I checked into my room. Door was broken, tv not clear, phone didnt work. They put me in a different room tv still not clear had to move cable around to get any channels, water in shower dripping continuely, sink water running, no toilet seat cover, no holder for toilet paper, no shower head to take a shower, no plug for the tub to take a bath, smoke alarm beeping all the time. I want a refund. I mention all the problems and the feont dest told me they didnt have any rooms available. Very dissatisfied Customer.

If you are realistic about your expectations you will find this property perfectly acceptable. Outstanding staff and rates. Rooms are dated but I believe a work in progress and acceptable. Great location, pool, hot tub and laundry facility.

Shower handle came off in my hand. Luckily, I had a screwdriver in my backpack to repair. Otherwise, I'd have to get dress, walk around to the front desk as their are no phones in the room, though they advertise (I would of been late for my appointment). TV selections are poor. No guide or local channels for news. Thank God for personal devices. Rooms are painted nicely, but door & furniture looks beaten & worn.

E-Z8 is a solid, no-frills, two-star property in an excellent location at good value rates. Their WiFi is an extra $6/day so use your own hotspot if you have one. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner too. The rooms have refrigerators but no microwave (one is available for the whole property in the laundry room.) The TVs are small with limited channels, but the rooms are quiet. It’s been an excellent commuter rental for me.

I like the staff. As far as the room. It was terrible. There were roaches everywhere. I had to sleep with the lights on so they won't come out. I stayed for a week. It was just bad. I read all the reviews before I made reservations. I had to see it for myself. Just what the reviews said. Roaches, Bath towels was horrible. Bath tub was not clean...

The room was disgusting. When I walked in I immediately smelled a foul odor. Then I saw small bugs. The bathroom was disgusting, the tub was extremely stained and cockroachs were on the tub. The "white" bedsheets had several stains and rips. I immediately left the room. I didn\'t stay in this motel due to the conditions. I demanded my money back but they refuse to refund me.

The place was very worn, walls patched in our room, paint on walls and around doorways worn. The glazing on the bathtub was all worn iff, we did not use the shower. The towels were very small and thin. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a gap around the door but the lock was secure. Carpet old and didn’t look clean. Would not stay there again.

Parking was open with spots right by my room. But the shower did not work at all which was not discovered until shortly before I had to leave for a meeting. Extremely inconvenient and problematic. And the staff didn't believe me that it wasn't functioning. The AC was also broken leaving the room stuffy.

Upon initial checking room appeared to be fine. Later noticed smoke detector was on the table with no battery. When maintenance came for another issue, I showed it to him. He shrugged his shoulders & walked out. During my 3 nights, never returned. Last night, I discovered a dead roach on a shelf that has brown spots. Bedding, room, walls were clean. Door needs painting & furniture extremely worn. No free WiFi 😒

I checked in around 5:30pm. I laid on the bed and it was like a trampoline. The bed was made but no bedspread or comforter. The tub was stained. It looked like it had flooded in there before. The walls were all rotten about 1-2" above the baseboards. There was a faint odor of smoke in the room and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I didn\'t sleep in there. Unfortunately, I lost my money for two nights as I slept elsewhere.

My “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoking room. My clothes smell so bad of cigarettes from one night there. The bath tub dripped non-stop so I left the tv on all night to try to help drown out the noise. I would have closed the bathroom door but I literally didn’t have one.. You couldn’t pay me enough to use that shower barefoot. AC unit didn’t work. There was a large crack in the door going outside. The only good thing I’ll say is the staff was nice. There’s a reason this place is so cheap. You get what you pay for.

The EZ8 motel gave away my room reservation, and the lady at the counter was extremely unhelpful, borderline rude, regarding the situation. She directed me to the laundry room where I could hang out and charge my phone while trying to find a last minute place to stay (at 10:30 pm). The laundry room was filthy... Ended up staying at the Best Western, which, although more expensive, was absolutely worth it.

I booked a non-smoking room and when I got there the place smells like caked cigarettes. The room was dated, dirty, and dangerous to stay. I went straight to the front desk to tell them I could not stay in that room. The manager offerred an air freshener but that will not help on the smell and mis-advertisement of the room. I asked for a refund and returned the card key. The manager took the card key and said, "don't come back."

Lady at the front dest kept telling me to wait for checking in after I just completed a 14 hour shift. No one was there when checking out and I have to leave for work. Also the phone doesn’t work “supposedly but heard the phone ringing when I arrived that she didn’t answer.

The place was ok for what you pay. They even gave a security dude. He didn’t prevent the theft of my clothes from the laundry room tho. Two dryers full of my clothes that some ghetto .ss dudes stole to wear. There are some ghetto dudes out there wearing my old boxers socks t shirts and pants looking like me…. Get a job bro buy your own clothes stop stealing other people’s stuff what the hell is wrong with you… Hey security dude wake the F up… unless you the one stealing the stuff…. Cmon grow up kids… and Hhetto bums…

I was locked out of my room from 3am-4am because my key stopped working and no one was working the front desk. I never received a tv remote that worked despite asking three different people, and the AC took about five hours to even cool the room a little.

This place is very unsanitary and the area feels very unsafe. I’m usually not one to mind areas like this but I didn’t even feel safe leaving my car outside overnight. The rooms had an insane amount of roaches and the fridge was leaking when I got there. The sink had beard hairs and the sheets didn’t feel/look clean at all. I asked for a new room and the young lady at the front was very sweet. Besides that, this was a terrible stay and I do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere or at least spend those $10-$20 somewhere nicer, it’ll be worth it.

Where to begin. The bathroom had no faucet head in the shower, just a stream of water. The tub is old and a mat put down to cover dirt. Walls have paint peeling, floor boards missing. Carpet had giant stains. We felt uncomfortable sleeping in sheets so we slept on the top and used our own blankets. There was no microwave. The TV is an anciet box TV. Yhe hanging lamps were straight out of the 80s. Dirty with hanging dingy light. Tthis takes you get what you pay for to a whole new level. Outside, the walkway carpet is bubbled and easy to trip on. There were people wandering around, police sitting just outside the gates at all times. People were doing drugs in the parking lot. The absolute worst is when my 17 year old daughter was outside helping carry stuff to the car a man approached her and made inappropriate gestures and comments to her. If she doesn't feel safe, its not a good location. Do not bring kids to this hotel. It is not family friendly.

The property was not in a very safe neighborhood. The room carpet was filthy. The bathtub was stained and looked dirty. The sink was broken and stained. There was no blankets on the bed and the sheets had a big grease spot. AND THERE WERE COCKROACHES!!!
