fun and enjoyable. Phoom was an absolute asset to the Westin. From the moment we met him, he was extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. Every tine I called the staff for pickup they neither show up or arrive in a hour. We almost missed our tourist vans due to that. Everytime they clean the room they forget to restock toilet paper, towels or something. They always made excuses. Definitely won't be staying there again.

The staff were really good however since we booked 2 rooms we had to be moved twice due to room issues and maintenance of the hotel. Regardless the team was very effective in moving us rooms however the inconveniences of having to move more than once was uncomfortable. Nevertheless the staff were great and the ones who made our stay comfortable.

We got to the hotel early around 1. Check in was at 3 so we decided to grab lunch and wait. When check-in arrived they still didn’t have our room ready and we had to wait another hour before they upgraded our room for us. After the frustration was over, when we walked in the room it was absolutely stunning. View was amazing. There’s not a lot of things to do around the hotel. You’ll need to take a taxi to the old town. But the hotel itself is very peaceful.

The property is beautiful and great for a quiet getaway. It’s not in walk able distance to restaurants or party life. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The view of the landscape is beautiful. There are shuttles available that will take you into Phuket town so you can enjoy the area.

The service and staff were immaculate. We stayed a week and had an all inclusive stay. Each restaurant was lovely, breakfast amazing. The massages and spa treatments were fantastic. The location is quiet and peaceful, great views and nice beach, about an hour from the airport and 15mins from Old Phuket Town. Very glad we stayed there and away from the hussle and bussle of Patong and the markets, while still being a short taxi ride from everything. The bird watching tour was great too, definitely recommend!

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait but it was only about 20 minutes. Really beautiful hotel and great pools. The Prego restaurant was really good and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The concierge was super helpful in helping with an excursion.

Compramos o All inclusive mas não foi compensativo, pois, eles tem um cardápio restrito e com poucas opções para esse tipo de pacote o que não possibilita que a os hóspedes possam aproveitar de todas as opções dos restaurantes. A bebida também desse pacote não é compensativa porque eles demoram levar para os hóspedes. No café da manhã o processo de pedir o café através de uma comanda torna bem difícil e demorado.

I would start with...the staff are polite and friendly. The things to know The property is dated and could use a few touch ups, example our villa pool had broken tiles and needed to be cleaned. All inclusive is not what you expect. You get a separate menu and told you can order one appetizers and 1 main course. There are limited ootions and room service is not included. The propert is a distance from the marina for water activities, example launch for james bond island or scuba. Overall not what you will expect from a westin

We really loved our stay at Westin Siray. We booked half board, the quality of the food is excellent and all the staff very helpful. We had three different restaurants to choose from for dinner and the staff always gave a friendly welcome. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Phuket Old Town which we found very useful.
