Overall nice hotel. Breakfast was minimal and taken away early. Hotel security was of concern: Front doors were open all hours, front desk was sometimes unmanned, easy public access to all floors. More security measures needed.

Main entrance was under construction. No access. Only side entrance by pool open. Had to do extra walking no soda or drink machines Had to cross main road for food or snacks. No water bottles in room Rm charge a little lower I noticed. Which I why I choose no hot breakfast

I had my truck broken into in the parking lot. They broke out my window. No security. Not a safe place.

Large room, fairly comfortable bed. 'Standard ' breakfast the first day. Due to a scheduling conflict, combined with the renovation going on, we got a breakfast bag the following morning. The Fitness Center was adequate for my needs. I hope all the work will be done soon. It was quite noisy during the day.

This property was being renovated. There was a card table and single employee "at the desk". The room was relatively clean. Strangely, the bathroom had no towel racks and only enough towels for one person. No vending machines and one functional ice machine. I will say the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning and elevator worked, although the elevator floor was dirty the four days I stayed at the hotel. I will never stay in a Wyndham hotel ever again.

Lighting for parking could be better. Parking is getting worked on at the moment. Our neighboring tenants were super noisy up until maybe 2:30 am

Overall, we had a good day. The breakfast was good with good options, including yogurt, cereals, and coffee. We went down early for breakfast, so there was plenty to choose from; although, it sounds from some of the reviews that breakfast can be limited and run out. However, we did not experience that based on going in downstairs very early for breakfast. The parking lot area has decent parking spaces, however, the actual pavement of the parking lot area needs a lot of improvement. The Wi-Fi connectivity was a good speed. There is only an ice machine on the second floor, which was disappointing because we had to go to a different floor to get ice when we needed it. It was close proximity to Costco, which is a good thing.

First night, crack window. Called front desk, clerk stated window was glued together. The bathroom fan was very,very loud. Couldn't leave the bathroom light on due to loudness of fan. No refrigerator, if wanted a refrigerator had to pay extra. No dresser, unable to store clothes anywhere. Closet, very,very small. Only the ironing board fit. Swimming pool water was cold. Saturday night, hotel had over 100 people in meeting room party. At 9:50 pm, contacted front desk and asked what time the part was over. She stated, at 10:00 p.m. At 11:00 p.m, party was still going. Went down stairs to speak with night clerk, asked, when will party end. She stated, she asked party guests to shut music down. Clerk was outside smoking with guests. Party guests, not hotel guests, did not leave until after 1:00 a.m. night clerk became confrontational. Sunday morning, spoke to Manager regarding probation, he stated he would to to clerk and get back to. He never did.

Good stay at this hotel. Plenty free parking. Good breakfast. What we found strange was that there was no possibility to leave our luggage at the front desk on checkout whilst we killed some time.

I checked in on Thursday, by Friday evening I was ate up in bites, thought it was mosquito until I got home and opened my luggage, BED BUGS!!!! I have multiple Sclerosis and I have over 30 bites from the hotel itself. My clothing had bugs on it, and even a bed bug in a travel cup that was not used NOT SAFE

Room was only cleaned 1 time in 5 days. The hotel is OLD and run down! The toilets run all night long. The only good thing at this hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice and super welcoming.

This hotel used to be another hotel chain. I have only two issues: AC system and noise from freeway. Other than that, this is a pretty good hotel to stay. We especially enjoyed the strong water pressure in the shower.

The room was great, just upsetting that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room, like it says on the website and in the description for the room I booked. Wish that would have been communicated because leftovers we brought and snacks went to waste quickly.... WiFi wasn't the best either, always kept disconnecting from my phone.

Shower control head is aged, hard to control temperature of water. Otherwise good.

we could not really sleep that night. we stayed at room 110 and there seem to be a bright led light that would shine right thru the window from the outside. it would be better if they have a curtain that can block the light.

The hotel was nice but I was not able to receive hotel WIFI signal in my room(104). And the hotel staff did not make any effort to try and help me with the issue.

Only stayed one night, but it was great. I was pleasantly surprised, as I was expecting the stay to be "mediocre" and it was all very nice. The room was fresh smelling and clean. Not sure if the hotel is newer or if they recently renovated, but furniture, etc. was in great condition, etc. The only thing I noticed was that there is a compartment for a refrigerator, but there is not fridge. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were very clean and spacious! The shower water pressure was awesome. The beds were pretty comfortable

I booked a room here through Orbitz, but when I checked in, they also charged my credit card for the stay and a deposit. I called the hotel multiple times to dispute the charge, and they said they had refunded it on their end, even though I was never credited to my account. I eventually had to call the CC company, and the hotel provided a partial refund. I should never have been charged separately for this stay, and I should have gotten a full refund. I will never stay here again.

Had everything booked and ready, did the early check in hours before on my phone. When we entered the lobby we weren’t greeted, the receptionist ignored us due to being on her phone. We were the ONLY people in the whole lobby. The room was okay, there was no fridge and the base boards were falling off. There are 4 floors no ice machines were working on any floor. Overall not a pleasant stay, rude employees and horrible accommodations. Never again.

Lobby was nice as was hallway but rooms were NOT clean. Stains on couches, string on floor not a clean feeling. Poor breakfast…food wasn’t even fresh and warm. Front desk staff was rarely at desk. I had to ask for toilet paper 10 minutes into my stay. As did other guests. Staff would sit in lobby instead of standing or sitting at FROMT DESK

If you need decent internet then this is NOT the place to stay. 1 out of 3 of the ice machines works. And the thing that absolutely left me for a loss of words was when the manager left me a voicemail stating he was going to file a police report on me because apparently I still somehow owed money on the stay and the tv was broken. Nope! I spend about half of my living days in hotels for business. My business has 135 five star reviews established in 2012. I stay all over the Bay Area Sacramento Monterey wherever my business takes me to if it’s too far away from home I will stay at a hotel. So I stayed for nine nights I paid when I arrived and I checked out online through the link that was text to me advising to do just that. So that’s exactly what I did.. Why is it that if I still owed money somebody wouldn’t have called or knocked on my door or something? Why is it that I would be given the option to check out online and nothing stated that I owed more money? I did not use any of their amenities that would’ve caused me to owe money at the end of my stay. Not only was there no TV broken, but I pick up after myself thoroughly before I leave every time as a courtesy. Luckily I take a thorough video before I check out any hotel. I will never stay at any Wyndham hotel ever again if corporate management wants to get back to me and listen to this ridiculous message the manager left me feel free to reach out. I would be happy to share. Absolutely ridiculous.

Downsides: The property is not in a great location, there are plenty of restaraunts nearby but only a chinese grocery in the adjacent mall. Had to drive about a mile to find a grocery store that had items I would want to eat. Lots of homeless in the area, no security at the Motel other than cameras and bright lights, disclaimer signs posted that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items from cars (not reassuring). Room issues: toilet kept leaking and filling all night, shower valve stuck, very hard to open, all pictures hung in room looked like they wereby a blind man in a fun-house (not one was hung straight). Upside, bed was comfortable, housekeeping was thorough, choice of pillows was good: lots of Motels have pillows that are too thick to be comfortable.

As above My room was clean, quiet, and I felt safe parking was easy Coming from free way a few short blocks away it was hard to see the set back hotel behind other buildings many buildings do not have posted street numbers to judge were you are Costco nearby for gas was welcome

Staff were polite. Hotel was clean though a bit outdated. There was plenty of shopping and food options nearby. Breakfast was decent.

Its always quiet (except for the 4th of July). The staff is always kind, curteous and attentive. Wlaking distance to many dining restaurants, convenience stores and gyms.

Great Value! Very clean room and fairly large. 2 queen beds with big chair/ottoman. AC wall control. Window blockout shutters. Desk to work remotely. Bathroom has all lotions with liquid soap Free Breakfast had self cooked Waffles, and basic other stuff + microwave hot food (breakfast burrito, sausage muffin etc..) Parking was plentiful & free, and many restaurants near by with Ray's Crab Shack a few steps away. Costco is 2 mins drive. Saw no homeless or sketchy areas here.

The included breakfast selection did not have any protein other than milk. Not even boiled eggs-that's a pretty simple and cheap source of protein. The choices were very skimpy. Would be better if the breakfast was not made available and the customers were told so. The heating unit was difficult to figure out.

Everything was ok, I chose this hotel due to an excellent review about the breakfast....but guess what, we didnt get anything apart from typical coffee. The manager/front desk desi clerk informed everyone that no breakfast could be served cos the staff call off....really??? You run a hude chain with bear minimum staff when you have loads of guest check in by bus. Never going back there again. Taking my business elsewhere, not my standard.

Extremely convenient with plenty of dining options and next to the mall. Also, probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in the bay! Homemade tomales!

The building feels kind of old. Pick and microwave breakfast, and they don’t refill enough for all the guests.

I enjoyed my short stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. Hot meals and fresh make your own waffles. Yumm! My only issue was there was no hot/warm water in the bathroom. Couldn't shower! 😨
